By opening it's mouth, Hōseki releases a blast of energy that is filtered through it's gem lungs, the blast deals A rank Damage and moves at 50 Meters per second, and extending up to 75 meters in length. The Gem Dragon's Roar strikes a target then bounces off of it to hit another until all foes or targeted areas are struck, this can allow for the blast to hit the same target at multiple angles, however once the beam reaches it's max range it ends weather it hit it's targets or not.
Strengths:
Ricochet- This blast can bounce between various targets until it hits its max range.
Weaknesses:
Backfire- If a target can move correctly the Roar can come back around and deal half damage to Hōseki.
Edible- Any Dragon Slayer can consume the blast and gain B rank Magical energy in the process.

By glowing a faint red color multiple shields of light surround Hōseki and it's riders, protecting it from damage up to two spells of it's rank. (Max S) If the spell can last for it's maximum number of rounds it sends a shock wave out all around it for twenty meters that deals it's rank (S max) in damage.
Strengths:
Blow Back- When the spell expires it sends a shock wave dealing it's rank in damage.
Weaknesses:
Limited- This spell effect can't block spells of a higher rank.
Extended Cool Down- If this spell is ended before it's duration is over it increases its cool down by two posts.
