Wheel of Random!!

Okay, this one is kinda short... But here I go...

Why don't we have dailies? Or maybe some kind of "Wheel of Random!"? Like something all users can use once per day, or week maybe... or some kind of "wheel" that costs like 15,000 Jewels?

Maybe limit the use?

I mean... we have all of these dice... just sitting here...
