Job Description: The magical portal leading to Tenroujima Island in the basement of Fairy Tail has never been so busy. A line forms in the basement of the guild.

Showtime. Yes, it's time to show your fellow guildmates what you can do. An all out battle against them on Tenroujima Island in front of the entire guild. This is to show how far each of you have come, and how much you've learned not only about your magic, but yourself. Face off in head to head combat until you give up. Your guildmates are here watching, so no super serious injuries will happen; but you will probably get hurt facing down your fellow guildmates.
