    Just as Yugi walked up on the scene, it had quieted down. Silence rested on the plaza. He was likely the person Lyserg wanted to see the least right now. Yet he had come. Did he reckon that something was up? After realizing that Yugi was nothing more than someone who followed his whims, he had stopped taking him seriously. As such, Lyserg didn't believe that Yugi knew there was something more to this than what met the eye. And he was proven right seconds later.

    The words he spoke were too convoluted and embellished in their self-righteousness and arrogance for him to realize that the entirety of what was left of Tartarus following him into a suicide mission was entirely unreasonable. Proof that the man did not know as much about the world around him as he portrayed. He had come onto the scene with a pet tiger. Or lion. Lyserg didn't care enough for Yugi to give the creature made out of fire a significant glance. There was something bothering him. Just opposite from the destroyed city council there was a pile of rubble he had destroyed seconds before.

    Walking towards Yugi who was standing in the path of his intended direction, Lyserg didn't pay him a gaze. Summoning a second entity, a snake as Yugi proudly proclaimed in an excessive tone, his words sounded threatening. To Lyserg, it was laughable that he thought he was able to toy with him to any extent, really. But he wouldn't bother. He was not important anymore. Just as Lyserg brushed past Yugi, he gave him a glare. "Your voice... is incredibly annoying. Do what you please, I won't stop or support you. You do no matter to me anymore."

    With that said, Lyserg swung his hand in the air and summoned one of his mightiest spells. Ruin. The final version. An invisible film of magic expanded outwards, starting to eat away everything it came into contact with. As the earth below Lyserg's feet started to turn into dust, the air seemingly becoming thinner, structures and rubble in his way visibly vaporizing into the smallest dust particles, his feet carried him to a silent voice. It was weak, but there was something about its tone that drew the guildmaster in. As Ruin sat in its maximum range, even all of Yugi's creatures would simply vaporize into thin air, becoming nothing, rotting away before his Time Magic. Of course, it was impossible to know just what he had done. His control over magic was so evenly spreaded, so masterfully executed, so expertly adjusted that he was able to hide its nature under a film of pressure that didn't allow anyone's sensory to read its detail. There was magic, but that was it.

    Approaching a pile of rubble under which a woman had been caught, Lyserg slowly but evenly made the rubble into dust. Standing just an arm's distance away, he had knelt down to the black-haired dame whilst the rest of the building he had destroyed moments before vanished. "Tell me, woman: Who are you?" He asked in a gentle, somewhat silent tone. It was unusual. She didn't seem Fioran. Nor familiar. But there was more than her meek aura that caught his attention. It was unlike him to not be able to pinpoint just what exactly was bugging him.

    Statistics:

    HP:100%
    MP:95%

    Spells Used:
    Name: Ruin I
    Rank: Perfected (Artifact/S)
    Type: Defensive/Negation
    Description: This spell fast forwards time of anything that is equivalent to user-ranked material or spell-ranked foreign spells causing them to rot and decay away into nothingness. This spell works on all spell-ranked spells as long as the user can actively be aware of the spell's presence. If it is a S Rank Lightning Dragon's Roar, the user is able to cause it to discharge into nothingness. If it is a S Rank rock wall, it will disperse into dust. If it is a S Rank ice blast, it will disperse into water. If it is a S Rank water prison, it will vaporize into the air. Any user ranked material without magical support will be rotted away as well. This magic manifests as a malleable aura of 50 meters around the user, that he can extend up to 100 meters from himself by sacrificing the support on one side. This spell is one of the signature spells of Arc of Time as it incorporates the most basic abilities of the magic.

    Strengths:

    • Able to negate spells of equivalent rank
    • Malleable to reach further
    • Doesn't have limits as to what kind of spells it negates as it essentially even rots away the “magic” in spells itself

    Weaknesses:

    • User must be aware of the spell, surprise attacks can offset the activation of this spell
    • Doesn't deal any damage to humans at all. Full stop.
    • Only halves the damage of Gravity Magic Spells
    • Does not work on Void Magic Spells

    Elizabeth noticed as the place slowly began filling with people, mages who were there per pure casuality or on purpose and had decided to help out. That was rather nice. She wasn't alone. Most of them were people she didn't know or didn't recognise, because of the incredible chaos around. However, this was not for her to worry about; it was the man her attention was concentrated on. He had escaped, something that annoyed the Thunder Knight incredibly, and destroyed a building just to obstruct her past, ordering one of his possible subordinates, a red-haired woman, to attack Elizabeth. Bringing her sword up, her eyes trying to find the man although he had dissapeared, she let out a soft, yet pissed Tsk Oi, don't underestimate me! Your petty subordinates won't stop me! With that, she began climbing the debris with incredible agility and speed, an agility and speed unnatural for a woman wearing high heels. Trying to avoid tripping and falling on her face, Elizabeth quickly descended the mountain of debris, almost bumping against other mages, many of which she didn't know. Looking around, sword still in hand, she growled.

    I guess it's time for a little speed buff, isn't it? This is why I brought the Dark Boots alongside me, after all... She muttered under her breath, crouching and placing her hand on the incrustaed crucifix on her boots. She wasn't religious, nad had never been, which was a taboo for a person born and raised in Pergrande, but that didn't matter. The crucifix wasn't there for decoration or anything similar. It was the main source of the boots' powers. A dark glow appeared around the boots, and soon, Elizabeth could feel as if she had suddenly gotten five times faster. It was an incredible feeling, and addicting, certainly. For some reason, Elizabeth found speed addicting. And loves speed.

    Running around the town for a few, at an rather incredible speed, the Thunder Knight held her sword near her body, looking for the man who had caused all of this, and ocassionally trying to recognise the men and women she passed by. Finally, she saw him. There we has, speaking to someone. Running towards him at the same atonishing speed. You're mine now. She hissed, arriving right in front of him, attempting to put her sword under his neck.

    I am serious, don't undersetimate me. I may look fragile but I have been in more wars and battles than many of those present. She said through gritted teeth, her red eyes fixated on his brown ones, fangs bared at him. Do you find it entertaining destroying the life of citizens? Of defenseless citizens? You're a monster! A criminal who does not deserve to live, to be free! She hissed, her red eyes seeming to gain a sort of a glow, her body getting surrounded by a dark aura. I'll make you pay for what you did today!

    Kyll was still sort of caught in the moment. When the building around her turned into dust, she looked up at the man and her eyes opened. "He's not Marick..." Kyll mumbled to herself. She looked into his eyes. She saw nothing, but she felt a strong aura. He then asked for her name. However she was interrupted by a wave of pressure and then knocked back. Kyll got up on her feet and looked at this man. He was attacking a town that had no alignment. He was a dark mage, but most of all, Kyll was no equipped with any magic to fight him with. Kiba had taken that away from her. She now truly felt helpless. However, she had to hide that feeling as she stood up. "I'm Kyll." She said aloud replying to Reich. She was not happy with what he had done. "This is pointless. This town has no alignment to anyone, not even the Magic Council. Why are you attacking a safe haven for criminals and mages alike?" She gripped her fist and walked up to Reich.

    Here Kyll was, in a room full of happy drunks, then suddenly it explodes and most of them were dead, impaled by debris. Kyll was not happy about this. Her face was flustered, apparently Kyll had been drinking too. Perhaps, a bit too much. She raised an open left and and sent a smack to Reich's face. "You're an idiot! I was enjoying my drinks and you destroyed them!"

    It had been a long time since Marick had stepped foot in Talonia. In fact, it had been around ten years since he'd last been here, living the life of a young mercenary in the heart of the most neutral city in Fiore. A lot had changed since then, both in his own life and with Talonia itself, and one of those changes was the reason he was here today; Kyll Vie, Eclipse Soul's Ace and Marick's current interest. But even as he approached the city he could sense something was amiss. A powerful, unfamiliar magical signature was radiating from the city. Almost immediately after this feeling there was an explosion, sparking the Sabertooth mage to hightail it to the location where he'd agreed to meet Kyll.

    ~~~
    The chosen location - a bar by the name of 'The Pack of Cards' - was nothing but rubble at Marick's feet as he arrived at the scene. At first his heart sunk, fearing the worst as he realised that Kyll could have been in amongst the remains. As he turned his head slightly however he spotted a familiar - albeit dusty - figure speaking with a man that actually looked remarkably like himself. She seemed incredibly agitated as she spoke to the man, while Marick could once again feel that powerful magical signature that seemed to be emanating from him. The Wizard Saint stepped forward between Kyll and Reich, his face only inches away from the other mage as he stared him down. What were his reasons for these actions? Why Talonia of all places? "I assume you're the reason for this mess."
    His head snapped to the left as the open flat hand connected with his face. Immediately his face dropped. The sensation from before had been washed away by the more important things. The reason he was here today. Sighing, he turned his head back to see a man having run up the field. He had a glare about him that gave off slight confusion mixed with a good portion of aggression. Bringing up one hand to rub his temples, he drew a breath in. Maybe this had been too spontaneous. He assumed that because it was called "City of the Guildless", there were not as many guilders here. Quite the opposite, as it seemed.
    Splitting his lips to speak, Lyserg put on his most quiescent yet determined tone. "You wouldn't understand, even if I explained, Miss Kyll... Well then, I apologize for any inconvenience I might have caused. I have a matter to attend." With those words, he turned around and started walking, back towards the location Yugi had been standing on just before. It was troublesome to deal with this folk. He had already destroyed a large part of Talonia, a place where explicitly non-professional Mages were supposed to gather, yet an assembly of quite strong professional Mages had managed to gather alongside an oh-so-traitorous Rune Knight. Annoyed was a too weak term to describe his mood right now.
    In that moment, he heard a high-pitched yelling approaching him, becoming ever louder with each passing second, a loud roar of wind following the voice as it closed in on his location. Halfway to his sack of lacrima, he instinctively drew his short blade with his right hand once more. Just as the blue-haired girl from before was to pierce his neck, he pre-emptively held his blade against her, letting all of the force she had accumulated crash against him, pounding down on the dusty floor that was still rotting away more and more which caused a large amount of dirt to be blasted away from the point of impact. "Girl, why do you make it so hard for me to get rid of you?" He snapped at her, starting to get angry at the fact that she wouldn't let loose. He wasn't in the mood to fight. If any of the present people were to engage him, he would simply surrender and draw everything out a little longer until his guests would arrive. Something that was unlikely to happen right now anyways, since there was an innocent bystander in his direct vicinity. It had his benefits to be fighting on close quarters with a young Mage girl. As long as he held himself occupied with her, the others would likely not start fighting.
    Yugi stood across from Lyserg as his S-Ranked Fire creations roared around him. He was surprised when Lyserg seemed unbothered, and almost...blank. Something was definitely wrong. He had legal wizards coming to kill him or worse, and a Rune Knight trying to save..or detain him.
    However, Yugi watched as Lyserg stepped forward; and insulted him out of nowhere. As they passed, Yugi would exchange a sideways look at Lyserg. At that moment he thought about telling his Lion and Snake to rip him apart; but knew that this criminal should at least be brought to justice somehow.
    "Mean anything...anymore?" Yugi didn't even turn his back on Lyserg, since he wondered what the hell he meant. As his mind would almost immediately after a few moments recall the exact sound of that voice. "Your level of intelligence is just as annoying...." he comically quipped back as this guy seemed to be overzealous and focused only on what he'd set out to accomplish rather than his current situation. Either that or he just didn't give a damn, but he refused to believe this guy was that stupid.
    Yugi was kind of angry, and half in awe comically as Lyserg went past him.
    'This.....guy.' after Yugi realized that this man...was the wizard who had taken up the mantle of Tartarus. Yugi's eyes flashed with several emotions as he balled up a fist; still not turned around. The Fire-Make wizard would then remember back to when he was a teenager; abandoned and his brother, the now Ex-Chairman had just tried to kill him for stealing those damned pages from the Book of Zeref.
    Lucifer and Warden...they found him, trained him. Together with the two older wizards, Yugi founded Tartarus; he'd never forget the day. He wished that he could undo it.
    Before he could reminisce any further; Yugi felt the air around him shake and vibrate. Within one moment the sound of fire pulling apart and hissing into nothingness was heard as Yugi's Lion and Giant Cobra vanished around him.
    'What.....?' the amount of magic power it would've taken, plus the sheer quickness at which it happened. Yugi pinpointed Lyserg's level of power as the only person who would've been capable of such a thing. 'You....you carried on the mantle of Tartarus.'
    Yugi felt a sense of twisted loyalty to Lyserg, even now. The Fire-make wizard facepalmed a hand onto his black hair and face. A close up of Yugi's eye was shown flicking about as he watched the ground and other non magical material just...fade. Almost like it was.....getting older? Before he could continue to asses the situation, he heard Lyserg talking to someone. A woman; she stood up. Clothes a mess, a survivor of some kind to be sure. As Yugi sensed her magic power however, he realized this was far from the truth.
    Yugi merely stood silently amongst the group of now 4 as another wizard came running up. He also had a magic power on the level of Yugi, the blonde man from the Lacrima at the Tartarus ruins, and this woman's.
    "........." now that he'd understood what Lyserg meant about not meaning anything 'anymore' he wanted to talk more in earnest with him about his path. But it seemed this man...was beyond that now.
    Now standing with Marick and Kyll, Yugi patted his leg and rolled his shoulder; turning towards the other two present.
    ".....Marick and Kyll, never thought we'd meet under these circumstances, I always thought it'd be as enemies." Yugi recognized the two of them from files he'd seen on Guild wizards.
    Before he could confront Lyserg for one final time, a girl seemed to run out of nowhere; and burst forward at speeds that made Yugi raise an eyebrow. Lyserg however, managed to parry; and in a shower of sparks, they exchanged a brief set of words.
    "....This is what I was afraid of." Yugi got a serious expression as he knew more Guild Wizards would likely come to try and kill Lyserg, when he needed to be arrested. Although, Yugi's convictions began to waiver a bit as he thought of how much good he could do outside of the Rune Knights. But for now, he would stay. At least until this carnage was over.
    Hopefully one of the Guild Wizards immobilized or injured Lyserg; at that point Yugi could easily step in and arrest him, or swoop in and escape with him before a finishing blow could be dealt.
    Daiko notices his blue-haired friend healing him, a green energy being put over him. Daiko springs up, waving his arms. "Heero-sama! You're here!" He smiles, shooting him a thumbs up. Although he was a bit late, Daiko was happier than ever to say Heero.
    "Lead the way, huh?" Daiko tilts his head a bit, nodding. "You're right, I do have a bit of an advantage in the smoke..." Staring at the dark surroundings, he gasps. There was rubble everywhere, and individuals much stronger than him fighting.
    Some parts of the ground were crumbling away, decaying as if it was aged over a thousand years. On the other hand, there was someone creating creatures from fire. Glancing over at Heero, he motions for him to follow. "Heero-sama! Garfield! Let's create a tornado to get rid of the smoke!"
    After saying this, Daiko begins to sprint. Getting to close his maximum speed, he jumps, some shingles falling off of the roof from the force of his leap. Going about 81 miles per hour, he begins to spin around, staying behind Heero and Garfield if they were both flying. He would use the draft from their flying to increase the speed of his own, and they would create a spiral of wind strong enough to blow away most of the smoke, only the thick smoke near the ground remaining.
    Landing, Daiko looks over at Rita, then at Heero and Garfield. "I think we should go check out the man who is rotting away the earth. That Fire Mage seems to be holding him at bay, but it wouldn't hurt to check things out."
    Kihia nodded his head at Rita, and listened to the group he was running with, and listened to them talk for a bit. He watched as two of the members of the group flew up on a cat and created a tornado to clear away all of the smoke in the nearby area. Visibility is important… When they returned the younger mage spoke of the group he had seen. Kihia frowned and looked down, he saw the area, and how devastated it was. The man who seemed to be at the center of the destruction seemed to have a high level of magical power. Kihia frowned and examined the street the fighting was taking place on, it was a long street, which seemed to stretch to the near of edge of the town, The Cryogenic cannon would help… but there are far too many potential allies around this mage… Kihia frowned, “It seems the direct approach is the only way to go…” Kihia unsheathed Icarus and dashed forward towards the fray and jumped off the rooftop, he was aiming to land right behind the ominous mage(Lyserg), as soon as he landed he quickly and quietly casted Ice Make Great Lance and attempted to point the tip of it at the mage, to the point where the edge would barley press against the mages back. “Are you the one who committed these atrocities… If you are… No matter on how many want to fight you to bring you down… I will aid them in bringing you to justice…”
    Spell used(B-rank Signature):
    Name: Ice Make: Great Lance
    Rank: B (Strong weapon Conversion)
    Weapon(s) Used: Icarus
    Type: Ice: Offensive
    Description: Kihia will hold Icarus in some form that makes it so his grip is closer to one end and channel his magic into it. The spell forms a large lance on Icarus, with Icarus, this spell makes the weapon roughly two and a half meters long, (One meter of which is the lance blade), with a max width of five inches. When Kihia attacks with it deals B rank slashing/Piercing damage.(Picture below represents the shape of the lance(ignore the shield) not the material)
    Picture:
    Strengths:
    • Its size aids in fighting larger opponents or take on multiple smaller enemies
    • Due to the lance’s design being a large one sided blade, it has a high slashing potential
    • Is most effective when Kihia can keep moving,
    Weaknesses:
    Duration: Four posts
    Cooldown: Five posts
    • Almost completely ineffective when Kihia is standing in one place
    • It is rather heavy, making the attack swings with it rather slow.
    • if something Impacts the side of the blade the chances of it breaking are high
    • Any hard impact when the lance hits something will send some recoil to Kihia’s right arm dealing 2% integrity damage
    Elizabeth growled as the blonde man parried her. That was certainly impressive. Not a lot of people could parry her, mostly when her speed was increased. He was certainly a high-ranked and very powerful man, judging by that. The lower rank members would have had trouble parrying her. I said it a few times. Don't underestimate me. You won't be able to get rid of me as easily as you think. With that, she took her blade away from him, hesitating with what to attack him, first. Possibly it was a rather wise move to keep her Thunder God Slayer magic hidden for a while, and depend on her blade and only her blade, like in the old times. Just her blade, and nothing else. She closed her eyes and remained like that for a few seconds, concentrating, until, feeling confident and focused enough, she opened them again, only to face the blonde man again.
    She didn't even notice the arrival of more mages, more faces she did not recognise, more names that she did not know. Growling, her grip on Nightfall tightened when she noticed that a man seemed that he wanted to attack the guy she was aiming to attack as well. So she wasn't the only idiot who was going to attack him. That was good to know. Taking a few steps backwards, Elizabeth rose her sword and ran towards the man at the same atonishing speed as before, trying to injure him by stabbing him with her sword. Regardless if that worked, once she was near enough him, she would crouch and roll behind him, quickly getting up and trying to stab him in the back.
    The opposing blade's weight lifted from his. She was fast, that was for sure, but the force behind her strike was smaller than anticipated. At least in comparison to his. Additionally, she seemed inexperienced in fighting stronger opponents. And then there was this small period of hesitation. It was almost laughable watching her stand frozen before him, seemingly clueless what actions to follow next. So full of openings, he was sure he could have struck her down thrice in the time she pondered on what to do next. She even dared to close her eyes in front of an opponent that much stronger than her.
    He was getting impatient. Even though she was of use to him, he felt the need to teach the girl a lesson in terms of situational awareness. Just as he wanted to engage, he heard the speeding approach of a man behind him. Magical power formed. However, instead of driving his Ruin to consume whatever spell was fired, Lyserg wanted to wait. The tip of a lance full of magical power nudged at his back. "Oh my, is that a threat? My knees are trembling already." He retorted to the mage behind him non-chalantly, keeping his focus on the girl before him. It seemed that the wielder of the weapon was attempting to catch him in a scissor attack alongside this girl. 'Oh... how I love to be underestimated.'
    Just as he thought, the girl closed in on him. Perfect. Broadening the space between his feet, raising his chest and flattering out his mantle, he now obscured the line of vision between the girl and the man behind him. Entering a feigned sword stance, it would now look as if he was about to respond to the girl's offensive strike. Instead however, he pushed off the ground with his right leg whilst activating Rift II. Becoming intangible in nearly an instant, turning into a somewhat faint silhouette, his body jumped into the lance of the man standing behind him. As the weapon seemingly impaled his body, shifting through him, Lyserg's jump would be strong enough to even phase through the adversary in his blind spot, landing right behind him.
    Just as the girl prepared her straight stab, aimed at chest height, Lyserg ended Rift II in the instant he landed behind the white-haired boy, grabbing at his shoulder attempting to drive his short sword through the gut area. If his surprise attack had hit, Lyserg would stem his entire body weight into the back of the lance-wielding boy starting with his shoulder, trying to push him into the stab of the blue-haired girl. All of these actions went down in mere seconds of the activation of Rift II. It would have been quite impossible for the white-haired boy to see the stab coming because he had made sure to obscure the line of vision between the two trying to catch him in a scissor.
    Statistics:
    HP: 100%
    MP: 93%
    Spells Used:
    Name: Rift II
    Rank: C
    Type: Supportive
    Description: This is an incredibly complex spell that indirectly affects another mage by cutting their personal timeline and erasing the physical presence of the user's existence out of them. What the user does, is cut the physical presence out of the present time, creating the illusion of intangibility. What is actually being done, is the deletion of his physical presence in the present time and at the intersections between his own timeline and the timeline of others, meaning what people can physically sense as matter is just not there anymore. While he still exists, people are unable to physically grasp him as what the matter they could touch of him is erased for a certain duration. This indirectly affects other mages who witness this spell, as they essentially “forget” about the being of the user making him magically insensible, as his presence has been cut out of time itself. Meaning in Rift II, the user becomes intangible to anyone who witnesses the spell and causes everyone to subsequently “forget” that he is currently present for the amount of time. The user will still be completely visible, just intangible.
    Forgetting the user's presence essentially has the effect that people will, until they spot him or the spell's duration ends, “forget” that he is actually there. Meaning they will momentarily disregard him and not realize that the user is actually present.
    Strengths:
    • Allows the user to mimic intangibility offsetting opponents and to incorporate any objects the user physically touches
    • The opponents forget the user's actual presence until they can sense him once more
    • The user will not give any sense of presence off for the time of this spell or produce sound with the actions he makes
    Weaknesses:
    • Is still , meaning he can be seen and followed around
    • The user can be seen as a slightly fainter figure, meaning anticipation of intangibility is possible
    • The spell's effect ends should the user choose to cast another
    • Offensive spells one rank above the user's rank can break through the spell
    Kihia watched as the mage in front of him mocked him, then after a moment, the mage disappeared from in front of him. Kihia was unsure what just happened, however he saw what seemed to be a silhouette come towards him and passed through him, What was that… Suddenly he felt pressure on his left shoulder, within that instant Kihia jumped up, using his adversaries hand as a pivot, he flipped awkwardly to the point he was above the blond haired mage. Kihia looked at the mage under him who had tried to stab him in his lower back. Kihia outstretched his left hand and placed it on the mages head, and then preceded to attempt to complete his flip full circle coming behind the mage once again with a kick at full force aimed right at the mages lower back.
    If this maneuver was successful Kihia would land on the ground and take up a defensive stance and watched as the following events took place. If this attack was not successful, Kihia would quickly recover by jumping back and taking up a defensive stance, ready for anything that was going to come his way.
    Yugi stood by, amazed at what transpired before him. Slowly; his gaze would look upward into the skies.
    Jet trails of what looked like two wizards flying through the smoke was shown in wisps; until the entire town began to build into a soft tornado that seemed to expand and push the smoke away---as the skies of Talonia finally broke into blue skies, and the sun peaked through; showing the carnage even more clearly.
    'Hmmm...seems the Guild Wizards have decided helping out the town is more of a priority...event hough this is a city of Free Wizards.....', Yugi thought this was admirable as a small smile curved onto his mouth.
    Refocusing on the fight before him, Yugi thought to himself, assessing everything as a Guild Wizard appeared; an Ice-Make creation twisting and solidyfing with a sound like a chandelier. Yugi continued to asses the situation; as the two Guild Wizards had Lyserg completely surrounded, pinned between two blades.
    ".............", Yugi watched as he just...had a feeling that whatever faint magic energy in the air he felt was radiating from Lyserg. His eyes flecked to the ground; and walls of a few houses within the area; as they continued to decay and dissolve slowly; as if eaten away like dust. "......" Yugi looked forward and locked eyes with Lyserg just as he phased backward and tossed Kihia forward towards the girl's swords. As he stumbled, Yugi's eyes widened. But the Guild Wizard stood on his toe and launched up, pulling Lyserg by the head forward and attempting to plant a foot in his back.
    'Hm..........Lyserg is definitely holding back.' Yugi's fire-makes burned with flames intense on the S-Ranked scale, and they vanished in just a moment. '.......These two could be in huge trouble. I can't just stand by and watch him kill them...then again I can't just let them murder him in cold blood.....should I try to arrest him?'
    Yugi merely stood by as a Rune Knight came running up to him stating that they were doing their best to contain the situation.
    "Good.........looks like the Guild Wizards have taken care of the smoke from the burning rooftops.....put out anything you can, contain the areas that the explosions actually came from....quarantine them."
    Yugi would continue to watch the battle unfold in front of him, not even looking at the Rune Knight next to him.
    "Sir shouldn't you---" as he spoke, Yugi merely gave him a look as the Rune Knight looked and assessed the situation in front of him a bit more. "I see.....I'll get to it sir!" he ran off after a few more moments.
    Kocho was following The group of fairy tail mages and the Lamis Scale mage. She was disgusted by all of the destruction. "Why anyone do this? This is just awful!" She said, enraged by what had been happening to Talonia. Sagittarius was struggling to even keep up with them, but he managed to catch up to the group. Kocho wasn't sure if she knew what they were doing, but, she still followed. When she finally reached them, she saw so many mages attack one man. She was amazed that he was alive after being attacked by so many different mages at once! Each mage looking to have grew strength. She tapped Daiko and looked up at him. "Do you know what's happening? Or did you just end up here by falling from the sky?" She asked him.
    Elizabeth was rather surprised how the man had dissapeared, in a way, becoming only a faint silhouette. Blinking twice, she proceeded to place her sword back in its place, the sheath attached to her belt, and cracked her knuckles. Wherever the guy was, he couldn't be intangible, could he? This fight was not going well. Two Mages were trying to at least strike him, yet the guy was able to avoid their attacks as if he was being attacked not by some powerful mages, but by lowly mages. Judging by the way the other mage, the Ice-Make mage fought, he wasn't a weakling. Definetly not.
    However, in a matter of seconds he rematerialized, in a way, landing right behind the ice-make mage. His movements were fast, determined. Even though she didn't like admitting it, he had certainly surprised Elizabeth. Mere seconds after he had activated a spell he dismissed it, and had managed to attack a mage. Amazing. However, there was no time for getting amazed. Slamming her hands together, Elizabeth rose them above her, making a massive black magic seal appear above her hands, coating Elizabeth in a black aura that, alongside her red eyes who had began glowing, made her look quite like a demon. A few meters above the magic seal appeared a cloud entirely made out of black lightnings. As the cloud proceeded to expand to its maximum, the black magic seal dissapeared, leaving only the cloud lingering above Elizabeth's head. Even though the black magic seal had dissapeared long ago, the dark aura that surrounded Elizabeth was still there, as she proceeded to send the cloud towards the Dark mage, making a Lightning land at him, hoping that it would hit him. Seeing as this man moved, it was pretty damn hard for that to happen, but she had to try. She just had to try.
    OOC: Sorry for short and late post guys... I was sick...
    Stats:
    MP: 90%
    Name:
    Judgement of the Thunder God
    Rank:
    C
    Type:
    Offensive
    Description:
    Elizabeth rises her hand and concentrates. A massive blakc magic seal appears above her hands, and Elizabeth herself begins glowing with a strong, black aura. Suddenly, 10m above the magic seal, a storm begins forming there. It is no regular storm, however; the clouds, or what should be the clouds, are made by none less than black, high voltage lightnings, the trademark lightnings of the Thunder God. When the cloud expands to its maximum, the black magic seal dissapears, but the aura around the user remains, as the user may move the 5m cloud around, making lightnings fall at will at the enemies. However, the number of lightings is Limited, and this spell has a serious drawback; a single enemy can only be hit by a lightning produced by that spell 2 times. No more. The lightnings deal C Ranked damage, the cloud is 5m wide and 1m thick, and the cloud can move at the maximum speed of 15m/s. Only 5 lightnings can be summoned. Once the 5 lightnings have been summoned, the cloud will dissapear, regardless if the spell has reached its maximum duration, and will enter in cooldown.
    Strengths:
    :: Multiple Enemy; Thanks to the multiple lightnings that can be summoned, the user may attack more than one enemy.
    :: Long Range; The user can move the cloud around at will, and can send the cloud for about 10m away, which means that the user can attack enemies that are 10m away, which makes this spell useful in large range attacks.
    :: Flight/Speed; The cloud can fly at the speed of 10m/s, which makes it hard to reach and destroy by melee spells.
    Weaknesses:
    :: Destroyed; It can take on 2 C or 1 B Spells before getting destroyed, although it can fly at considerable speed.
    :: Limited Hits; The same enemy can be hit barely twice.
    :: Auto-Dispel; When the 5 lightnings have hit an enemy each, this spell automatically dispels itself and enters cooldown, regardless if the duration has been maxed out or not.
    :: Useless against Rubber/Rock; Rubber/Rock Armors/Clothing/Spells/Shields of C Rank and above won't get affected and will dispel this spell.
    An ice mage, he could assess as much. The weapon he was holding in his hand seemed like a heavy frozen lance. And his reactions were quite fast. The moment Lyserg's hand landed on the mages shoulder his adversary reacted. In an instant, he somehow managed to make a jump that seemed as gravity-defying as it was impossible. Stunned and surprised at such completely unreal acrobatics, Lyserg noticed the armor padded parts in the trench coat of his opponent as it fluttered through the air before him. The moment it was out of his field of vision, he saw that the girl had managed to break her attack, already prepairing another one.
    Pulling his right leg back, Lyserg brought himself into position to take whatever attack the ice-mage would bring from above. However, it seemed that he wasn't smart enough to leave his hands off of him. Feeling the weight of a left arm rest on his head with considerable weight, his face dropped, simultaneously using a South Midian sword technique focused on bursts of lower arm strength to bring his right hand up in an instant, aiming to slash the arteries at his adverseries' wrist. He knew now that he would have to ignore that coat if he wanted his blade to get damage in. Something that should have been entirely possible as the coat seemed a perfect fit, meaning it would easily reveal the wrist if the arm was fully stretched out. Judging by the ice-mage's reactions, his reflexes were even faster than his own. In mid-air however holding a large ice-lance he needed to balance, there was no real chance of escape against his incredibly counter-reactive sword strike, especially not since Lyserg felt a foot in his back just a moment later. The white-haired boy's leg crashing against the armor, Lyserg stumbled forward in an attempt to keep his balance, eyeing his blade to check if he had drawn blood.
    His glance then immediately locked onto the girl who's magical power had centered above him. An interesting spell. But much too long-weary to get to him. Using his last of Ruin, Lyserg aimed it towards the large black cloud above the blue-haired girl. Watching as it ridded out of existence in the blink of an eye, he then came to a halt by planting his right foot on the ground with enough to force to counter balance. Lyserg tossed Taube into his left hand and simultaneously drew his other sword, Krähe. Planting his stance in between the two mages, he stretched his arms out, his right hand with Krähe pointing at the ice mage, and his left hand with Taube pointing at the girl. Ruin had now ended. Perhaps these two youngsters were finally ready to fire some of their spells. Lyserg had still not begun to take this seriously, seeing that he was on a half-hearted defense, basically inviting people to attack him from the back or front. But that didn't matter to him as long as his guests weren't there yet.
    Kihia stood there roughly three meters away from Lyserg, in his defensive stance, his left wrist severely bleeding from the dark mages counter attack. He is certainly no slouch… He then felt his necklace get steadily colder and the wound itself started to feel colder. He did a quick glance and saw that ice started to form on the wound patching it up. Kihia took a step back and planted the blade of the lance into the ground, making Icarus hang just above where the surface would be. “Ice Make… Terrain!” Kihia watched as the ice sheet shoot out from under his weapon, he made sure to form spikes under the feet of the mage he was fighting alongside with(Elizibeth). When the spell finished runnings its course, which was only a small second Kihia slung himself forward, making him slide across the ice with tremendous speed, he angled his great lance to where it would hit the dark mages legs. Kihia then as he slid, sent a portion of his magical power into the lance, making it glow and grow in size.
    If Kihia manages to hit the dark mages legs with his attack or not, he will continue sliding forward  for about five meters, before slamming Icarus, with or without the lance into the ground to stop himself, he would then turn and face the Dark mage, reassuming his defensive stance.
    Description: Kihia casts this spell by placing one end of Icarus into the ground  or putting his hands together and then  placing them one inch above the ground. The spell forms a one inch thick layer of ice on top of the surrounding environment in a 30 meter circular area coming from underneath Kihia. The spell also assists Kihia’s allies by forming small spikes on the bottom of their footwear/feet to help them have traction on the ice sheet.
    Strengths:
    • Hinders Enemy movement (unless they know how to move on Ice without falling)
    • Gives Kihia a surface that he can move faster on
    • Can freeze the surface of a body of water, allowing it to be traversed
    • Forms ice spikes on allies footware/feet to help give them traction
The blades will do twice there damage for one swing, after which they effect and the spell it effects fades.
    Bonuses:
    • For Ice make spells: Great Hammer, Partisan and Glaive:The blade/hammer gets 5x bigger, and the one swing does twice as much damage
    • For Ice make Spiral blade: gets twice as big and each blade deals 10% more damage
    • For Ice Make: Great Lance it makes the blade 2x bigger and deal twice as much damage
    Drawbacks to this Ability:
    • The powered up state of the spells is only good for one swing, regardless of when the spell was activated, and when that one swing is used, the spell used will fade and have an increased cooldown of 2 posts
    • Due to the enlarged size of the spells, this ability makes the attack/swing slower than normal
    One could say that this man, this... this mage, one could say he was powerful. Just by looking at him. But he had proved that he was much more powerful than Elizabeth expected, much more powerful than anyone expected. As she watched him land a hit on the Ice mage and make her spell dissapear, Elizabeth couldn't manage but remain speechless. What the hell was this guy? What kind of magic did he use? Judging by how he dismissed her spell at ease, it was some sort of Dispelling magic. Reflector, perhaps? This was going to make their task pretty damn hard. He could essentially make every casted spell of theirs dissapear with the snap of his fingers. If that was true, then it meant that Elizabeth essentially depended on her sword. She had to make sure, however.
    Before she could realize a move, a blade pointed towards her. Inhaling deeply, she cracked her knuckles. Naturally, if she wanted to at least hit this guy, she should test how powerful he was, exactly. Unsheathing her own sword once again, Elizabeth pointed it towards the guy as well. She wanted to increase her speed, but crouching and touching the cross on her boots while in this situation was not a wise move. If the Ice mage attacked him, making his attention get centered on him completely, she'd do it. But right now, it was a stupid, stupid move, something she should avoid doing at all cost.
    Well? She asked, grinning. Her arrogancy knew no bounds, even in a situation like this. Damn idiot.
    An unfavorable position for Lyserg that seemed to come out of magical circumstances he couldn't explain. The ice mage, standing only 3 meters in front of him, was too close to physically counter. The young girl was only standing 2 meters next to him and their blades nearly touched Nevertheless was Lyserg sure that the ice-mage would attack. He seemed hot-headed and eager for a frost user. The moment he felt magical power surge across the floor, Lyserg acted. Breathing out, he focused his mind. His eyes closed half and his senses dulled. He attempted to trace the magical power in the surroundings and time his next move correctly to make it a sure hit.
    Just as the ice mage began to swing his nearly 3 meter long lance skating across a 3 meter distance to close in on him at high speeds, Lyserg activated Rift III and a ripple went through the air. The ground under the ice floor, the air, the dust, it all began to flicker in a 3 meter range as if heat was rising from a desert highway. And with that, Lyserg's body and all of the surrounding material collapsed into a central point located just above Lyserg's belly button. His feet and legs swirled into a ripple he had created in time, evading the blade strike of the ice mage, as well as causing him to pass through the now vacant Lyserg, who had been fully consumed by this crack in time. At the momentum the ice skater had gathered, he was sure to simply pass through Lyserg's point of vacancy and bump into the mage who had been standing at the other side of Lyserg up until now. Even if not, he would pass Lyserg's vanishing point with the velocity he had gathered.
    It took only a short burst of magic to re-iterate the ripple in time and allow everything to return to the world it had just been sucked out of. With some debris from the ground as well as dust suddenly blasting out of the point Lyserg had just been sucked into, there was also a large knockback from his returning from the crack in time, that would blast outwards and surely swipe his adversaries off their feet as moving out of a 3 meter's vicinity of Lyserg in the small time gap seemed nearly impossible. Especially because the speedy approach the ice mage had made across the frozen floor would be impossible to continue because the blast from Lyserg's covered a large range and would be able to break the ice floor. Upon his re-appearance, Lyserg pointed both blades into the direction and would find that the ice make terrain had cracked and broken because of the outward blast from his spell, allowing him to stand on the ground once more.
    Statistsics:
    HP: 100
    MP: 95
    Ruin I: On cooldown for 5 posts.
    Rift II: On cooldown for 3 posts.
    Legendary (+) Armor: Steel plate on the back has a dent.
    Spells Used:
    Name: Rfit III
    Rank: B
    Type: Counter
    Description: This is an incredibly complex spell that indirectly affects another mage by cutting the personal timeline of the user and dissecting it in arrhythmical patterns to cause a warp in the flow of time around the user himself. In a 3 meter radius, the user will cause himself and anything except sentient and innately magical things to crash into this time warp, in a similar manner to a black hole that consumes the things around him. This can be in first place used as an evasive method as the user himself also gets sucked into this crack in time. This means the user phases in and out of time for a short period of time. This lasts for about one post, meaning he can evade all oncoming attacks by removing himself from time and then rearranging the flux of time to let the things around him reappear in an outwards explosion of 20 meters that deals B Rank AOE damage.
    Strengths:
    • Allows the user to automatically evade any spell by causing him to phase out of time
    • The user also lets objects around him disappear, meaning environment such as stones or similar will get sucked in as well
    • Deals AOE damage in a surprise-attack manner that can even let materials sucked into the warp of time blast out in the form of debris
    Weaknesses:
    • If the opponent times it right, he can catch the user before he is fully phased out of time
    • An opponent can time the return of the user right and instantly catch him with a ranged attack
    • The warp through time can be affected by gravity magic, slowing down the time it takes to phase out of time significantly
    • Void Magic can negate the phasing out of time and can prematurely end the spell
    Duration: 1 post
    Cooldown: 5 posts
    Kihia watched as yet again the dark mage seemingly disappeared again, as Kihia skated past the spot where the dark mage had been standing. He saw he was in a collision course with the other mage that had been attempting to fight alongside Kihia against the dark mage. Kihia quickly reacted by jumping up, due to the enhanced weight and size of his lance, Kihia jumped sideways, as he did Kihia angled the blade of the lance at the ground and swung.
    A large crevasse was sliced into the ground as Kihia came to a stop. The Lance of ice then shattered dropping Kihia to the ground. Then suddenly he saw the dark mage had reappeared, and with him a wave a debris. At that point the blue accents of His trenchcoat started to glow and a shield of ice formed right in front of Kihia. He stood there as the shockwave went around him and the shield, after a moment and the dust settled, the ice shield shattered and turned into magic particles. Kihia then stood up and examined the area, the ice sheet he had place on the ground had been destroyed by the dark mages last attack. Kihia sighed, he then started to spin Icarus in his hands and said, “Ice Make… Ring…” Kihia then angled Icarus against his back with his right hand and extended out his left hand palm open towards the dark mage, his stance was of an unusual form, but for Kihia, it allowed him to be able to move within a moments notice, Time to change up my method…
    HP:100%
    MP: 106%
    Cooldowns: Ice Make Great Lance: Seven Posts, Ice Make Terrain: Six posts
    Stuff used:
    Armors 2nd Passive:
    Frozen Shield: The trench coat is able to form an ice shield when ever a ranged spell is directed at Kihia. The shield automatically positions itself between Kihia and the spell, the shield can only take one spell and disappears after it is hit, and it is only effective against spells equal rank to Kihia or lower(Caps at S rank). This ability can only transpire once every five posts.
    Ice Make-Ring:
    Name: Ice Make Ring
    Rank: D
    Type: Ice: Utility
    Weapon(s) Used: Icarus or The Geruks
    Description: This spell forms a one inch thick ring on his weapons. The diameter of this spell varies depending on the weapon. Ice make: Spell is a base for a number of Kihia’s other spells, allowing quick casting for a number of Offensive and Defensive Spells.
    Icarus: Kihia forms this form of Ice Make: Ring by channeling his magic into Icarus while it is spinning, as Icarus continues to spin the ring forms at the ends of Icarus. The Ice ring is one inch thick and has a diameter of five feet eight inches in length. This version of the spell is its regular size so all the branching spells are at regular strength and size, Favoring power over speed.
    Geruks: Kihia forms this spell by holding Geruko and Geruka roughly two feet two inches apart, and channels his magic into them forming the Ring around the weapons letting them act as handles. The Ice ring is still one inch thick but, the diameter is only two feet ten inches in length. This version of the spell is half the size, but the spells that come from it are lighter weight and faster.
    Strengths:
    • Allows for quick casting of a number of circular shaped Offensive and defensive spells.
    • Can be used to throw an opponent if they are caught inside it,
    • Can be used to pin his opponent.
    Weaknesses:
    Duration: 2 posts
    Cooldown: 2 posts
    • Compared to his other spells this is his most fragile spell, can be easily broken
    • Very little damaging potential by itself
    • After cast, he needs a little bit more time, to shift it into a new spell.
    • If Kihia holds neither Icarus or the Geruks, there is no way for this spell to be cast
