It seems to be a wound caused in his previous mortal state as any recent markings fade far too quickly for something of normality. » Seems to be unable to speak besides grunting, growling and other feral—like noises. Although the bamboo muzzle seems to be to blame— he refuses to remove it for fear of being shunned or scrutinized with his overly acute canines. Besides not wielding a voice however— he is still capable in understanding others. » Despite his small stature he wields an enhanced condition. Able to evade, fight and suffer through most opponents without dying. Even if they do overwhelm him in power— as his capabilities aren't anything currently worth remembering, he usually doesn't advance battle. ( just a lil plot ability )

»Alert— Perhaps in the previous life it hadn't been necessary and yet from an early age he constantly finds himself on the edge. Suspicious of practically anyone. Regardless if they may have pure intentions he is an obvious victim of some form of trauma— incapable of opening his heart on the immediate to those that wish to be his friend. Though he does not behave crudely— he is certainly afraid.
»Protective— The resolve to provide aid in those that need it does not spark hesitation. No matter how skittish he may be at times— Luca does not enjoy watching others get hurt. Especially young children or parent figures. Willing to use his own body as a shield if necessary against the onslaught.
»Forgiving— Those that have shown disrespect through voice are easily forgiven. However he cannot expand that notion if somebody has killed or hurt someone he cares for dearly. Luca may be capable of healing at an incredible rate— but the pain will always remain. He is especially reluctant to absolve someone of their past wrongs if they held a purpose in the catastrophe of Shadow Island.
»Stubborn— Luca finds himself incapable of giving up on something which sparks interest. He is also terribly hard—headed when wielding his own measly fists against someone far stronger. Whether it be to simply learn or his determination— he won't give up unless his conscious fades elsewhere.
»Caring— Although he has not ventured further than Fiore itself, he is constantly moving around, keeping himself secluded like some kind of wild animal in the outskirts of the land. Because of this he is familiar with encountering those that end up lost and is always willing in guiding them back to safety. Serving as a mysterious though surely not unwelcome figure for those that have come across him.
»Reserved— With the inability to speak coming into play— he struggles to truly communicate with anyone besides bizarre hand gestures and grunting. Luca may be capable in understanding others but he does not know how to read or write. Leaving him again rather insecure when it comes to pertaining a conversation.
