Ardere's Secondary Magic Training (Private)

With his blade still stuck in the creature, he created several explosions on it's head, keeping his blade still in it's head. Eventually, the beast would succumb to the blunt and burning force, then crash close to land. Ardere unfortunately, fell into the ocean due to the force, and it knocked him out. During his unconsciousness, the waves would take him to shore quickly to allow him to breathe, but he would remember things. His mind shot back to the bandits, and his fight with them. It was strange, but they flooded his thoughts. The bandits had just shown up out of nowhere, which he found strange. It was not often that he found himself angry, from what everyone in the guild knew, he was a calm and reserved guy which was generally the case. Something about seeing the insignia again made him irritated, it was uncanny. However there was no time to think, as the men were now charging him. Charging them back, it looked as if he was going to fight with his sword, but he was a god slayer after all. Lifting his hands up as he transferred black fiery energy into the ground, a wave of thick black flames erupted from the ground beneath the men. Lifting it up, and pushing it forward, the two men were taken out. Leaping over to the wall, he performed a sideways run across it, as he kicked himself off. Landing in front of the swordsmen, he slid under two blades slashes.

Shaking a bit in his unconsciousness, memories flooded through his brain. Roman, the bastard who had beaten him daily as a child. He felt relived, but then the man closest to the tablet finished turning around. Freezing for a moment, he recognized the man as the second in command of the bandits that raised him. Ardere? Recognizing the flaming scar on his face from the fire magic, flash backs of beating beaten as a child came flooding back. Gritting his teeth, he kicked it into overdrive so to speak. Roman. Charging the man in the center, three bandits jumped out in front of him. Drawing his fist back, he slammed his forwards, encasing his body in thick black flames. Launching forward like a rocket, he smashed through the men with his Flame God's Crash. Unfortunately the other men, and their senior member had rolled out of the way in time. The two bandits were taken out, but the senior member stood back up ready to fight. He was a man in his 40's, with some facial hair and long black hair that was kept in a pony tail. It was obvious this man was also from Midi, wielding a katana as well. The remaining men went to jump at the fire mage, but he activated his most powerful ability, and most commonly used. Red flames encased the majestic blade, forming what he liked to call a Sword of Kings. A massive flame blade five meters long formed across the blade, swinging the blade around in a circle he took out all of the men at once. Unfortunately, one of the men had a cross bow, and a bolt went through Ardere's leg. Almost falling over, he snapped the bolt in two. Attempting to finish taking the bolt out of his leg, Roman slammed his hand around the throat of the god slayer.

Being slammed into the pillar, the Sabertooth mage felt pain through his back, as a small dent was made in the pillar. I'll get you for this scar! Staring the man in the face, the fire king did not seem afraid or frozen this time, even as a punch hit his ribs. Instead his black god slayer aura began to form, as he slammed a punch into the man's sides. Roman coughed heavily, as his grip lightened up. Taking this opportunity, the brown haired mage used his martial arts skills two sweep both of his arms in an outward motion, and break the grip completely. His sword on the ground feet away, he resorted to his fists. Unfortunately for the bandit, he had been training for years since they last met. Dishing out a punch to the solar plexis, he saw blood coughed up. Then, ducking under a counter punch, he layed out one final punch to the man's jaw, knocking him out. Breathing heavily, he could feel a broken rib. Struggling to stand, he sucked in the flames from all of the torches. Then stomped his foot, to create flames within the runic symbols for light. Panting a bit, he picked up his sword. Jolting awake, the fire mage coughed up a bit of water. Gasping for breath, he looked at the very dead beast beside of him, the ocean current sucking him back in slowly. Gazing at the beast, he felt bad for killing it, but it was no natural beast of these waters, it was corrupted.

Standing up, the fire mage stared off towards the sun over the ocean. It was not often that he got to stand in front of the ocean like this, he actually enjoyed the smell of the salt for once. It was the fish smell that he hated, but right now it was a more pure smell, just salt and freedom. The sun was beginning to set, and so he would have to go home soon. Sitting down for a little longer, he had about twenty minutes before it was dark. Sitting on the rock, the body of the beast was fully dragged into the ocean. Crossing his legs, and wrapping his arms around his legs. Sighing slightly, he kind of missed Sayrn, and the guild right now. He had been traveling around by himself for a bit, on missions and such. But he had come to the conclusion that he would have to face Fenrir's Call one way or the other. That guild had brought him so much pain in the past, and there was no way he would let that affect his present or his future. He had friends and loved ones he cared about now, people he didn't want to pass the pain off to. This was not the end of his journey, and he would not go back to the way things were all those years ago. He would travel to Midi and personally kick their asses, it was a ways to go but he intended on doing so. First though, he would show his lady a good time, there was a Sabertooth Ball coming up soon that he planned on attending, and hopefully she would too.

Standing up after the sun had almost fully set, he walked over to the massive cliff. He imagined it had taken years for this things to form, especially with the grass on the top. Placing his hand on a large part of the cliff, he overloaded the particles within the stone and caused a massive explosion. He did not have to concentrate on each individual molecule this time, all he had to do was think about it for a split second, and a massive thirty meter crater was formed in the cliff. There was almost no delay, and the rock quickly split to pieces like it was nothing. Now it required not as much thought to control this magic as before, he was far from a master of Crash but at least now it was usable in battle. He had a chance of using it without hurting anyone or himself, but still it was in the magic's nature to be destructive. It was not a magic for normal mages, but he was certainly no normal mage. He was the flame god slayer, and as he walked away from the cliffs, he found a sense of clarity. He found a place in his mind that he could go for serenity, peace and quiet. For now, it was time to love those around him and for the next couple of weeks focus on them. Then, he would focus on the impending enemy and pain in his life, and end it. He got away from them long ago, and now he would make sure they never came back into his life.
