To Earthland... And Beyond!

Uproars of passports being created so that everyone may be able to travel to foreign countries could be heard a mile away. Ophelia was trapped in the sea of people, she had even came early this morning in Rose Garden to steal a chance to get a passport, but most people had the same idea as she. And sadly, Ophelia was the last in line. She crossed her arms and sighed with slight distaste.
"I can't believe these peasants want a measly passport!" She growled. This caught the attention of people in front of her, they all turned their heads around and frowned. "What did you say?" One of the snarled at her.
"You heard me!" Ophelia extended her arms and made a threatening gesture.

This made the public outraged. "I'll make you eat your words! I'm no peasant!" Fighting began to breakout, causing shops to close and people who weren't buy passports to hide. Ophelia was in the center of this all. "BACK! BACK I SAY!" She flailed her arms around and let out screams for help, which didn't aid the fighting, it actually made it worse. Wait… If I can just make it… Maybe while they’re fighting I can just get my hands on one passport. Ophelia began to shuffle lightly towards the salesperson, though immediately her small pathway was covered by a bickering couple.

She let out a long groan and placed her hands over her cheeks. "Can you please move!"

"Excuse me? You were the one that wanted the passport in the first place you old geezer!" The woman was clearly ignoring her. "Look at this mess! Maybe we could've gone tomorrow! But noooooo you wanted them now!"

"Well sorry Mrs. Grumpy pants! I just wanted to get the passports early! They may run out tomorrow!" The elderly man retorted.

"Our marriage is at stake Phillip! AND YOU WANT A PASSPORT!? A PASSPORT!?" She was about to punch him in the throat, but she finally realized that Ophelia was standing there, watching. "Oooh~ Hello dearie! We were just having a lovely chat~"

"Mary maybe we should ask this nice young lady what she thinks?"

"Phillip don't..."

"Would it be better to get passports tomorrow or today?" He gave Ophelia a toothless smile.

"I uhm... Maybe you should get them now... Because you're already here-" The girl ducked as a man was thrown over her and collided with the cement.

The elderly woman growled as her husband began gloating. "See, I told ya I was right! Heheeee!" He did a small dance, but that ended up with him throwing out his hip.

Ophelia slithered past the two. She can almost smell the passport in her hands. "So close.. SO CLOSE!" She extended her hand, reaching out to receive one, but her hopes went down the drain the moment she tripped over her long dress. "Help meeee!" Ophelia let out a cry and was soon lost in the sea of people. There were so many people around her, she couldn’t get up, so the poor girl was forced to crawl along the ground.

Inch by inch, she crawled along the cement path, dodging feet that stomped onto the pavement. If you listen closely, you could hear her sobbing as she slowly and carefully made her way towards the salesman. I'm gonna die... I'm gonna die... Ophelia was a mess. Her hair stuck out in all directions and her clothes were torn from her tripping over them and getting stomped on by the angry crowd.

Finally, she made it to heaven. Ophelia stood up and stared that salesman in the eye, she looked so frightening when her outfit and makeup was a mess. "One passport... Please..." Her raspy voice murmured. The salesman's hand trembled as he filled out her paperwork and finally handed her the passport. "5,000 jewels..." He said, his voice shaky.
Ophelia smiled and handed him the correct amount of money. "H-Have a good day."

With that, the girl left.
