    Concept

    Throughout the course of the chronicled antiquities of the creatures referred to as humans, anecdotes upon anecdotes that expand and catalog millenniums of history possessed by mankind speak of  various occurrences where humans intermixed their genetics, their essences, with a myriad of otherworldly or supernatural beings. Tidbits of these recorded accounts, similar to everything in the world, has been tainted by the hands of mankind and have been altered to serve a more selfish purpose or perhaps a self-righteous one as well ranging from glorifying a leader to inspiring terror or fear to even teaching a supposed moral lesson. These myriad beings whose depictions in legends vary dependent on the region may have led to the tainting of records as well for in certain regions these beings are referred to as monstrous demons or perhaps they were fortunate enough to be revered as deities or gods. Whatever the truth behind these chronicled accounts, there is one single truth that remains which the intermingling of humans and other species and they were able to reproduce.

    Children born to these intermixing species were born with talents and powers outside of the realms of normal man.  A prime example of a mixed child conceived from the mingling of being worshiped as a deity and denoted as the personification of death, Thanatos and a mortal human woman who would become Gennady Vinn’s grandmother, Natasha. Their child, Sasha, who continue in the future to serve as Gennady Vinn’s mother was born to these two individuals. As a mixed blood, Vinn’s mother was normally depicted as a demi-god. However, Vinn’s entrance into the world wasn’t as simplistic as his mother for he wasn’t conceived through normal means or rather means that were common place however through a process which could be depicted as manufactured or crafted. The maestro or the individual who was behind his creation was the exact individual who could be deemed as Viktor Gennady Vinn’s father.  The source of regarding his birth also caused the source of his magic follow a different set of rules or rather the energy  used differs from the source used by normal beings in Earthland. The energy signature is similar to Curse Power in a way and is the easiest way to depict the source. Not only was this creature the father of Gennady, but the father of members of his race and was heralded as the strongest individual among them. His name was Vlad Drăculea. While the reason for Vinn’s existence still eludes him due to his mother’s desire not to elaborate further on her relationship with Vlad Drăculea. Unlike his mother who is referred to as a demi-god, Vinn has been referred to as a mongrel by other beings since they can’t sense if he is undead, unholy, or a god but they know he isn’t just a simple human. However among the few of fellow vampire brethren that he has encountered, Vinn is referred to as the pinnacle of their race or the individual who will surpass Vlad Drăculea in time. Their term for him is a Transcendent Vampire which refers to the essences of the godhood which dwell within him as well.

    The essences of godhood and the undead inhabit his crafted corporal or physical and their full potential is brought forth through the hemomancy or blood manipulation arcane art taught to him by his now deceased mentor, Marina. It was through this magic and his education in that he was capable of bringing forth and accessing the essences of Thanatos and Vlad Drăculea which were bestowed onto him as their heir enabling him to use aspects of death magics and vampire magics in combination with his blood manipulation techniques. In the utilization or activation of techniques that directly use the blood for offensive or defensive combat referred to as his Sanguine Artes, the blood is free flowing which means that he doesn’t have to cut or injure himself in order to call forth the blood. In combination with this effect, he is capable of turning his parts into the crimson liquid and his body is a literal blood fountain capable of producing an unending amount of blood. To this end, he possesses an aesthetic with his magic which allows him to regrow limbs or heal from injuries. However, this feature doesn’t allow him to actually heal or regenerate health. The closest metaphor to this technique is the fact it is patching the hole of a tire or stitching the tear in a sweater. The damage is still there however it isn’t obvious to the naked or untrained eye. Since Vinn has been able to activate the essences of the death god, Thanatos within his magic. He is capable of adding effects which are normally viewed as curses to his magic which drain vitality or debuff those afflicted by it. However since these effects are used with his normal blood magic techniques, they are a simple part of his Sanguine Artes. The techniques that involved the vampire essences bestowed onto him by Vlad Drăculea have been given their own name and are referred to as Vampire Artes. These techniques differ from his normal blood arte as they tap deeper into the vampire essence of his physical being allowing him to use techniques which his kind are more infamous for such as transformation or summoning forth creatures to add him. In combination to his talents, he has a resistance to all forms of magic due to these essences dwelling inside of him.

    While the magic itself is quite powerful, it comes with its own weaknesses. Unlike most of his kind, Vinn is capable of walking through the day without any problem. Even so, the main price of this magic which has occurred due to him utilizing more and more of the vampire essence within him is that he undergoes a cycle of forced cycle of sleep or hibernation. This period of hibernation occurs when the sun is at its highest point in the sky which is noon for the current area and his body falls asleep instantly where he stands. This is when he is at his most vulnerable as with other vampires; he is unable to defend himself for the most part. There are instances where he has been known to sleep-fight if the right conditions are met. Another weakness stems more from the fact of the essences that dwell within him that reject most forms of healing magic and in fact, healing magic which use holy energies will actually damage him. While he rejects these energies, it further hurts him that he is only capable of recovering off the blood of others. Ironically enough, he is capable of consuming any source of blood in order to heal and regenerate his body. This healing effect is strong that he is capable of regenerating and returning to the realm of the living even if his body was completely destroyed and only a single fragment of it exists. For example, Vinn can be killed by a barbaric type of execution such as beheading (This has happened before to him on a number of occasions.) and as long as his physical body is exposed to blood outside of his own. He can be brought back. This can happen with any part of his body. However, there will only be one Vinn. The rest of the parts if in close proximity will turn into blood and rejoin the original or turn to ash if they are far apart. While these are the weaknesses and unique abilities granted to him by the mixture of godhood and undead essence that dwell within him there are quite a number of weakness to his Sanguine Artes or the true blood manipulation aspect of his own magic. While using a liquid variation or what could be be deemed as the original form of blood manipulation magic, the bonds between individual crismon particles can be diluted or broken apart other liquid based magic. While using a solidified or crystallized form of the blood manipulation, the solid particles can be broken or disassembled by Crash Magic whose prime directive to is to destroy or vibration based magic which can have produce the same result.  



    Usage

    Adaptability is the principal allure to this distinctive branch of the arcane arts which are fueled by a unique source of energy similar to Curse Power. There are a vast variety of techniques or spells which are referred to as Artes by Vinn, himself and are capable of being used in almost any situation that one can imagine or would come across since the wielder of this particular type of magic is capable of creating effects similar to curses with their blood manipulation to lower the offensive and defensive capabilities of their foe or target, accessing the vampire essences within their blood to gain a hold of their vampire heritage and ascertain their abilities for combat which range from summoning familiars to do their bidding to transforming parts of their body to match the characteristics of the familiars in their service, crystallizing and hardening blood to create armor or shields to defend against attacks. Just like his fellow brethren, Vinn is capable of draining blood from sources as well to regain his health. Since he is unable to heal from general healing magics, he normally regains a bit of his health from partaking in the blood that he keeps in small vials on his person. He is also capable of consuming blood based magic to regain his health.

    The limitation with the magic is only with the wielder’s imagination or their inability to adapt for the general part. While having a surplus of versatility and adaptability, this branch of magic is primarily used for mid-range to long-range combat in Vinn’s hands in which Vinn uses his vampire agility and speed to stay out of a foe’s comfort zone before slowly reducing their ability to fight with his excess of skills that lower the fighting capabilities of his targets. He further enhances this by using his vampire familiar to overwhelm his targets and if engaged in close combat he uses blood and vampire techniques to regain his distance and continue to fight. There are even hidden techniques in his repertoire that he can use to shatter the existence of anything that comes into existence, however the effects of it are limited and are usually used to kill of weak targets or negate the effects of other spells similar to anti-magic.



    Strengths


    • Fuel Source – Predominantly due to the assortment of substances present within his physical being, the source of energy or power for the techniques or magic utilized by Gennady Vinn is different than that used naturally by the majority of denizens who reside in Earthland. The structure of the energy is almost indistinguishable from Curse Power which is the energy source that fuels the magic otherwise known as curses of the demons from the book of Zeref. This unique source of energy allows his spells to be access in circumstances where they would normally be nullified or rendered useless, however his spells can still be destroyed by other forms of magic. Outside of this aesthetic effect with his magic, the source of magic follows the guidelines provided with the sites rules regarding the traditional usage of magic power.


    • Versatility – In terms of adaptability and flexibility this individual variety of the arcane arts is in the top of its class due primarily to the usage of blood manipulation aspect of it. The ability to bend and mold one’s blood into a surplus of different shapes and forms which is only limited by the ingenuity and creativeness of the user is powerful in its own right and combine this capability with the numerous cursed effects that Vinn is capable of adding by using the essence of death that resides within him. In combination with this blood manipulation ability of Vinn’s, he is capable of drawing forth and using the prowess of a vampire which dwell within him adding more to arsenal of techniques and spells. This enables him to be able to adapt to almost any given situation.



    • Astral | Spiritual Interaction – Due to the mixture essences dwelling within his physical body primarily the essences of the god of death, Thanatos, Viktor is capable of interacting with those who have left the world or realm of the living. This interaction includes seeing, speaking and conversing with the dead and he is capable of physical touching them as well, however this isn’t only limited to the deceased but individuals who have entered the realm of the dead by astral projection.  This enables him to be able to help spirits or even harm them if he so desires in the case of astral projection, it would harm the mind of the person astrally projecting themselves.




    Weaknesses


    • Hibernation – Largely attributable to the extensive tenure of abusing the vampire essences which inhabit his somatic being, Gennady now possesses a few attributes that similar to his vampire brethren in regards to being active during the daylight hours. While he is capable of moving around in the sunlight without any real negative effects, due both being a mixed blood and a quite powerful vampire as well, his body has a set limit in which he can be active during the day. When the sun reaches its highest point in a particular region otherwise known as noon, his body shuts down and he enters a state of bottomless slumber. Not even the kiss from a beautiful princess will be able to wake him up from his slumber. This period of sleep isn’t long normally for it only lasts a few hours, but during that time he is at his most vulnerable. He generally unable to fight back against opponents which means he can be easily taken out during this time, however the note should be on the word generally. There are moments where has been known to sleep-fight, but that is only once a few conditions are met.


    • Anemia – While contrasted against the various hemomancers or blood manipulation mavens within the world, Gennady Vinn is capable of producing an almost endless fountain no ocean of blood without any negative consequences or without losing his own health in the process. However once Vinn’s health reaches a certain percentile, he actually begins to exhibit some signs of anemia. The reasoning behind this is still unknown, but it is assumed that it deals with the vampires and their need to feed on blood.  When Vinn’s vigor is below twenty percent, he begins to exhibit signs of light-headiness and weakness which translates to a loss of speed and strength by twenty-five percent. The strength of his blood-based spells weaken by twenty-five percent.


    • Healing – As a result of the concoctions of essences flowing throughout his entire being, Vinn is unable to be healed by traditional healing magic or techniques which is a curse of the essence of death and the undead within him. He is only able to heal from damage either by consuming blood or waiting for his body to regenerate and heal naturally. Vinn also takes damage from sources of healing magic which use holy or divine energies. He is able to be healed by time-manipulation techniques however since they simply reverse the flow of time before he was injured.


    • Crash Magic And Vibration Based Magic – These particular branches of magic act as a counter to the crystallized or solidified form of the Sanguine Artes. While using a solidified or crystallized form of the blood manipulation, the solid particles can be broken or disassembled by Crash Magic whose prime directive to is to destroy or vibration based magic which can have produce the same result. If the individual Sanguine Arte is an instant or one post duration technique, it will be destroyed instantly by Crash Magic or Vibration Magic of the corresponding rank. If the individual arte lasts more than one turn and has some sort of durability it will take 50 percent more damage from the attack and reduces the duration of the spell by one post or turn. This effect only works with opposing Crash Magic or Vibration Magic of the corresponding rank. Crash Magic or Vibration Magic of higher rank will break through the spell and continue to deal its normal damage.


    • Water Magic – This particular branch of magic is a counter to the normal Sanguine Artes or the liquid form of the blood manipulation techniques. While using this form of the blood manipulation, the liquid can be diluted by Water Magic. If an individual Sanguine Arte is an instant or one post duration technique, it will be instantly destroyed or diluted by Water Magic of the corresponding rank. If the individual arte lasts more than one turn and has some sort of durability it will take 50 percent more damage from the attack and reduces the duration of the spell by one post or turn. This effect only works with Water Magic of the corresponding rank. Water Magic of higher rank will break through the spell and continue to deal its normal damage.



    Lineage

    Chimera Blood
    Description: A long time an ago, a hero slew a Chimera invading a small town. The great hero drank some of the Chimera’s blood to show dominance over the mythical creature. But it changed him greatly, giving the hero the ability the strength of a lion, flight of an eagle, and scales of a snake. The hero’s descendants were given the exact same traits as he did.
    Ability: A transformation that allows the user to use one of the chimera’s ability, flight of an eagle from wings and a sight increase(flying ability and enhanced perception enough to detect the movement of a mouse in tall grass from a hundred meters away), strength of a lion(double strength), or scales of a snake(30% damage resistance). Causing great carnage if used correctly.
    Usage: Each of the three transformations last 4 posts. 5 post cooldown that is shared after using a form which prevents the user from just flipping between forms too quickly.

    Concept

Whatever the truth behind these encounters, a child is born to these intermingling species. Gennady Vinn’s existence is a prime example of the intermingling between humans, monsters, and deities. Within the crimson blood flowing through his veins, the essences of human, god, and undead alike can be found. To be completely accurate, it is the essences of his mixed-blood mother who possessed both the essence of mankind and the essence of the god of death, Thanatos. While two essences flowed through her veins and were passed down to her child, the intermingling between Gennady’s mother and father was created through a means of magecraft which infused him with the essence of Vlad Drăculea. The only thing that Vinn knows about his father is from random rumors that have reached him and the fact that he is a true vampire.

    The magic which practiced by Gennady Vinn is derived from the concept of  combining the various essences which run rampant through his body with blood manipulation or blood magic. Gennady Vinn uses a unique brand blood magic in which he is able to add the effects similar to curses to those who are exposed to his blood which either slowly sapping their strength to curses which are able to remove or destroy the chains that bound individuals or beings to reality which essentially causes true death to foes exposed to the particular curse.  In his particular application of blood magic, the blood is free-flowing or rather his body is capable of turning into the crimson liquid at a moment’s notice. This enables him to use greater techniques that would leave normal blood mages completely drained while granting  him an almost limitless supply of blood to use for his craft.It is not only the essences  which run rampant through his body that gives his magic form. Gennady Vinn further enhances his particular magic by combining the prowess granted to him by the fact that he was created through mage-craft to have the essence of the vampire, Vlad Drăculea, within his body. It is the usage of this vampire prowess which gives the magic its name despite the fact it is a primary blood manipulation focused magic.


    Usage
    While in a combat situation, Gennady Vinn prefers to use his blood manipulation techniques to keep his foe at a distance by shooting compressed high-pressure bullets of blood at his adversary. These compressed bullets of blood are typically embedded with the unique blend of essences which run rampant through his body to cause curses which deal damage over time or slowly cripple his target. While this is preferred style of combat, Vinn is capable of crystallizing the blood that he uses for his magic. This enables him to create what could be compared to weapons and barriers out of blood enabling more defensive options and the like. He has also taken a book out of the style of water mages and has developed techniques which allow his blood to be free flowing or rather allowing his body to transform into the crimson liquid and evade attacks or use massive scale blood manipulation attacks. In combination with this, Gennady Vinn uses his vampire prowess in combat as well such transforming his allies temporarily into the undead so they may have the regenerative prowess and speed of a vampire or draining sources of blood to regain his own vitality.


    Strengths

    • Curse Power

      • Due to the mixture of essences existing within him, the source of energy or power for the technique utilized by Gennady Vinn is identical to the sources used by demons from the book of Zeref known as . This allows him to use his techniques or access his magic in situations where his magic would normally be nullified essentially nullifying traditional forms of antimagic. While normal forms of anti-magic aren't able to cancel out his magic, the spells that are cast by him can be still by destroyed. Outside of this effect, his magic functions just like all others according to the rules of magic power with the term curse power being a rename.


    • Verstiality

      • The pure versatility of this particular magic is perhaps the greatest and underappreciated strength of it. Ranging from using liquid blood to as high-speed projectiles to hardening it to make shields and weaponry. The blood manipulation aspect of this magic has a ton of uses which for the most part are limited only limited to the imagination of the wielder. Combining this with the vampire prowess, which Gennady Vinn has inherited from his father makes the magic even more powerful.  


    • Blood Curses

      • Drawing strength from the unique essences which reside inside of his blood, Gennady Vinn is capable of applying curse effects to the spells which  utilize his blood. The type of curses which he capable of creating vary depending on the spell. Most of the curses cause damage over time almost acting like a poison however they can be used to sap the strength from an opponent or even cause hallucinations at times.





    Weaknesses

    • Low Health

      • While it appears that the amount of blood that Gennady Vinn is capable of producing and using for combat is limitless, there is an actual limit that he can produce or rather utilize for such exploits without any real negative effects to him. This limit is made abundantly clear as his health or vitality reaches below twenty percent where he starts to exhibits the signs of anemia such as light-headedness. However, due to his own lineage as a vampire, this results in more. It causes his strength and speed to decrease by twenty-five percent. The strength of his blood-based spells also weakens by twenty-five percent.


    • Outside Healing Sources

      • Another weakness to this magic or rather due to the mixtures essences flowing throughout his entire being actually act as a curse toward himself as well. This curse takes the form of him not being able to be healed through normal means  and magics. The only way for him currently to restore any type of health is by waiting for his wounds to heal naturally or by consuming blood just like his vampire brethren.


    • Crash Magic

      • This particular branch of magic is a counter to the blood manipulation when they are in a solid form since crash magic is particularly useful for destructive purposes against solid objects. If the particular magic technique is an instant or one post durations it will be destroyed by the impact. If the molding magic is a static or dynamic make that lasts more than one turn and has some form of durability, it takes .5 percent more damage from the attack and reduces the duration of the spell by one. This effect works with crash magic of the same rank. Crash magic of higher rank will break through the solid crystallized form of the spells and continue through the spell dealing damage its normal damage.


    • Water Magic

      • This particular branch of magic is a counter to the toxins when they are in a liquid form since water magic can dilute the poisons so badly they aren’t effective any longer. If the particular blood manipulation magic technique is an instant or one post duration static or dynamic make, it will simply clash with any water spell and fall to the ground in a dilute puddle. If the blood manipulation is one that lasts more than one turn and has some form of durability, it takes .5 percent more damage from the attack and reduces the duration of the spell. This effect works with water magic of the same rank. Water magic of higher rank will destroy and dilute any liquid blood spells and continue through the spell and deal it's normal damage.

    Description: A long time an ago, a hero slew a Chimera invading a small town. The great hero drank some of the Chimera’s blood to show dominance over the mythical creature. But it changed him greatly, giving the hero the ability the strength of a lion, flight of an eagle, and scales of a snake. The hero’s descendants were given the exact same traits as he did.
    Ability: A transformation that allows the user to use one of the chimera’s ability, flight of an eagle from wings and a sight increase(flying ability and enhanced perception enough to detect the movement of a mouse in tall grass from a hundred meters away), strength of a lion(double strength), or scales of a snake(30% damage resistance). Causing great carnage if used correctly.
    Usage: Each of the three transformations last 4 posts. 5 post cooldown that is shared after using a form which prevents the user from just flipping between forms too quickly.
