Cosplay Cafe(Job/ Romulus & Magna)

This idea and that idea, finally the plan was coming together. The boys wanted to base their cosplay off of their magic and have a matching theme. Naturally, the theme would be a black rose, like their family-oriented guild. Rei knew a lot about Magna, if they were going to go by their magic, Magna would be exactly that, a chef. It seemed rather convenient for him. Romulus on the other hand, Rei didn't really know anything about his magic- she knew he was kind and like a big brother, very considerate and protective. That left her, the third piece of their recipe. If they were going to go by matching magic for cosplay, then there was only one cosplay for her.

Rei will be a devil then, a black rose devil. she stated in a sort of finality. The idea matched the matching theme and her magic- but neither Romulus or Magna were privy to the information about her magic. It was likely that both would assume she was just shooting off ideas, but maybe a subconscious part of them would associate her magic with something sinister because of her declaration. That was somewhat of her goal, she had never told or shown anyone her magic- but sooner or later she would have to reveal it. She wanted those closest to her to be somewhat prepared. She didn't know if her kind of magic was acceptable or not. It had been the cause of two years of controversy in her little life so far.

they arrived at the place shortly that morning, still quite early and before business hours. Rei would follow the two into the building and introduce themselves to their client who seemed somewhat displeased to have a majority of males for the job instead of females. Female mages were usually busty females who could attract a lot of...revenue. Oh... Well, welcome! I hope to put you three to use today! Please treat the customers well and please tell me what kind of cosplay you have decided on? I have a vast collection of cosplay of all colors and sizes. the short fat man said in a somewhat bragging way, though realizing his last statement made him sound somewhat pathetic, he laughed nervously afterwards.

Rei held up a hand to get the man's attention. Rei will take Black Devil Hunter's cosplay. The man thought for a moment and then his eyes lit up with sparkles as he rubbed his hands together and nodded his head in understanding. Finally! A young mage girl who understood the simple beauty of seductive evil! Luckily he was a mage himself, one who specialized in clothing alterations: any changes to clothing such as size, color and shape could be done instantly with his magic. Rei would go over to his cosplay room and pick out the outfit she wished to wear. She took charge and told him the alterations she needed and then went to change. A few minutes later, she would return to Magna and Romulus. Instead of her usual black frilly lady-like dress and umbrella, she was now wearing a black leather one-piece outfit with missing areas all over the outfit. A cute demon tail hung from her butt and a pair of slightly curved horns adorned her silky raven hair.

She wore long leather skin-tight gloves and fishnet stockings an leather belts all up and down her legs, the belly of the outfit was missing and along the exposed skin was covered by fishnet material in the design of a black rose. Rei put her hands on her hips as she inspected her two big brothers. After changing, she had practiced her attitude she would be using in the cosplay. She was to be a violent and tsundere type of cosplay maid with demonic qualities who seemed to care very little for the customers. Certain customers loved that kind of thing, or so the store manager had told her. Black demon Rei graces you with beholding her beauty! Rei said in a cute hostility and then winked at Magna and Romulus. It was nearly time to start their job, but what had the two decided on wearing?

Romulus stood at the entrance to the cafe when the owner greeted the trio of mages. The man in no way impressed Romulus, and if anything he served only as an annoyance. Romulus was only slightly shocked at Rei's declaration of wishing to dress as a satanic figure, but was exponentially more shocked at the outfit she ended up in. Seeing that little girl in something so profoundly sexual got Romulus a bit more annoyed with the stocky man before him, as he refused to acknowledge that Rei had chosen the costume of her own volition. When Rei introduced herself back to the two mages, Romulus simply gritted his teeth and announced he would be next.

When Romulus Lupin entered the storage and selection room, he was a bit overwhelmed by the amount of clothing. He began walking around the room idly, grabbing this and that from one costume or another. He seemed to only be missing his main clothing, as he had already procured all of his accessories. He continued to meander through the large room, finding nothing, until he stumbled across what was most likely the only thing in the entire room that would suit his needs. Romulus begrudgingly began stepping off his normal black outfit for the one he had pieced together. Overall, it was around an hour of wandering.

Romulus emerged from the storage room wearing a scowl and an extremely deep blush, and not much else. Romulus had cleverly hidden the band of a pair of fake dog ears, and his natural ears, underneath of his pitch white hair, but the two canine ears stood proud and tall off the top of his head. Under his eyes was deep black eyeliner with winged tips. Around his neck hung a string of faux black roses that sagged to the middle of his chest. At the top of his pelvic arches were two dermal piercings that Romulus had fashioned out of two earrings that depicted onyx roses. Below them sat Romulus' only true piece of clothing. It was a small black fur covered that covered only the essentials to make the outfit PG-13. Romulus lifted up one of his hands, and dangling from it was a fake canine tail. "Could...." Romulus took a deep breath in and blushes darker, "Could someone help put my tail on....?" Romulus asked, hoping someone would be polite enough to complete his black fur outfit, if there was even enough clothing to call it an outfit. The store owner, still shocked at how little clothing the mage had decided to wear, and a bit angry that two rather expensive pieces of ear jewelry were now stabbed into Romulus' midsection, did not step forward to assist with the duty of applying the tail to the wolf mage's backside. From that, it looked like it would fall to one of his guild mates.

Magna was surprised at Rei's choice and showed that visibly with a questioning gaze. Black Rose Devil? Did that mean her magic was somehow devil related? However, what shocked him more was the costume itself. It was overtly sexual without actually revealing everything. He actually wondered whether more flesh was exposed than revealed. "It looks...good." he said giving her a thumbs up and a wink of his own. He didn't want to put the young girl down, but he had a feeling most of the attention today would be gotten by her. Romulus volunteered to be next and his costume DEFINITELY showed more flesh than it covered. It was very animalistic and for some reason seemed to suit the mage to the ground. Magna grinned awkwardly as he helped the man afix his tail and then went into the changing area himself.

A chef's costume was not immediately present. His eyes were looking for white yet found only doctors and the like. It was then his eyes caught a particular outfit. One that was red in colour. He moved over to it and stared for a moment. This was an outfit of Chef King Zaus a famous chef from manga, but also one of the top chefs in the real world. He had no idea such a costume would be present, but this was certainly his choice. It was perfect.

Once in the costume and it was sufficiently adjusted by the owner he walked outside and looked at the others with a smile upon his face. "I am Chef King Victus greatest chef in the world." he then revealed that the knife he was wielding was cunning decorated with roses and also donned the chef hat. This toque had been cunningly altered to form the shape of a giant rose. The three were in costume and now it was time for the job to begin.

Rei had been the first one to change and she could tell that her choice of cosplay was not in either of her teammates choices- but this was for the customers, not them. Besides, the majority of the customers were going to be male, they weren't going to want to see two men cosplayed, they were here for females. Rei wasn't very old, nor very sexy- but she possessed a natural beuty and the ability to pretend to be someone else. In this case, she was going to be a loud, out-spoken and brash tsundere.

She waited as Rmulus and Magna took turns choosing cosplay and changing, Romulus had difficulty attaching his tail and needed Magna to help him, Rei giggled at that. So, her two cosplay teammates were animals, or pseudo animals anyways- that made her feel a little awkward choosing the demon hunter outfit. It was time to work though and customers were already wandering in. The first customer was a short fat man with a balding head and small black sunglasses on his beady eyes. The store owner handed Rei and the two males their individual utensils. Naturally Magna was going to cook, Rei and Romulus were supposed to take orders and deliver food for the customers.

Rei took her little notepad and approached the short fat customer, she had already figured out his kind just by glancing at him. His eyes were all over her, luckily- she had picked the perfect persona to deal with these kinds of perverts who would stood to flirt with a little girl. She got into character and made a hostile face as she stomped over to the pervert and held up her notepad and asked him what he wanted to eat. Before answering, the perverts hand reached out and Rei saw it. Down came her notepad as she slapped his hand and chided him like a true tsundere with a cold attitude. The pervert gulped and then grinned, he liked this cosplay. He ordered his food and then watched Rei as she took the order to Magna who was likely set up in the kitchen by now and doing some fancy cooking or something.

Romulus watched as Magna left the changing room, and to no surprise, he was dressed as a chef. Romulus chuckled a bit at his presentation of himself, but had his attention stolen away by the owner. The portly man handed out the items each individual mage would need to complete their respective jobs. Romulus, by nature of being a server, received a note pad to collect orders on, but was escorted to the front entrance of the restaurant. There, by the door, was a small podeum that housed a register for the money customers needed to pay, and the menues they would order from. Romulus was given the position of not only being a server, but a host as well. Romulus assumed that this was because he was the least dressed, and his lack of clothing showed off his lightly muscled chest, and the scars that ranged from his pelvis up to his collar bone. Romulus knew those scars were the products of a hard, lonely, painful life, but the owner simply saw them as an extension of Romulus' costume.

Romulus greeted every costumer that entered the theme restaurant, and showed them to their tables, while also waiting on quite a few. Very early on Romulus adopted a walk that involved swishing his entire back and forth, moving both his shaggy hair, and the tail he had clipped to his rear. This walk was not characteristic of the wolf mage, but he adopted it for the sake of the costume after witnessing that Rei had adopted an entirely different personality for her costume. Romulus had even set out to flirt with a few of the female costumers that seemed interested in the half naked half wolf that served them their food. This semiflirtatious attitude served Romulus just about as well as he served the costumers he was using it on. He was making exceptionally good tips from every female he served, even those ge didn't have to flirt with, but he was stiffed out of a tip by almost every group of males that he begrudgingly had to serve. Over all the service went over extremely well for Romulus, despite his initial distaste for the job. He ended the night with plenty of jewels in tips, and plenty of napkins with various methods of contacts scribbled on them. All and all, everything went well for Romulus Lupin. Except one small incident.

An hour or two before closing time at the cafe, a group of six teenagers entered the restaurant. Romulus greeted the three boys and three girls, before he showed them to their table, which he made sure was in his own section for the sake of the substantial tip a party of six would entail. Romulus was able to observe the teenagers awhile before he had to go collect their orders. The six seemed to be comprised of two dating pairs, and two others that the couples drug along, most likely in a vain attempt to get the two to begin dating. The single male seemed to be interested the single female, but those feelings were not reciprocated. When Romulus first approached the tables all three females began to flirt with their server. The two that were spoken for seemed to be doing so in a joking fashion, but the third seemed all too serious, even going as far as to slap Romulus across one cheek of his ass, and run her hand along his faux tail, as he walked away with their order. Romulus turned the order into the kitchen and went back to serving other tables and seating the occasional guest. When the time came to take the food to the table of adolescents, Romulus turned his swagger up one hundred ten percent. He swished his his hips even more exaggeratedly than before, and flirted with all three girls, especially the single one, twice as much. This increase in bravado did not sit well with any of the testosterone filled males, especially the one who was technically alone. The single male, apparently some sort of mage himself, spawned a small fireball, in a very vain attempt to scare Romulus. The young boy grabbed Romulus' arm, and yanked him so Romulus turned towards the teenage boy and away from his prospective mate. Romulus, fed up with how the young male was treating him, swung his right arm at full force, sending the teenager sprawling out on the floor when a fist caught his cheek bone.the other two males scrambled to get up and pick up their fallen comrade. The three males rushed out of the door, with the three females following right behind them, chortling all the way. Romulus was about to go back to working and forget the whole experience when the single female appeared in front of him. She placed her hands on Romulus' chest. She slid one hand down his abdomen and slipped something into the only piece of clothing Romulus was wearing. "That should be more than enough for you to buy that cute little outfit you're wearing. Keep it handy for me. There's also quite a bit for my gratatuity," the young lady whispered into the wolf mage's ear. Romulus, not wanting to break character, fought back his blush and simply smirked as the younger girl swayed her hips out the doorway. Romulus decided it was in his best interest to do as the lady described, and buy the outfit at the end of the night.

Magna as a chef, and not just dressed as one, had gone to head to the kitchen, but had been stopped by the owner who demanded to know where he was going. Magna sighed and within a few minutes had made a delicious dish for the owner who took it, ate it and then let him through without question. Fortunately, this particular kitchen was open for the customer to be able to see which meant they would see Chef King Zaus cooking for them. It also meant he could show off his skills in live cooking.

He watched with interest as Rei used her costume to her advantage to generate an attitude that not only pleased the customer, but also allowed her to maintain her dignity and innocence. It was really an excellent choice. She had definitely peaked his curiosity. Why pick a devil costume? It had to relate to her magic, but he had never seen that. She was the true mystery ingredient in the recipes that were Kvasir and Black Rose.

Romulus on the other hand seemed to be mostly dealing with a group of teenagers one of whom was being incredibly flirtatious. On top of that when they left she even put money into his, for want of a better word, loincloth and whispered something to him. It seemed to use the common words of today that Romulus in his mostly naked wolf outfit had 'pulled'. An interesting result.

Magna himself had drawn a lot of attention as he truly embodied the Chef King. With magic and skill he cooked multiple dishes at once at high speed with high precision generating various delicious smells that blended together well. All the time not a single smile passed his lips. He was being 100% serious and in character. His eyes however had turned red to show his seriousness. The customers were incredibly impressed and even cheered when he did some particularly difficult maneuvers like throwing a pancake into the air and doing some other stuff before neatly catching it on a plate. He was a true performer when it came to live cooking.

The owner himself even cheered and clapped. He also observed the other mages with a nod of acknowledgement and appreciation. It seemed he had underestimated the two males and yet they were bringing in quite a crowd as people came to see the brawling wolf and the Chef King.

Eventually the day came to its end and after receiving their pay the three changed out of their costumes and left. However, Magna, much like Romulus, decided to take his with him. It was a comfortable outfit and one he quite liked. It would be useful where a more serious look was needed. It cost him, but he didn't mind.
