Activity Check [July-August]

It's that time of the year everyone loves most! Activity check time! These will be held every two to three months from this point onward to ensure our guild's activity.
All you need to do is post the links of threads you've been active in during

the month of July and onward

to ensure your guild colors remain in tact. In case of leave of absence, a simple link to said leaving/absence thread, or prior notification to the guildmasters, [Kite Wilhelm] or [RyoKnategawa], or the aces [Aura] and [Imai-chi] will suffice for an exemption of this activity check. Similarly, new members not having been part of the guild for more than a month will also be exempted from the activity check; they may however choose to participate.

Not being able to successfully complete the activity check will result in;
- The loss of your guild colors on site until activity has been proven
- An inactivity role in the Discord server

In case of continued inability to complete the activity check
For more than two times straight:
- Discord role will be changed to visitor, giving limited access to the guild server
- Possibility to be denied to participate in guild-related events

For 3 or more times straight:
- Being kicked from the Guild Discord server
- Being kicked from the Sabertooth guild
