(EVENT) Attack on Magnolia (Prologue)

There was a faint screaming sound to be heared in the distance, followed by a loud impact. Apparantly some of the dark mages had made a rather loud entrance. What was in turn perfect for him, it would draw the other legal mages towards it. Giving the dark mages that were headed for the cathedral more space to not encounter someone. Just like the detachment of black armored knights. They would surely secure cathedral, so that Frederick after he had dealt with the problem close to him. Could search for the artifact at ease.
The impact was also the sign for Magnolia that there were problems in the city, and church bells quickly rang after it. Letting the town know that an evacuation had started.

Under the sounds of the bells Frederick slowly walked towards the magical power he had sensed before, until he stood on a promenade looking over a green park that flourished with flowers, Here and there still were some people, some young couple already walking towards the city again. A young girl with somekind of cat creature. And a couple of kids down the promenade stairs that were looking around with big eyes.
He slowly walked down until his feet reached the soft grass of the park, there he stood next to the group of childeren.
'You should leave now' with is cold piercing voice Frederick also send out a dark wave from his aura scaring the children so that they quickly ran away. For him there was no point in them being here.
Frederick then slowy walked towards the only two people still standing in the park, a young blond girl with a cat figure that stood on two legs.
She was clearly a mage he could sense it, and a strong one. However which guild she belonged to he did not know, but he figured she was a Fairy Tail mage. He was now nothing more then a few meters apart from the girl. And it appeared to be she knew now what was going on.
He had to finish the girl first, and quickly as well. He needed to go to the artifact, and bring it back to the guild. So that his master can finally grant his wish. So that he finally could be reunited again with his long lost love. ]i]'Cecilia I will see you soon'[/i]

He glared at the girl from under his hood, and his words sounded ominous and cold.
'Lord Frederick, Keeper of Savage Skull. Unfortunaly you have the pleasure of meeting me out here. You who is nothing more then a mere intervention in my plans... Fairy Tail wizard'

chelvaric jumped on the fish stall and looked at the awesome fishies that were laying around. His mouth was drooling as he was pretty hungry. He said to miu he would have some treats with him. But he didn’t have pockets as he was a cat. A sweat drop came on his forehead. Miu would scold him so hard. well anyway he better started to eat before the fight was starting. He looked at a very big and tasty one. He was about to bite the fishie but he felt hands closing around him and the next moment he was being pulled out and looked in the face of a young girl. He was then being put on her head as she said she was going to give him a ride. They ran away from some other children and were being shot at with potato guns. Chelvaric was wondering what he did on the head. till he looked around and saw the fairy tail mark on the girl. He sat put and watched around while the girl ran. They heard a guy scream something about sabertooth being here to. Dam another guild?, chelvaric thought. That wasn’t too good but saber tooth was pretty weak guild so it didn’t really matter. And then he heard it. bells ringing in the distance. He knew this sound. Ms peace? Chelvaric had to go invest to get her out of here.

As the little girl stopped and waved to another girl chelvaric started to speak. “well thanks for the ride girl. I’ll come pick up that present later on. You two should better leave the city if you don’t want to be destroyed.”, chelvaric said and he jumped of the head. and ran off to the location where he heard the bell sounds. He was just to turn around a corner when he heard the bells right behind him. He turned around and saw his newest friend standing in the street. Ms peace. He didn’t want to transform out of his cat form just yet. Maybe he could do some fun with her. a trickster smile came on his kitty face and he walked to the girl. He walked around her and looked at the bells. He started to play with them. In the distance he heard a explosion. hmm they started way to early.

Now he was shocked. His eyes widened as he saw something horrific: civilian casualties. It was too soon for anything like that and he had grinned his teeth. There was no choice but to call for an evacuation. Taking out a flare from his back that was tucked to his pants, he pointed it to the air and shot it. All of Magnolia looked up to the sky as it turned red with the flare's light. It signaled the evacuation to begin which caused terror to erupt in the streets and make for the outskirts to the north-west. He turned his head and spoke, looking to give orders to the five figures behind him that were in the shadows but yet they were shining through their armor. They were paladins, radiating with light, elite at using the power of all things of the light and holy. They were lead by a woman who showed cat origins due to the fact that she had cat ears, like another woman paladin among the five. Leonard told them "Ashtra, take your paladins, and make sure evacuations go smoothly." he said seriously as he turned to look at the city again after his sentence.

Ashtra simply nodded and said "Aye". and all of them turned around and left.

Now back at the sight of the city, the rampage they caused was huge and he knew there was more coming. Leonard had the personal desire to come down and partake in the defense himself. But doing so would make him miss other things Savage Skull had in store for them. No, it was not yet time for Leonard to act. He had faith in the abilities of his brothers and sisters on the field that they would quell this uprising before it gets worse.

A sense of restlessness hung in the air, however Wing hadn't realized any sort of malevolent forces over Magnolia's streets, busy with idly viewing the stalls and the people flow by her vision as she walked. After her brief visit to a local black smith for a run-down on Pleione's standing, she was glad to have come out with nothing less than a commentary about its craftsmanship and a pat on the head. Wing fumbled with it's strap that traveled down her chest, fingering the material. She held a sincere feeling of gratitude that even after a past of two years in a scabbard, Pleione hadn't received any form of weathering. This made her happy, in a way, thinking it wouldn't mind staying in the scabbard for another long time.

It was a normal thought, and Wing didn't have a malicious conscience to contradict it, fairly because her conscience was the one thing that powered her personality. However at times, she wished she hadn't developed her pacifistic quality, knowing it could possibly be her downfall. This had been one thing proven over the course of her journey, where things just need to be dealt with, or dread the possible reality that you could lose your life -Wing shivered involuntarily. She noted in her head that the course she chose for her life was one that never failed to have a bloody encounter, and a hesitating mind-set over split bodies and buckets of red liquid trickling down the ground would be the first to taste the sharp bite of death. Where had she heard this before? Wing pressed her mouth into a flat-line, recalling a mop of silver hair and cold, red eyes. "I'd like to acknowledge the fact that she was good teacher, but really..." Wing noticed that she was no longer in a place she knew of, and fighting back the anxiety of getting lost again, she made herself flow with the tide of people, "-sometimes most of her rigidness overpower her overall stature as a tutor."

Her circling over Magnolia had been typically what you'd expect from a town like this, but she wasn't someone who would disappoint herself with it, in fact, she actually forced herself to enjoy it. A day to just have a full view of Magnolia, and perhaps take a hint of rest from the distress she had earned from coming here.

".....!"

That is, until, a violent explosion swings a shrill sound of panic into the air, and it instinctively causes Wing to offer herself a getaway. Wing smiled at the rigid voice playing in her mind, a broken record of her training, run and hide, or face a consequence of your failure to protect yourself -to this she'd most likely add a 'you're weak and you've got no option but to plan before striking' or a 'you'd at least get the option of saving your own, pathetic life'.

Though this was no moment to dwell on those things, and Wing notifies herself to run faster as a rush of fright envelops Magnolia. People fleeing and running around scarred, and being mixed with a few people Wing wouldn't quite find a proper category other than eerily dark, and fearsome. And seeing no other option she might as well jump into a barrel, if there was one. Running through the crowd, she made a note to ask: Why is it that in some places, empty barrels are inconveniently littered around streets when you don't notice them, and when you do, they disappear from your sight?

The tide of people running in terror suddenly swells, and in fear of a possible stampede, she steadily removes herself and moves towards another direction, hoping to find the least bit of safety. Wing finds herself somewhere where stalls run along for miles, the people have gone frantic over the situation but thankfully, it wasn't that much people. "This should be enough to get things sorted out..." She mumbled, blinking over the sunlight in an attempt to gain an idea.

Wing threw on a positive look, "My best bet is head for the guild...maybe things could be easy there on out." darting against the flow, she pursues a path towards her destination. She was intending to save her intro for later, but seeing these circumstances, maybe it was high time to consider it.

If she took the time to analyze the situation carefully, she'd probably notice the density in the air, and the eerie shadows that loomed against the swarm of bodies, the spirits set ablaze for both conqueror and guardian. And summarily, there's the reality that she might have to go against her sense of reason, and go purely by human instinct.

That's one thing Wing got correct, though, as she ran, Pleione bouncing on her back.

Daemon slipped out of the shadows with lunos in the middle of an abandoned apartment that was blasted in half by a dark mages unholy blast. "Such destructive powers this battle seems to be starting before were ready arn't we my friend." He said as he felt a dark mage pointing his staff at his head with the gem of the staff glowing a dark purple. Daemon sighed slightly as he looked through the destoried right wll as the full moon shined brightly over them.

"Sorry to do this pal but its time for you to die don't hold it against us." Daemon stated as he and lunos threw their shaddows at the mage engullfing him then they sent multiple spikes made from shadows through the mans neck both lungs as his heart then both turned around to avoid having his blood on their clothes as their shadows returned to their side.

As people of the Magnolia run in fear and shock,in some sectionof the town there was bloodbath everywhere.On the alleys,people got killed mysteriously after being pulled into it.There were corpses without heads,and there were some losing their limbs.Some,well,had their long,slimy intestine out of their abdomen.There was then in one of the many alleys in the town,a quiet one.Echoes of the sound of zoris,or Japanese slippers could be heard along the blood splattered walls of the dark alley."This should be a good place to start searching for lost souls,don't you think?" There was a man in kimono,with a cloak as top layer of the traditional clothing of his.On the other hand,a beautifully made sword,with a leather-made sheathe is strapped just nicely on his side.

As the question got thrown out of the man's voice box,a fiery ball-shaped spirit appeared."Hm..I don't think this is the time to do so though." Rikuo nodded,agreeing with the short answer Arago,the sometimes unforgiving fire spirit.It was more to a statement than an answer,actually.There were spirits and ghosts of those who died after the first loud bang was heard earlier.He didn't want to care much,but he came to look for interesting ghosts to make contract with,as he would usually set his feet daily on.But unfortunately,even when there's a killing frenzy all over the town,they are none that satisfy Rikuo's condition for a good contract.As the thought drifted by his mind,another spirit ball appeared,with an unpleasant smile on it.

"We should go.I mean,we MUST go." There was seriousness in the other spirit's tone,and that now,loud bangs could be heard everywhere."Just what in the world's happening?" Arago asked among the three of them for one of them might have the answer.But the silence following the curious fire spirit is enough as a "I don't know" or "I don't have any idea" kind of answer.Rikuo,being null and void by then,suddenly starts his footsteps out of the alley,wanting to get a hold of the situation from the main street."I don't know if i should care..But this thing is causing too much deaths,and that ghosts are overwhelming the place now." Rikuo tried to make a logic out of the situation,but he just couldn't do so.It's just that,it's not that the ghosts are a treat or something,but too many ghosts could lead into a bigger trouble if not in the present,in the future.Anxious to know more,Rikuo,Arago and Kouzaku ran searching for a place that maybe holds some information on what's really happening in the now hellish looking Magnolia Town.

Ah,there it is.It was a beautiful day,as usual.Too bad though,that was the condition of the other town which the average Fairy Tail's fire mage,Yahiko is at.It was by then he had heard the news about Magnolia's sudden dire situation.Two men,having a conversation in the restaurant Yahiko was having his meal at had informed him about it.At first,he didn' care about what the men was talking,but suddenly their words interests him of what is happening to the wonderful town."Haven't you heard?Magnolia's suddenly thrown into a hellish state." A bearded man,with long bangs and spiky hair had told him that.Yahiko firstly doubts the truth of what the man is telling him,but the other man which was probably his friend had convinced Yahiko that it was true.Well,it's usual for a guild-loving mage to dash out of the restaurant and head back home in Magnolia.It's totally usual.The twin black and white dragon peeked their way out of his jacket while he runs,and starts getting puzzled."Kyaa..??" Yahiko unexpectedly had ignored the little baby white dragon's question of what is really happening right now.

It's not that he was being too panicked or something,it was just that he didn't know himself.The men said that there were explosions anywhere.The situation was like,boom there! And boom here! That was all Yahiko's mind could get a gist of Magnolia's current situation."A war,maybe?" The running mage finally answered,with a serious tone,and sweat running down his forehead.It was not sweats of fear nor the sweats of fatigue,but it was instead sweats of excitement.He was not excited to fight,but he was excited to know if the strong mages of Fairy Tail,known for their 'always out of the town' habit,would be home too fighting for their guild together.Yahiko didn't know if he should be worried,as the town's got all those strong mages fighting for it.Leonard,Heero and all of those dragon slayers and such.It was just illogical to think that they would lose to whatever threat they would face.Well,that is,for the time being.

It was approximately 30 minutes of running,before finally reaching the heavenly town.Upon reaching his hometown,shock strikes the fire mage as it is looking hellish like the men had said earlier."They're...right.." With gulps of worry and panic,the man set his feet inside the town,with loud bangs going there and here,and blood splatters.People were panicking,running around in fear.Yahiko understood their feeling,and decided to find someone who he trusts most-Leonard.The stealthy fire mage finds it would be hard to move on such crowded paths,so he took the roofs instead.Jumping from roof to roof,and tree to tree,Yahiko's eyes bewildered around the place,looking for his strong and reliable guild master."Ugh..Where is he?" Yahiko's heartbeart were fast,and they sounded like ticking clocks,ready to explode anytime.Aquila peeked her head out of his jacket again,and had found Leonard at first glance."Kya!" She alerted Yahiko of Leonard as she points to the place where he was.Yahiko saw him too,thanks to the baby dragon,and landed swiftly behind the working,at the same moment panicking guild master.He looked serious.Very serious."Master,I'm back,what's going on?" Yahiko asked,while the explosions and screams of the people echoed on the red skies of Magnolia.

A man is seen sleeping on the rooftops of one of the many houses in Magnolia.With a hands on his head,the man seemed relaxed,not noticing the current state of the town.Whilst people are running around in fear,and some are dead,how could a man possibly take a nap on a rooftop with much ease?Easy,he is one of the bad guys himself.Or is he?Well,the only one who could answer that right now is the napping man himself.Loud explosions,random ones are occuring near the roof he is on.The people's scream didn't bother the man,instead it was a melody to his ears.One that puts him to sleep.The man,donned in black outfit which looked rather cool,isn't still waking up even when the people's screams and tears of children fills the town's atmosphere.Tense air circulated around those who are involved,and that sweats run down each and everyone's forehead,whether in fear,panicking or just tired.

Boom!Boom! There were explosions everywhere.The last one was pretty louder than the others,and that it had shaken the man from his nap.Grunting,the man slowly opened his eyelids,which had beautifully arranged eyebrows as its ornament.He stood up,showing his lean body,and long legs,which actually seemed attractive,rather than freaky.He took a deep,calm breath and then let it out.The breaths was accompanied by a set of stretches,which did crack some of his bone,in a way that it was meant to be.Doing all those refreshing and calming act while having an exploding,blood bathing town as it's scenery.For this man,who is surely from a dark guild,it was a heaven.Drawn in detail on a piece of canvas,with nice posture of fear and panic.It was like how he'd like things to be.

The shadow behind him started to move,but the man seemingly had anticipated it."What's it now,Hadez?" With a calm tone in his voice,the man turned around with a sweet but somehow dangerous smile."Well..Aizen..You like how's things going right now,don't you?" The dark creature appeared before Aizen,asking the menacing question.It was not a staggering one,nor a shocking question.Aizen simply nodded,as he thought it would be enough to show that he does.Maybe Aizen is not a kind of dark mage that goes 'mwahahaha kill them all!' in nature,but well,he is a dark mage,after all.Dark mages if not many,have one thing that in common.They love destruction,be it little more than anything.It was more to how he liked things."Well,actually,i would like it more if the gorgeous Arya is here." With a flirty tone in his voice,Aizen stated what's truly in his mind right now."Geez,you've got this situation,and you still want that lady?Greedy." Hadez simplified his sentence,and disappeared into the background.Aizen knew much about his companion.Hadez is bad at anything but staying stealthy.It was more of one of his characteristic that Aizen admire most.

Surely though,thoughts are meant to be distracting.Aizen shook his thoughts away,as his eyes set it's attention on a man,running,no,jumping from roof to roof and from a tree branch to another.It was a cool,ninja-like style of mobility and that Aizen was amazed."Nice,gotta find that guy later." Aizen decided it would be best to take on that guy later,but right now he had to do something more..important first.As he looked from above for restaurants,he knew he had to be faster,as the gurgle in his sstomach is getting worse by each passing second."Be patient,would you?" Aizen gave his maybe words of wisdom to his own stomach,as it's roars of hunger bothers him.Jumping off the rooftop,Aizen sets his foot to the ground,starting his footsteps to find foods to have,before the fight starts.And like earlier,all the whilst the town is in it's hellish state.

The moment Marielle landed on the rooftop Ebony was in, the little brown cat that Marielle picked up, spoke.“well thanks for the ride girl. I’ll come pick up that present later on. You two should better leave the city if you don’t want to be destroyed.” he said, as he jumped down Marielle's head.
The young mage shrugged. "Guess all cats talk" she said, remembering the large cat, kyra. "but cats who talks about getting destroyed is really rare" she told Ebony as she sat down, getting a pack of cookies from her pockets.

The cookies was held in a pink wrapper, with a beautiful red ribbon. Red, the color of courage, the color of fire, the color of...blood.
As soon as the girl touched and pulled the red ribbon. It wasn't cookies she got, but the first sound of Magnolia's destruction.
The sound was horrible. The sight was horrid. More than the building's destruction, more than the citizen's dreams and hopes, more than this was their lives that was slowly being taken away.

Marielle Sky stood above all this. The pack of cookies she held, she felt no more. It fell down the abyss of red, thick blood. Exchanged for a jaw dropping sight of violence. The magnolian badge that her friends gave her wildly flashed red. Marielle, who was deeply concerned by what was happening, instantly turned the badge on. Only to be met by several cries and calls for help.
"What is happening?!" she shouted, almost unable to hear herself.
"Dark mages Marielle!" An answer came. Marielle gritted her teeth. She has no reason to doubt their words, not with all these madness. Marielle turned off the badge, when another device sounded. The communication lacrima from home, that came with a message Marielle never wants to hear.
"Princess!" A maid called out, her tears flowing down like the waterfall. "It's teacher Carlos" Marielle didn't want to hear, she didn't want to hear a single word, but the maid continued. "He's gone"Marielle couldn't take it, she brutally turned the lacrima off.
She wanted to cry, she wanted to slowly take all the pain in. She wanted to understand, to remember, to have time and space, but the signal that flew above her didn't let her to have this time. Many were breathing and alive, many needed help.

Facing Ebony with a shadowed face. Marielle gave her a 2-way communication lacrima. She said nothing. She remained silent and solemn. Picking up her tray board. Marielle ride it, and went away like a wind, leaving only tears for words.

Demytri was starting to go for the highest tower when he heard the Kaboom! "Heh. Fun times eh" But what he saw troubled him the most. Blood. The sight of it makes his backbone quiver, it's not because he was afraid of it, but somehow after too much exposure to it, he turns into his frenzied state, killing people, gutting civilians, decapitating running people and the like. Gulp. "Must tolerate..." Must stay in control. And he ran, faster than ever before, away from all the bloodshed. Somehow if he puts himself in a state of mind, prolonged exposure to blood won't turn him into a frenzy monster. So he hid in a house. There were all children in it. They saw his black guild mark in the right side of his neck. They almost shouted but Demytri signaled them to stay quiet, putting his finger on his lips. "Listen, I won't hurt you, yet." And the children huddled together. They were the farthest from the blood shed. Far from all the gut wrenching things.

Neko stretched out in the sun behind fairy tails enormous guild building under a rather large tree. His silver hair fluttered in the wind. Normally neko would be asleep at the moment because the night Mage wasn't to fond of day time. But a few weeks ago the night goddess came to him in a dream. She told him of a great threat that was coming on this day. Neko knew it must have been bad if the goddess her self came to him. He was staring at his sparkling sword when the magic pressure in the area changed. The area had over flowed with dark magic. Nekos body shook quite a bit. Whatever it was.. It was here. Neko grabbed his sword and walked towards the front of the guild. He saw a dark shadow flow over the town. Nekos violet eyes flashed with rage. what ever it is ... They picked the wrong guild to mess with! A faint silver aura glowed around him an his sword as he stood in front of the guild. Anything going to attack fairy tail would have to go through him. He wouldn't let anything happen like the last time. This time he would die before he let anything hurt the guild. The more he thought of it the angrier he got. The silver night aura around him grew. Neko knew that no matter what nothing hurt his family again.

With that Mari's heart sank down to the deepest pits of her inner self, crushed with the recent news that Max has given her her mind suddenly went blank and within seconds rushed a large amount of things to think of and possibility's that could have occurred. Some of which didn't even make sense but as of that moment she didn't care, all she wanted was to go back in time and fix the wrongs that she's done to both her and others that probably shouldn't have been there at that moment. Clenching her fist so tightly, blood started to slip through her fingers, and she pressed her hand up against her chest tightly trying to hold in her emotions. "Master, please don't think to much of this." Max said in a soft tone trying to sooth her, even for him, finding his sincere side was hard to do. After he spoke he went quiet again turning his head to the side so he wouldn't be able to look at Mari.

Suddenly a rise in magical energy hit the area that they were in. Max's eyes shot open at his strength and looked at Mari who looked unfazed by the power. Max eyed the shadowy figure as it landed onto the grassy plain that they were within, near some children. Max took a few steps forward thinking that the man was going to hurt them in some way, but watched as the children ran in fear, with him allowing it. "Mari I believe we should be going." Max said as he slowly walked into the other direction before listening to the shadowy figures voice behind him. "Lord Frederick, Keeper of Savage Skull. Unfortunately you have the pleasure of meeting me out here. You who is nothing more then a mere intervention in my plans... Fairy Tail wizard" It said in a mans voice. Max turned his head to eye Fredrick, and notice that Mari was still motionless.

Max was confused and has heard the name of "Fairy Tail" before but always wondered what it could have been. As Fredrick spoke, Max assumed it was one of those Mage guilds, being he spoke the name of his own in his little entrance. But he couldn't have believed that Mari has joined within one of these "Guilds", she was very quiet when he was with her before, one to always avoid contact with others. He laughed at the thought of it, and turned around again. "We have no connection with these Fairy Tails, you speak of. Mari lets us return to our matter at hand." Max said confidently, with his head held high as he walked. "What....Do you mean plans?" Mari asked toward Fred. Max's feet stop where he stood and quickly turned to Mari. "It has nothing to us!" He shouted. "Well it has to do something with me....And My Guild!" Mari shouted right back. Max taking a step back surely out of surprise, never seeing Mari like this. He wondered what made Mari's heart move toward this "Guild".

With that Mari looked toward the hood of Fredrick and started to unlatch her coat from her shoulders, and grabbed it by the collar, it blew against the wind. Her eyes filled with annoyance and agony, looked at him, releasing the coat to fly off and fall onto the ground, revealing her shoulders and upper arms, along with her gauntlets that rested by her hip. "I'm going to as you again...Lord Fredrick.....What's your plan?" She said but having it not sound as a question thought to have a choice in the matter, but more of an order to tell her what she wanted to know.
