Following Ebony to the Serene Cliffs a few minutes after she left it gave him a chance to prepare himself. Once he arrived at the cliffs a gust of wind started to blow making the bottom of his duster blow around. "I'm ready for what you have to throw at me." As he said that he pulled out a magic cigarette and lit it waiting for her to explain the exam.

Hearing what he was doing for the exam he didn't expect it to be easy. "Find the idol huh? Alright let's see how this is going to go." He said walking into the forest. He didn't know what to expect as he travels through the forest he just decided to stay calm and think things through.

Looking at the pit he couldn't see the bottom due to the sheer number of snakes. Taking a look at the sides of the pit it seemed to be a pretty straight path. Looking up he found a tree near the pit that had long vines hanging from it. Grabbing a vine he backed up a good five feet and ran in landing on the side of the pit as snakes started to hiss and some tried to strike him, but only hit the tip of his boots causing their fangs to shatter from biting the titanium plate in the boots. Running along the side of the pit he almost made it to the other side until the branch the vine was on snapped. With his quick reflexes he used his Elettro Whip spell to grab onto a rock sticking out and pulled himself out. "That would've sucked if I fell in there. Hope not to see you again." He said down to the snakes before continuing into the forest.

Elettro Guard: 10%

Looking at the cave black lightning started to pulsate from around him. Walking into the cave the insects and other small creatures scurried out of the cave as he walked through, due to the electricity pulsating from him it caused them to leave the area because of them becoming uncomfortable. Looking around he traveled through a tunnel for about ten minutes before he made it to a large open space that had several glowing crystals floated around the ceiling giving enough illumination to see the room clearly. At the end there was two tunnel entrances, but before he could decide on which one to pick the sound of claws going across the ground could be heard from both tunnels. "Don't know what is coming, but they are in for a surprise." As he said that he used his Cursed Seal and brought out both of his swords.

Hearing the vulcans running towards them Nightken stayed completely calm and didn't move an inch as one of them did a downward swing with a stone club. Stabbing his Nidai Kitetsu into the club he released an electric pulse that caused the club to explode. "You want me so bad come get me." He said as the vulcan started to back up. Moving to a spot that all five of them could easily get to he did the hand motion of "come get some" to both groups of vulcans. Waiting for the right moment he used his Lightning Body spell to move out of the way when they charged at him. Moving around them with his Lightning Body he started to break down the oxygen around the vulcans. Shooting all of the shock-waves from his swords around them he sped up the process of the air losing oxygen. The vulcans started to collapse from the lack of oxygen. Once all of them collapsed he took in a deep breath and started to drag the vulcans to a spot with oxygen afterwards he quickly headed further into the cave. Grabbing a small crystal that was glowing he figured it could come in handy. After a few minutes of running through the cave he found the exit. Hearing something rumble outside the cave he quickly ran out and barely dodged a boulder that fell in front of the exit. "That was close" He said looking around for what dropped the boulder.

Elettro Guard: 20%

Spitting out the candy that Ebony put in his mouth he just looked at her calmly and said. "I don't like sweets." After he said that he walked past the dancing candy canes and Ebony. Looking around it looked like there was only one path to take and it lead through this candy land. "You coming?" He asked while he walked down the path and sheathed his swords.

As she explained a marshmallow tried jumping onto Nightken's arm he shot a lightning bolt at it before she got to the part of them duplicating. "Even if they do multiply they still melt from heat." As he said that he used his discharge spell in the middle of the crowd of marshmallows. When he did this the sheer heat generated from it caused them to start melting and stick to the ground. When his spell was over with the use of his Raven Ring a pair of wings made of black lightning appeared on his back. Flying into the air he grabbed Ebony's arms and flew quickly to the exit. Dodging marshmallows that tried to stop them until they made themselves into a wall. Holding out one hand he shot a flame at the wall. The flame core is of an ordinary red, an inner layer of a very pale, somewhat pink-like shade of red-white and outer edges of deep crimson. When the marshmallow wall was struck by the flame it started to decay and make an opening big enough for them to get through. Landing on the other side of the exit before they continued on he had to check something with Ebony. "You said that this exam was a test of wits. When you told me that I have to get that idle it made me think what if you are just going to lead me on a wild goose chase and find out that the one you have is in fact the real one and the one I'm going to is actually the fake or that there isn't even one there. What I'm saying is I want the truth is that really the idle I'm to retrieve?" He said to her as he gave his opinion on the exam.

Elettro Guard: 30%

Hearing what was happening his choice was easy. Lightning coated his body as he moved at the speed of lightning to the cave leaving the idle behind. arriving at the cave he could hear all the yelling and the sound of stones being smashed. Running into the cave he made his way through the tunnel in seconds and was able to see all the vulcans and his guildmates. A ring of lightning appeared around him and gathered into the palm of his right hand. Dashing at the vulcan directly in front of him he struck it in the back with his Rikiri Unleashed and sent it flying a good ten feet into the couple of vulcans that blocked off their escape. "Hurt my guild and not even god can save you." He said to the vulcans as his eyes turned crimson. Drawing his swords he was prepared for any thing the vulcans had. "Go on get out of here I'll cover your escape!" He said slamming his Nidai Kitetsu in the ground and released an electric pulse into the ground to cause an explosion giving them cover to escape.

Elettro Guard: 50%

Once he caused the explosion the other guild members made their escape. Nightken was surrounded by at least seventeen vulcans in varying sizes. "With them safe I can now go full force on you all." He said as two of the smaller ones in front of him charged towards him. Nightken began to spin his sword in a circle multiple times. A ring of lightning formed in front of him as he spun his sword. The two vulcans hit the ring of lightning and were sent back a few feet and electrocuted at the same time. Seeing that several of the large ones charged him with stone clubs in hand. He waited for them to start swinging their clubs and dodged most of the swings except for one that sent him flying towards the way he just came from. Rolling on the ground from the impact he lost his grip on both swords making so he has to fight unarmed for the time being. Spitting on the ground he saw some blood mixed with his saliva. "Guess it'll be tougher to take you all on at once." He said standing up.
Taking a quick look around he saw several things he could do, but he decided to go with the most destructive. Running up to grab his swords one of the vulcans threw a large rock towards him. Grabbing his Ramei Okami he quickly placed the back of it on his shoulder making it grow to fifteen feet in length and sliced the rock down the middle. Grabbing his Nidai Kitetsu he sheathed both swords and used his Boa Zekaruga spell with a boost from his Elettro Guard to cause the cave to collapse.
A large magic circle appeared in front of him as a fifteen foot long dragon made of pure lightning came forth then started to attack the vulcans and caused enough damage to the cave to make it start to collapse. The dragon had eight foot long fangs that resemble that of a sabertooth cat. While his spell rampaged he made his escape. He barely made it out of the cave as the whole thing collapsed crushing all the vulcans inside. "That was too close for comfort." He said breathing heavily due to the amount of energy it takes to use that spell. Sitting on the ground facing the remains of the cave some of the guild members that escaped started heading towards him all of them had a wide smile on their faces. "Do me a favor and don't ever do that again." He said slowly standing up as they started to head back to the guild.
