Loans:
Members of the guild may request loans from the guild bank using the template below. Jewels must be paid back to the guild via the Trading Hub. If the debtor goes inactive, the guild retains the right to reclaim the item as soon as it is deemed that the member in question is inactive. The item in question will be turned back into jewels and readded to the guild bank or, in case of items that cannot be refunded, will be transferred to the guild bank and will be solely owned by the guild. Further, the guild retains sole ownership of any and all items purchased this way and can reclaim the item in question whenever it is deemed necessary. Consumables such as Golden Lacrimas, Lacrima Coffee etc. may NOT be purchased with the loaned funds. By requesting a loan, you agree to the terms set above. Failure to repay a loan will prompt staff involvement and WILL have consequences.
