    Ardere scratched his head, a bit of dandruff falling from his dark brown locks. Sitting up, a loud and thunderous yawn was let out, for he had crashed quite hard the night before. Drinking and visiting the town in which his girlfriend lived in, he found it wise to grab a hotel room that night. Fortunately for the fire mage, it had indeed turned out to be wise. But running his hands across his pale chest, he glanced over at the clock. It was 9:00 am, which meant that the passport center had opened and hour ago. Shit! Hopping up, the fire mage quickly ran a brush through his hair, and tossed on his normal red attire. There was no way he was missing out on getting a passport today, there was just no way.

    Brushing his teeth as quickly as he could, the fire mage spit out the toothpaste and water mix. Rushing out the door, snagging his blade known as Clarent, just like some sort of movie protagonist he booked it. Bolting downstairs, leaving Celica to pay for the bill. Yes that was correct, he left his phoenix to pay for his hotel bill. The thought did not occur to him that this was odd, as his talking phoenix handled quite a few of his business and personal issues. She was responsible with his money, though she liked to complain about being treated like a slave. Dashing down the street, he could tell he was only a couple minutes away from the passport center. Finishing buttoning his red jacket, he slammed a piece of bread in his mouth as his breakfast, then tightened his signature red head band.

    Dashing through the streets of Hargeon, he felt the wind rushing through his brown hair. Finishing off the piece of bread he was eating, he sighed knowing he needed a real meal. Sliding around a corner, he saw the entrance to the passport center, then stopped mid way. Staring at the line that was coming out of the building, he face palmed. Sighing heavily, he observed the long line, there had to be some way he could get rid of all of these people. There was no way they all needed passports today, he hated to skip in line, but he needed this passport for a mission. This was life or death. Stroking his chin, the fire mage slide into one of the side stores, to buy some fireworks. Snapping his fingers, he lit the fireworks. Smirking a bit, he did feel a slight sense of guilt, though he needed to get in there. Waiting in line, he'd never make it today.

    Lighting off the fireworks, he slid behind one of the pillars attached to the passport center. As soon as the fireworks went off, everyone's heads turned to see what was going on. Some went to clap, thinking there was a show. Sliding into the line while most were distracted, he waited a few seconds until everyone was finished being fixated on the fireworks. Straightening his jacket, he wiped a bit of sweat from his brow. Now that he was actually inside of the building, he could see the front of the line, and feel the air conditioning. After a few minutes, he would get closer to the front. The line was full of people of all ages, children, men, women, etc. Whatever reasons they had for coming today of all days to get a passport, he had no idea.

    Moving to the front of the line, he finally made it to the front desk. It was an elderly woman, but she seemed nice enough. Asking for his credentials, he gave them to her. His name was Ardere Kasai, place of residence near Era, guild member of Sabertooth, twenty one years of age, and from Midi. After a few minutes of filling out paperwork, the lady took his picture. Once it all was said and done, he waited for it to be printed. After having it printed out, the fire mage stuffed it into his inner jacket pocket and thanked the lady. On his way, he made it back to the hotel to make sure Celica didn't spend all of his jewels on crap.
