As I recall, the dungeon shop was the only place that sold spell slots for secondary magic, not entirely sure if you can get them any other way.

If you purchase a weapon/armour you can sacrifice it to gain 1x Signature spell (max rank depends on the rank of the weapon/armour) as well as 1x spell slot of a specific rank.
Artifact = A Rank slots
Legendary = B Rank slots
Strong = C Rank slots
From what I've been told when the signature trade-offs was re-worked, this is also a viable way of adding spell slots to secondary magic. But keep in mind, by doing this you lose the ability to have a weapon/armour of that rank. If you forfeit an armour the ability must be defensive, if you forfeit a weapon the ability must be offensive. Additionally, with administrator's permission; you can possibly create a job that awards a secondary spell slot equal to the rank of the job. Again, you have to clear that last one with an admin.
