Personality: As a lady of royal upbringing, Viktoriya is expected to be a woman of high class and grace as well as a higher expectation for being the crown princess of the empire, hence why she tends to prefer manners over being casual with people. Despite her upbringing, she has a kind and caring personality and will go out of her way to help out people if they needed it.
