FTRP Reunion: Make Happy Those Who Are Near

Alrighty, I'm posting this here because of one cold truth. Most if not all of us have either seen / been part of / heard of drama and hostility, or negativity towards both players and staff. This has reoccurred so many times that it has worn down many members and staff. So, I Challenge this site to for at least one post, do be different. No matter how you feel, no matter who it is. I challenge you to say something nice to every mod, trial mod, admin, dev mods, staff in general. You may even add in a few non-staff if you wish!!! Note: you do NOT have to make a compliment or comment based on their modding/admin if you do not feel like it, but rather if you so chose, make it about the person themselves.

However there are 2 rules in which you must follow.
1. No excluding anyone. If you post here, you must include a comment or complement showing kindness/niceness to every staff by name. if you absolutely cannot think of anything for certain mods(such as because you do not know them!), but give them an honorable mention by at least thanking them in some way(positively/ E.G: Thanks for your hard work) - Remember you do not have to mention their mod work, you can mention them as a person instead or as well!
2. No hostility or negativity will be tolerated. I've given staff permission to straight kick you from this thread.

Last note before I do my part. If I missed ANY staff at all, I DEEPLY appologize! I'm going by the staff roster and what I've been told is the current list. Thank you! If I've missed one, I will be sure to add them in! These are also in NO particular order. It is simply the list that was made to help me gather all the mods & Admin.

Admin:

Seijin: Dude, you may not RP, and you may have a lot irl to deal with, but when you come on, you're always the light of the Cbox, you bring people together just by your presence. Thank you for the website!
Aiyana: Aiyana, you've done a lot behind the scenes, many Lineages were fixed including mine. A lot of behind the scene helping of not just me, but other members. I appriciate the work you've done. Thank you.
Alyia: Alyia, you're an amazing GFX maker. I've enjoyed the GFX you've made, and plan to in the future as well. As for an admin, it is my fault for not noticing much but what I have noticed is you're quite active, and very helpful to members
Venir: Above and beyond all, thank you for the fun auction, amazing idea to stop the inflation of millions of jewels from the raffles. It let people blow jewels on things other than slots or a ship that they may not even use. Aside from the auction, thank you for being helpful. Thank you.
Chaotic: I know IRL hit you hard, and I wish the best for you. You're always there on skype to listen to any member's problems, and I respect that. You've done well, and are very helpful in anything revolving around social matters. Its been a blast working on things with you

Kakuma Blackflower: A long time ago, we didn't see eye to eye kakuma. Now? You are an amazing person, and one that I cannot put into words. I enjoy every minute of talking to you. I enjoy the light you bring to the BR guild. You banded together the guild of misfits, a family not an organization, but a family of those who care for one and another. A lot has happened, and I only can hope things will always improve. Even as a dev mod when I was dev, I saw potential, and am glad to know you, and still getting to know more and more. Glad I chose to bring my 2nd character to BR, because of you, I've met the wonderful BR family, and I thank you for it.
Niyol: Niyol, you've been there to discuss many things both good and bad with me. Worked wonders with me when trying to figure out how to see how things work through applications, despite how much of a pain I can be in an app at times. Thanks for the patience.
Akeya: I primarily notice you approving job requests, and are pretty nice and quick about it too. As a person, I've not yet gotten the chance to truly talk to you. Someday I hope to change that cause I hear you're a nice person.
Sasha Martin: The few times I've talked to you, you've been chill. I'm sorry I've never noticed you or paid attention to modding work, yet you're fairly nice to converse with. Hope to get to know you more.
Aura: From the few times I've talked to them, they were chill and nice to talk to. As far as modding goes. I know you're going through irl stuff, so can't blame you that I've personally never been modded by you. though from what I heard, you're a kind staff member to have work with.
Marceline Anicetus: Marcel, you've been there from my first character to my third. You've taken more apps and odd requests from me than I should have asked. You've also been so active in applications that I know admin have had to tell you to save some for the other mods. Thanks for the hard work!
Daiki: Daiki, There are only a few instances in which we've crossed paths. I can say the times we have in the past have not all been good, yet you've been helpful in the times I needed you. I'm sorry that I cannot write into words more, I only know you so well, and do not talk to you frequent enough to make a proper thing for you. So I thank you for the work you've done.
Elyx Reiaki: You've modded for me a couple times, and are a fair mod. while in the cbox you're actively engaged in the conversation, and when ever you're on, I've always seen you say hello to anyone that joins the cbox, making them feel welcomed. Thank you.
Inspirational Quote: IQ, I know you've gone through a lot recently, a major thing too. I wish you luck on everything. You're too good of a person to let it all get to you. Thanks for being you.
Lord Frederik: Lord Frederik, or commonly known as Harrigan to me. Great man to work with. All of the plots I've seen, and the guild work you've done is fantastic. I love it! Keep it up, good work, and I plan to continue to rp as well as hang out with you.
Vinn: Vinn, I've talked to you a couple times, and your sense of humor is alright by me. I don't know you much aside from what I've seen, heard, or learned from the couple chats with you, yet I can say you've done well. Thanks :).
That Adopted Kid: You and I have been through hell and back. Multiple sites, and multiple times we've worked together or at least on the same team. I love the chances I've gotten to rp with you as well, as well as your witty out of the box humor you always possess. I'll never forget that 'burn heal'.
Anastasia: Anastasia, you may be a hard mod, but you are an active, and very fluent one. Aside from modding though, the few times I've talked to you, you've always been nice & have nothing but niceness to say to others in the cbox. Thank you.
Kyoden: Quite active on approving apps and the trading hub. I wish I could get to know this staff member better actually. I've never heard anything negative about them, and to me they're a good mod.
Fire King Ardere: Ardere man, you're a great C-box mod, and a fun person to talk to. We've had plenty of talks in pm, and hope to continue. Thanks for everything.
Mashyuu: I can't sum it up any better than Mashyuu is one of the first ST friends of mine, and the first ST member I've rp'd with. Very fun, understanding, and enjoyable to talk to!
Izayuki: I enjoy every minute of watching you do GFX Iza, I've learned a lot(and forgot a lot...sorry) Yet its fun to watch. You also bring a lot of laughter to the skype group chat, and fun to hang out with. Yo
Malva Kasai: We've talked, and we've had our fair share of conversations. Malva while I dont know you as a mod, and because I do not frequent the cbox enough to see you in action in the cbox as a cbox mod, I cannot speak for that. What I can speak for is the times we've communicated it has been very nice to get to know you. Thank you for all the chats, and I hope to see many more.
Crimzon: Now heres one mod that I know strictly from the chats we always have on the skype group. You're always more than willing to show an opinion, and give input or work with other members to get their ideas. Very nice team player, and great for the motivation/muse to work on things with.
Mao: Just like the adopted kid, I've known you for multiple sites, and we've been through hell Mao. Its a blast talking to you. Some of the jokes we've shared, are always coming back. The canny and coy sense of humor you possess has bonded many people together,
Dmitry; Sorry Dmitry, we've talked a couple times at best. From what I remember you've always been nice to talk to. Though I've seen you interact with newbies and you're a great help. I personally feel you make some feel more welcomed due to that. Thank you.
Almyra Bys: Wish I knew you as a mod. I know you from the couple times we've talked. You're a nice person to me, and we've never crossed paths in a negative way. I've also read a couple of your rps, and enjoyed the nice read. :)
Irina Naginata: Irina, we've talked a couple times, and in fact you're pretty nice to talk to in the skype group. Another member of the BR family that is great to talk to! Wonderful friend too.

Seijin: Everyone loves you, I mean. . . who doesn't? You are a blessing to this site, Panda God, and we love you for that. But my love, please pay more attention to me! Is this how you treat all of your lovers by progressively forgetting about us? ;~; Nah man, you're a pretty chill guy, but I'd like to be able to see you around more, so that we can enjoy your presence more. I wish you luck in life, however, as I know you're in college and all, and I know just how tough college can be. Keep being the Panda God everyone knows you as because that's totally awesome and yeah. . . that's all I have.
Aiyana: When I first joined the site, I didn't like you much because of me being a very serious and nonchalant person, so I hated you as a whole. The moment I joined staff, I was still highly iffy of you, but I progressively warmed up to your strangeness and soon accepted it. You're an overall great person, but you do come off as tyrannical and unappeasable, which may deter many members. I think that if they saw how you are in the staff chat, when we aren't seriously discussing things and yelling at each other, they'd like you more. Of course, I have nothing against you now, it's more of me just trying to tolerate you as a whole because. . . wow. I literally have no other words than that single one because some of the times, you really make me question life. Not question it in that "holy shit, that mind blowing and I need to rethink my life," but more like, "why the fuck am I around you people."
Alyia: We're so much alike that we clash a lot, but that's okay because in the long run, we understand each other better than anyone else. I might get angry or frustrated with you at times, but never, ever think that I hate you or anything about you. If I ever show hostility toward you, just punch me in the face because I'm more than likely deserving of it. You're a really great administrator, even if others don't see that about you or simply complain about you just to complain. The world cannot be satisfied simultaneously, I've been learning that the hard way and still continue to do so. You have it really hard irl right now and I give you props that you're able to make through it day after day. By the way, if you ever need someone to talk to about things, I will gladly speak to you with open arms and a warm heart.
Venir: I don't have much of an opinion on you, which is good and bad at the same time, but you know, that's me. However, I do know that you're a really kinda person and while you don't much like talking about staff work, you do great! It's stressful, no doubt, but don't let that get to you because you know that you can always take a break when needed. Also, there are other admins you can pester to do things if you think that it's far too stressful for you to do yourself. I don't want to see another staff member leave the site simply because they can't handle the stress of it all. You're a great person like everyone else, and if you need someone to talk to, I will happily talk with you.
Chaotic Rumble: Senpai, please notice me more! I am trying very hard to keep your attention, but you are always so busy! *tackles Chaotic Rumble* In all honesty though, I still cannot recall why I called you Incubus that one day, but it will forever remain your nickname. You're a really chill guy and yes, I do enjoy talking to you, even if you have to hold up the conversation for me. Niyol: To be honest, I don't even know how we came across each other, if it was from the dev team or the BR chat, who knows. If I think, it was the BR chat, but we didn't talk much in there from what I recall and it was mostly me being a recluse. What really gets me is how we started talking so closely after I joined staff, perhaps it was because I slowly attached myself to you. That sounds really creepy now that I think about it and I do so graciously apologize if it comes off as that. Being new to the staff I looked for the first person that I recognized, who would help me get accustomed to the ways of staff. You happened to be that person and I guess I just stuck to you from that point on, so you should feel happy about that. Yeah, I choose you! ~~kill me I just made a Pokemon reference. Please, I. . . why did I make that reference?~~
Akeya: You drive me nuts with the annoying sounds you make in calls, like you make me want to cut out your voice box, I hope you know. I'm gonna set another challenge for myself with this and try to fit bones somewhere in every compliment, with some even taking the form of puns. Also before I get into the nitty gritty of complimenting you all individually I'd like to say thanks to all of you. Without you all, I don't think I would've enjoyed my stay on this site as much as I have, and if you ever need someone to talk to, Raiza will happily listen.

Aiyana: 11/10 great admin. You work very hard behind the scenes and sometimes you don't get the credit you're due, and you're an excellent backbone of the community so good work and keep it up!

Kakuma Blackflower: It was 1924 when I first met Kakuma, Black Rose had just formed and I had made the switch over to it as a founding member from my brief almost non existence in Sabertooth. Since that day I have not regretted making the move and have enjoyed every moment in the guild that you created and I don't plan on leaving any time soon. Very great to discuss where on the point that I've gone over in terms of spells and whatnot before I put them up to be looked over as well, they were fine spells in their prime but some things aren't meant tibia.
Niyol: One of the most active and time efficient mods I've seen in a long time, I almost always see you active when I get online and you're always helping people. Keep up the good work buddy and remember that there's people out there you can lean on for help, so if people seem to have a bone to pick with you please refer them to page 394 of the spellbinders book of rules, section 2, paragraph 3, line 5: "Thou shall not be salty.".
Akeya: I actually don't see that much on site, being a chatbox mod with a full time job I don't get around to getting into jobs that often. But when I do they're done quickly and you always take the time to look over the job first before you approve them, in case people try to cheese things or just miss a thing that says "oh hey look, its solo" and sign multiple people up (I know I myself have missed that at least once). Hope to see you more in the chatbox, we're gonna have a skele-TON of fun.
Sasha Martin: I've only really talked to you back in the day when we were both Rune Knights, we've gotta talk some more and get some plot goin. Otherwise great mod work there bud, really bare boned.
Aura: Great character, really wish I'd gotten Harena up sooner so we could RP but I ended up running a femur and never got around to finishing her. Other than that I've seen you approving jobs and the like when some people don't dare peer into that realm, so thank you for them and keep up the good work!
Marceline Anicetus: A very hard worker, doesn't leave any bone unpolished, any app un-checked, a trail of balanced and approved applications follows her every step and no stone un-turned as she gives advice and helps those who need it. I've been asked to say a few words. I was sort of hesitant to do so because even though I've been here for almost a year there are still many of you I have had almost no interaction with. Some of you I have had no interaction with at all.

Seijin: I know you're watching everyone and it sort of freaks me out. But I can also see you care deeply for the site and want nothing but good things for it, happy to serve on your ship.
Aiyana: Most of what I know about you comes from our mutual time in ST. When I wasn't sure if I was going to fit in you were there and showed me how things worked. For that you will always have my thanks and respect.
Alyia: I don't know you as well as I'd like to. That being said we have started to talk more in the C box and you have done all of my artwork. It's been fantastic and if I can ever do anything for you in return say the word.
Venir: You are one of the people I know next to nothing about but I can tell you are a nice person from your posts. Like Sejin you seem to care about others on site more than you let on and we could use more people like you.
Chaotic: I actually know nothing about you. If I could say anything I would but I don't want to sound like I'm B.S.ing my way through this. I hope one day I get the chance to know you though.

Mao: Again someone I met through ST (This shows just how special our guild really is if you ask me.) you have been very helpful with getting me started here and we have even done a job together. It's been a pleasure to see how much effort you put in your character.
Dmitry: Dude you are cool as hell, super chill and easy going. You're character has an interesting plot and I am happy to have been there for part of it.
Almyra Bys: The writer of the character in ST to have one of the biggest effects on my character. You were the one to show me that a character can have plot going on in a site that has no cannon. I wish the site did so that more could interact with your character.

TO ALL CURRENT AND PREVIOUS STAFF: I want to say thank you in general for putting time into the site. Truth be told being staff(from my experience) offers no thing like meaningful pay usually, so to become staff is a volunteer job with the only pay-off is trying to make the site better for everyone. So to all that are and have been staff, thank you for your time spent on it.

Seijin: I haven't really gotten the chance to talk to you personally (as much as i regret that), so i cant say a whole lot, but I can say that you are a great person simply for making this amazing site where everyone can get together to have fun and breed long lasting friendships. Thank you for all that you do.

Aiyanna: We also haven't gotten to talk to each other too much. ~~I have EXTREMELY vague memories of Sabertooth chat, but that's about it.~~ Regardless though, I can say that you do great work for the site and that your sense of humor in the chat box always manages to give me a good laugh.

Venir: Veniiiii!!! I can't even truly express how great you are to have around. You do tons of admin work and are very dedicated to it. You're kind and willing to help anyone who needs it. Your presence on Skype makes everything at least 10x more fun. Your writing is absolutely top notch ~~Even when you think that its not.~~ Thanks for being awesome.

Chaotic: I don't know much about you, but I know that you're a fantastic writer just from reading your posts and I know from your time in the chat box and your OOC posts that you're a really fun guy to be around. I hope that we'll be able to get to know each other one day.

Alyia: Oh Alyia, where do I even begin? Out of all of the admins, I know you the best, and I'm eternally thankful for that. You're always so kind and caring no matter what. Kakuma: I haven't talked to you much honestly. I know that you're struggling with a lot of IRL issues at the moment and I find it admirable that you've been able to push through them. I do remember that you lent me like 4 artifacts for an auction a little while back even though you didnt know me at all. ~~Thanks for that btw!~~ Black Rose is an awesome guild and I wish you all the best in making it even better in the future.

Niyol: You are awesome bro. I don't really think I have to say much else, almost as if your awesomeness is a given, with no need for justification, like its a law of the universe. Your characters are all really cool and well made, and your magic is really creative too. As a person, you've got a great sense of humor and are fun to talk to. I wish you the best in everything you do.

Marceline: Everytime I go to look for mod work, my reaction is usually something along the lines of, "Damn, Marshy got EVERYTHING again." And yes, that's a good thing. You are hands-down the hardest working mod on the site. I find it incredible that you can find the time to do so much. Back when we used to call sometimes in that old Skype group, I remember that I especially enjoyed talking to you. Keep working hard and being awesome.
