Description: Shinsei lowers his head, after having gathered energy through the single eye on its bottom jaw. Once his head is lowered enough, the cannon on his back is aimed and fires a large amount of light energy at his target. The beam moves around 50 meters per second. The resulting hit on any land causes an explosion with just as much light in the explosion as the beam has. This deals rank and a half damage, and when eaten by a slayer, it gives the slayer roughly 25% MP. The range for this is about 50 Meters.

-Is 15 meters from one side to the other.
Weaknesses:
-Can be eaten be Light Slayers
-Travels in a straight line.
-Energy must be gathered for a few seconds prior.

Description: Shinsei is the so called 'King' of Dragons that had lived since before the Dragon Civil War, even getting 'souveniers' from it. From having lived for so long and even having been hidden from most for a few centuries, sealed away. An effect from having been sealed away from the world for so long, would be that it is more affected by God Slayer magic instead of Dragon Slayer magic.
Strengths:
-Dragon Slayer Magic is as effective as any other magic.
-Is intimidating.
-Is a God of Dragons.
Weaknesses:
-God Slayer Magic is twice as effective against Shinsei.
-Too large for most Underground/Indoor areas.
-Can destroy scenery with wind pressure when flapping its wings.
-When flapping its wings or flying, a Wind slayer may east the higher wind pressure caused by Shinsei's wings.

At first glance, Shinsei bears the design most seen in western-style dragons drawn in literature: a colossal, quadrupedal, winged reptile with elongated neck. It can be described as "The one who flies with seven diabolical eyes and wings that will bring destruction". He has a total of 8 wings, with one of them (the one on the upper right) severed half way (the cause for why the is wing severed is unknown, it may have happened long ago when he was sealed away) and a long tail. Ironically, the 'King of Dragons' still has "souvenirs" from the Dragon Civil War in the form of several chained manacles around some of his limbs. His facial features are the most bizarre: an array of seven eyes, six eyes are located at the front of his upper jaw while the seventh, largest eye located on his chin. He mounts the Divine Dragon Cannon in his back. He stands 25 meters tall and roughly 35 meters in length. Shinsei is also able to speak in a language understandable by humans.
