Spreading the Word {Job|Solo}

Tane was outside her inn, holding a bunch of pamphlets in her hands. They were about her guild, a form of advertisement. She was to hand them out to random people in the streets in the hopes that they would consider the guild and join it, maybe. Tane started off on the pavement right in front of her where a lot of people walked along. She stood at the side, handing out the pamphlets and reciting a paragraph from the pamphlet that she had memorized just to read it out for people to hear on the streets. She had thoroughly read everything in the pamphlet as well, in case people had questions and whatnot. Tane held up one of the pamphlets, displaying the bright yellow guild symbol on the front cover proudly. Some people actually took a pamphlet each from her, reading it on their way to their own destinations.

Once about one fifth of the pile had disappeared just standing there in front of her inn, Tane decided she would walk down the street and distribute the pamphlets around that area as well. She did not want people from just a single area to receive it. She could have given a pamphlet each for every member of a single household in her previous location, for all she knew. And so she began to recite the paragraph once again, holding up one of the papers for everyone to see the guild symbol. She did get another fifth of the original pile gone and to the people in that area. She smiled happily, deciding to move to another location again. This time, she would go a bit further than just down the road even though that meant she would be skipping a few neighborhoods. If she had any more left after that, she would come back to the neighborhoods she missed.

The next neighborhood had not too many people, but each person she met had a lot of questions about the guild and she enjoyed answering every single one of them. They mostly asked about the guildmaster, if she was friendly and nice, or mean and demanding. Raven was a person she looked up to and enjoyed being in the company of. She was probably one of the best guildmasters in the history of guildmasters. Well, for Tane, since she had only been in this guild and did not really know what the other guildmasters were like at all. She knew Raven was nice because when Tane first arrived on Earth, it was at the doorstep of the Sabertooth guild and Raven had taken care of her since then. She was a very friendly and welcoming guildmaster, one who took full responsibility of their guild members. Tane really looked up to her.

Once again, Tane would move around to another neighborhood, double checking to make sure she had not come back to the same neighborhood she had already distributed the pamphlets to. Her pile was slowly getting thinner and a lot lighter to carry out. She was glad that people actually took the pamphlets and look interested. She did not actually think that there would be so many guildless mages in Rose Garden. Actually, Rose Garden was a place she rarely visited. Tane sighed, satisfied with her work so far. She had advertised the guild to exactly five areas of Rose Garden. Hopefully people started joining or else her advertising would be for nothing. And once again, she would begin reciting that paragraph, the words flowing out of her mouth automatically without having to think at all. She raised one of the pamphlets as well, showing passersby the bright yellow logo of her guild.

Finally all the pamphlets were gone. She was more than satisfied, and very hungry. The last person who took the pamphlet had too many questions, some of which were impossible to answer as a mere mage in the guild and not one of authority and power. The man understood afterwards that he was asking the wrong person the wrong questions. After leaving awkwardly, Tane had zero pamphlets left in her hands. She walked all the way back to the inn she was staying in and took a cold shower, later having a meal she made for herself with ingredients she had bought while shopping last time. She pulled a page of instructions for the dish she was about to make. It was going to be something different and new, yet hopefully delicious since she was not the best chef in the world but she still could cook like a human.
