Suggestion Idea Name:
Bounty Hunter Jobs

Suggestion Details:
Basic Information: Along with normal jobs and even the new dungeon's that are coming out around the corner, I thought up another type of job. Bounty Hunting! It's a hunting of high waned criminals and beasts that have been hiding within the continent of Fiore and they need someone to hunt these guys down.

Objective: Its simple you RP your character searching high and low for clues of where your criminal is hiding. It completely up to the RPer of how they want to go about their search.

Requirements: With the story up to the RPer, there is just a few requirements that are different for each lvl of bounty. Such as harder criminals would take longer to find, both a certain number of posts and even threads might be needed for the search of these criminals.

Other Information: I'd come up with more bounties if needed.

(Sorry for it being simple, its kinda straight forward)

I really like the concept of bounty hunting actually, we could make it where there are only limited # of these bounties per month or at a time so that they are more rare. I'd like to suggest that we even add a Player v Player bounty. I know that system would be tricky at first but could work and to make it fair for both legal and illegal guilds we can have it where they can each hunt the others down, bounties could be put up by other members who have IC reasons for that certain person to be beat to a bloody pulp, the people that place the bounties will have to pay for the bounties reward and others could contribute to the bounty if they have reasons for said person to get beat up as well.

We could give them an higher jewel reward, and then no exp. It would be a nice break from jobs for players. And it could be a great solo experience for personal character development.

Awesome Faust! I also thought that having Player vs Player type of bounties was going to be really tricky especially with amount of their bounties, though the fun of it would be destructive XD. But since having another person on board we probably have a bigger chance of putting it up if Dark Mages are willing (and they will be willing).

We can have a vote for Rewards (EXP or Gold) so we have a higher form of the other. Or have them both. I don't know.

Oh! And we can have the ability to have other interrupt others hunting threads for them to steal the bounty! But probably only those of the same rank cause then those S rank bastards would jump in all the time XD!

Yea I think it would be fair if a person that is hunting the bounty is able to join closed threads if that person if they are the same rank, or if the person they are hunting is a higher one. But I could also see people really hating that idea but it keeps ppl with high bounties from just avoiding the hunters. We could just have it were when a bounty reaches a certain amount of jewels their closed threads are open to hunters I think that might be fair.

Clue #1: A small letter has been found ripped open and from the crumpled edges seems to be read. Speaking about a large lacrima heist occuring in a few days before they are distributed to the following buildings and shops. The men who found this letter seemed to think it has to have something with Sir Pecker and his sudden increase of value of lacrima's. Having others steal the lacrima's so he can increase the value of his own and sell them for a higher profit. Find out whos paying these thugs and see if Sir Pecker isn't what he seems to be

Enemies:

Weak - Bought Thugs x 15: Nasty large thugs that wield variations of weapons that allow they to take on the most toughest foes. Fighting together in numbers allows them to fight bigger challenges. Wandering through the darkness they use the shadows to their advantage.
- Uses mostly melee and ranged forms of weapons and attacks, such as bows, swords and blunt weapons.

Normal - Butler Monks x 6: Well dressed men in suits strike their enemies with surprise from their elegant fighting style. Using a form of Muscle magic they increase their strength and speed to get an advantage in the battlefield.

Strong - Fortress Wall Golem x 3: With their appearance of a fortress wall their surprise attacks are around 100% in efficiency. The walls crumble as they take their more humanoid form with levitational body parts allowing them to move more freely, throwing their arms or legs forward as well as large area spin attacks.
- A form of gravity magic that effects their own bodies allowing them to connect and disconnect large portions of their bodys into projectiles.

Boss - Sir Pecker and Behemoth: A handsome and elegant penguin named Sir Pecker rides above a silent yet loyal steed named Behemoth. Commanding him from above his head, Behemoth uses extraordinary strength and speed of an A rank lvl. Focuses on hand to hand combat, and a unknown demonic take over revealed through his hands and arms being a different color then the rest of his skin.

After 35% of damage has been placed, Sir Pecky jumps of and runs away leaving Behemoth to transform into Full Demonic form. With the use of darkness magic he fights his enemies, said to have the strength of a S rank wizard.

The only reason there aren't jobs like this is because no one has made them.

If you want to see a job like this, use the job creation forum to create it and put it through an approval process.

The only problem I see with the example you gave is the jewel reward is about 8 times the current average highest jewel rewards. It would take anywhere from 6-8 100 year jobs to gain that amount of jewels.

I suggest it be around 500-600 at most considering the comparatively low difficulty.

This isn't supposed to be an ordinary job, I made a suggestion like this recently which does not require signing up but rather a universal job for legal mages to take down dark mages and collect a reward, it's a one time thing, however my suggestion included contract kills that dark mages would be assigned to by their guild master (for example) or volunteer for and again be rewarded.
