    Description:
    Extreme Lightning Magic, or otherwise known as The Lightning Beast Magic is a forbidden type and style of lightning magic. The magic doesn't work on normal people because unlike most magic where it is a skill that is used by the mage, this magic creates a living essence of lightning within the user. The issue is that it then begins to feed off the magic of the user and eventually kills them because they don't have enough magic to survive as well as feed the lightning essence. It also begin to alter the body shutting down parts of the body and even begins to alter the blood causing it to thicken and stop moving all together. This forces the body to start living on the pure energy of the essence inside of them. As this event would occur, the body would no longer produce enough magic energy to keep the essence alive and the user would die.

    Character History with Magic:
    Wolfe was taught Extreme Lightning Magic as a child by his father. His father knew the risks of teaching a magic like this to someone, but he had spent years coming up with a way to counter the flaw of the magic itself. Wolfe's father tried to counter the effects of lightning essence by creating a system that would hold an extra large charge of magic so the essence would have a energy source and not kill the host. Wolfe's father did this by creating a battery like system by creating tiny empty lacrimas. He then put body like magic into each of the but otherwise left them empty.

    Wolfe's father then surgically implanted all the tiny lacrimas all over Wolfe's body. Wolfe is unsure of the exact number but he knows there is over 30 of them. His father then hooked him to a machine that created electricity, and began to surge electricity through Wolfe's body. The electricity didn't hurt Wolfe too bad, but it was still torture and it caused his body to convulse and lock up which that part did hurt a lot. It even caused the pupils in his eyes to fry out and Wolfe lost vision for a few days. However, The essence plus the the electricity created a new type of vision and used the current to alter the range of his sight and giving him his vision back but at the cost of forever altering his eyes by leaving them completely white with no pupil.

    This went on for about a week before his father had successfully created a way to keep a subject with the magic alive and able to use it without worry of it killing the user. This , however, was not the end for Wolfe. Without the knowledge of the darkness within Wolfe passed down by the linage of his blood, Wolfe's father could never have seen it coming. Wolfe's magic began to alter slightly and every once in a while there would be  a black bolt of electricity. As the next year went by the occurrence started happening more often until it was happening almost all the time and there would be both black and normal bolts of lightning in all of Wolfe's magic. Wolfe's particular blend of this magic is also altered by the darkness within his linage and it tainted it causing the bolts to also be black as well as normal, and to give it a dark tint to the magic itself. This would become his signature magic from that point on.

    Uses
    Wolfe uses the magic to turn himself into pure Lightning and move around both as short and long distances. He tends to use his magic in close range as he likes to imbue his attacks with lightning as to do extra damage, and cause different status effects on his target. He also uses it to increase his speed and strength in combat. He can cast a few long range spells, but tends to use them only when needed. He will also call down lightning to hit his foes or around them to frighten them or shake them, to take advantage of a good attack opportunity.

    Strengths and Weaknesses:

    Weaknesses


    • *Increased Speed and Physical Power - Due to the nature of his magic and because the way his experiments on his body work, he has a constant flow of electricity through his body enhancing his muscles and granting him increased speed and strength. Both in the form of a passive boost and also from abilities
    • *Immunity to Lightning - Due to the nature of his magic and because the way his experiments on his body work, he has a constant flow of electricity through his body. As such external lightning and electricity doesn't harm him but instead gives him extra energy and "charges him up". This is shown in a reduced if not negated effect fom lightning sources, a regen to HP and MP from this effect. This includes ALL foms of lighting.
    • Versitility - Lightning's greatest asset is it's verisitility both in and out of battle. This manifest itself in a number of different ways such as movement, status effects, and long list of melee and ranged attacks and effects.



    • *Earth - Lightning's biggest issue it being grounded out. So Earth magic, and Earth based creatures take little to no damage from Wolfe's lighting, and lightning effects.
    • *Long Term Use - Most of Wolfe's abilities have a limited number of uses, and some of the more powerful ones leave him in a primal state unable to use magic, and his body exshausted of physical and magical power He works alot like a battery.
    • *Water - While using his powers, Water will cause them to do undesired things. Such as shocking pools of water, electrifying his allies in a rain storm, etc. (he can take bath normally, but he has to focus on that. So if his focus was lost during a shared bath, it would let out shocks and electrocute anyone in the bath. Would not be deadly, or too Harmful, unless he was knocked unconscious, so he couldn't hold back at all)
    • *Holy Flaw - Since his magic is imbued with darkness all the time, his attacks do little to no damage to holy magic users, or holy people. Also his magic can be overpowered by holy magic it forced to compete with it.


    Lineage:
     Pride of a Mercenary:
    Description: Ra was a legendary dark mage and master assassin who lived during the reign of dragons. Legend says that he was once a lowly slave who became a sword for hire, his area of expertise are poison and decay magic. Ra's usually finishes his victims by poisoning them or infecting them with a disease that ultimately weakens a person until his body decays and rot. Because of his exploits, his name was feared throughout Fiore. It was said that he gained such powers through the Lazarus Pits, reservoirs of rejuvenating chemicals that restore the dying to life or in other cases to bring death to the living; these pits have granted him a lifespan of several hundred years. Some say that Ra still walks this world, but whether this is true or not, it is certain that he had left behind a deadly legacy.
    Ability: Has the ability Immortal Blood. Its an ability that allows the user to rapidly heal wound, even serious or potentially deadly.   This makes them less affected by healing however.  All healing from any other source is reduced by 25%.
    This blood is also an incredible source of poison and decaying powers.
    Can make a poison / disease single user-ranked spell (S Max) or a user-ranked minus one signature spell (A Max)
    Usage: Immortal blood is passive.  Spells depend on spell design. The rapid healing is equal to 5% HP Regen per post(Is included in the max amount of HP regen possible).


    Unique Abilities:
    Name: Mjolnir’s Blessing
    Type: Passive
    Duration: Always/Passive
    Cool-Down: N/A
    Effects: Wolfe’s elemental body comes with many perks, and one of these is above physical capabilities. In this case it manifest itself increase of speed and strength
    *Strength: + 25%
    *Speed: +25%

    Name: Thor’s Mark
    Type: Passive
    Duration: Always/Passive
    Cool-Down: N/A
    Effects: Due to Wolfe’s body being made of lightning, all forms of element striking him heal Wolfe and replenish his mana pool, and his body also collects static electricity in the air as he moves granting him a passive regeneration effect that replenishes both his health and mana.
    When struck by lightning in any form, Wolfe regains 10% HP.
    Wolfe’s passive regen:
    HP: 5%
    MP:3%

    Name: Heimdall’s Aegis
    Type: Passive
    Duration: Always/Passive
    Cool-Down: N/A
    Effects: Wolfe collects and shifts the electricity in and around him to create an invisible barrier that acts like a light armor to help soften the blow from physical and magical attacks. It also greatly reduces the damage from all forms of lightning magic.
    Magical defense:
    *1 Rank below or more: 50%

    Name: Sleipnir’s Grace
    Type: Passive
    Duration: Always/Passive. Instant
    Cool-Down: N/A. 2 Posts
    Effects: As Wolfe is a lightning elemental he is able to move the same speed as lightning. This grants him a passive speed boost, as well as effects the way he moves in and out of combat.
    *Out of Combat Wolfe can travel as a bolt of lightning and as fast as one.
    *In Combat Wolfe can move with insane speed. Wolfe moves so fast he leaves after images of himself, and phase shifts from place to place. While phase shifting Wolfe is basically focusing his speed into concentrated burst, creating short distance teleports. These “Shifts” have a maximum distance of 5 meters in any direction.
    *Wolfe can also use his Phase Shifting to phase right through an attack and Shift next to his opponent. When he does this he still takes a % of the damage from the attack. This ability has a cool-down of 1 post.
    ** 1 rank or below his current rank: -75%
    ** Current rank: -50%
    ** 1 rank or more above his current rank: -25%

    Name: Fenrir’s Rage
    Type: Activate
    Duration: 4 Posts
    Cool-Down: 5 Posts
    Effects: Wolfe focuses all the power of his lightning and in a surge of power his physical properties are enhanced. This form grants Wolfe a 25% bonus to both his speed and strength, and a 25% increase to any of his lightning based spells he uses while in this form. These buff tack on top of any other buffs Wolfe already has on him.
    However, this form has a price as it drains Wolfe each time. After the 2nd time in a single thread Wolfe can no longer activate this form in the same thread. After the first activation he can't cast spells for 1 post and after the duration of the 2nd activation his HP and MP drop to 25% and Wolfe cant cast any spells for the first 2 post after that.
    Strengths:
    * The buffs from this form stack on top of any and all buffs Wolfe has on him.
    * This form has a decently long duration.
    Weaknesses:
    * This form comes with a limited number of uses. Wolfe can only activate this form 2 times in a thread.
    * When this form is activated it is impossible to hide as Wolfe’s body begins to generate so much power, and lightning it arcs off of him and his eyes begin to glow a bright yellow.
    * Upon the end of the 1st use of this form Wolfe can't cast spells for 1 post. After the end of the 2nd activation in a thread Wolfe is reduced to only 25% HP and MP till he has had a chance to heal, and he can’t use any magic spells for the next 2 posts.

    Name: Dark Bolt
    Rank: Rank D
    Type: Lightning/Darkness, Offensive
    Duration: Instant
    Cooldown: 2 post
    Description: The catser places both his hand in front them with some space between them. He then focuses his Dark Electricity into a small ball in the middle of his hands and shoots it forward. The bolt looks like a small bolt of Lightning with black sparks ripping off of it. The bolt is only only about 3 inches in diameter. It only effects one target and just does the current rank of his magic in damage. It has no other effect then doing damage. It is meant to be a very quick, and precise shot. The speed of the shot is as fast as lighting. It only effects one target. It has a max range of about 15 yards, however, it would be very difficult to hit a target at that range.

    Strengths:
    *Super Quick - This attack is super quick, making it hard to dodge.
    *Precise - This attack is super precise
    *Range - The spell has a very good range

    Weaknesses:
    *Weak - This spell is meant to be weak, and nothing can increase the amount of damage it does.
    *One Target - It only hits one target, and one target alone.
    *Precise - This attack is only as precise as the caster is. If the caster is trying to hit a super fast target, or cant get a good shot, then the shot will be worthless
    *Grounding - This spell like any Lightning based spell can be grounded doing no damage if the target can find a way to do so.


    Name: Lightning Blast Wave
    Rank: Rank D
    Type: Darkness/Lightning, Defensive
    Duration: Instant, AOE
    Cooldown: 3 post
    Description: the caster throws his hands to his sides and bends down a little and centers power into the center of his body and forces it to explode out from his body in a circle around him. There is a burst of sound and a wave of electricity that shoots out from his body. It effects everyone in a 10 yard radius. It will stop all aggressors of Rank D, and will knock all Rank D aggressors back 5 yards. It has the added effect of causing anyone it hits to become dizzy for about 1 post (this once again only effects D rank opponents. The blast is almost instant as it leaves his body. The attack does no damage.

    Strengths:
    *Stops Attackers - this spell will stop all attackers in their tracks, knock them back
    *360* Attack - The attack hits in a 360* radius around the caster's body
    *Incapacitate - the spell  incapacitates them for a few seconds (1 post).

    Weaknesses:
    *Solid Objects - This spell does not go through solid objects such as walls or large shields
    *Dodgeable - This spell can be dodged if the enemy takes to the air, or is above the caster when it is cast as it is a wave.
    *Allies - This attack hits everyone in it's radius, that includes allies
    *Range - The radius of this attack is only 10 yards, so it will only hit so any people.


    Name: Call Lightning
    Rank: Rank D
    Type: Darkness/Lightning, Offensive
    Duration: Instant
    Cooldown: 4 posts
    Description: the caster holds out his hand and focuses his energy to the palm of his hand then calls forth the forces of nature to causes a single bolt of Lightning to crash down from the sky where the caster focuses his attention to. When a target is hit they take damage and their body suffers for paralysis for 1 post as the electricity causes their muscles to lock up. This paralysis only effects D rank opponents. It only hits one target. The target must be within about 15 yards to the caster. The bolt is almost instant, however, there is a second before where the target will feel as if the pressure around them gets heavy. This spell does 1 Rank D level of Damage. This spell can also be channeled through a metal object held by the caster.
    (This spell does 1 Rank D of damage)

    Strengths:
    *Almost Instant - The bolt crashing down is basically instant, so unless someone knows this attack, its almost too fast to dodge.
    *Range - This spell has good range.
    *Paralysis - If hit, the target cant move or preform any actions for 1 post

    Weaknesses:
    *One Target - This spell can only hit one target
    *Delayed Impact - There is a second before the Bolt comes crashing diwn where the target feels the pressure around them become very heavy.
    *Redirecting - If there is alot of metal somewhere near the opponent or if the opponent can create metal away from themselves, the attack will be redirected.
    *Grounding - Like any other Lightning spell, this spell can be grounded out if the target can find a way to do so.


    A Rank Spells:

    Name: Dark Plunge
    Rank: A Rank
    Type(s) : Offensive
    Elements: Lightning/Darkness
    Duration: Instant
    Cool-Down: 3 post
    Damage: 80(A Rank Spell)+melee+modifactions.
    Description: Wolfe concentrates his magic into either his knee or elbow. The knee or elbow will begin to crackle and black lightning will start to spark from the area. Wolfe can then release the surge of concentrated energy upon hitting his target with a melee attack with the chosen joint.
    Effect: After concentrating on either his elbow or knee for about 2 seconds, Wolfe can concentrate his magical energy to that spot to create a surge of black lightning. The joint will begin to crackle and black lightning will start to spark off of the joint. Then within the same post Wolfe can release that surge of black lightning upon a successful melee attack using that joint. The surge will release in a huge burst of black lightning doing magical damage on top of the melee damage from the attack.
    Strengths
    *Stacks with Melee: The damage of the spell stacks with the damage of a melee attack.
    Weaknesses
    *Unable to Hide: Between the crackling noise, and black lightning that that begin to park from the joint, it is impossible to hide the intended attack.
    *Requires Melee to Use: The spell requires not just melee range to use, but the melee attack must connect to release the spell.
    *Concentrated Area of Attack: This attack is concentrated to a very small spot on the body and that small spot must be used to attack with to use this spell.


    Name: Raging Tempest Axe
    Rank: A Rank
    Type(s) : Offensive
    Elements: Lightning/Darkness
    Duration: Instant
    Cool-Down: 3 post
    Damage: 80(A Rank Spell)+melee+modifactions.
    Description: Wolfe concentrates his magic into his heel. His heel will begin to crackle and black lightning will start to spark from it. Wolfe can then release the surge of concentrated energy upon hitting his target with a melee attack with hi heel, such as an axe kick or a roundhouse kick.
    Effect: After concentrating on heel for about 2 seconds, Wolfe can concentrate his magical energy to that spot to create a surge of black lightning. His heel will begin to crackle and black lightning will start to spark off of it. Then within the same post Wolfe can release that surge of black lightning upon a successful melee attack using his heel. The surge will release in a huge burst of black lightning doing magical damage on top of the melee damage from the attack.
    Strengths
    *Stacks with Melee: The damage of the spell stacks with the damage of a melee attack.
    Weaknesses

    Damage: A Rank bonus
    Description: Wolfe channels extra electrical energy into his fist or foot and makes a physical attack. As the attack connects a bolt of lightning will strike down from the sky and connect with target at the same time as the physical attack.
    Effects:  The bolt will add 1 A rank of magical lightning elemental damage to the physical damage from the physical attack. The target hit with this will also suffer a 1 post debuff that lowers their speed and reaction time by 30%. This debuff only effects those of equal or lower rank than Wolfe. Also this debuff can’t be reduced or ignored by any effect that targets physical debuffs as this effect is not physical, but rather mental, as the lightning from the attack causes an overload of electrical current to the Primary Motor Cortex, which causes it to misfire and the target’s commands are effected by this.
    Strengths:
    * This spell is an instant effect, and requires a physical attack to connect to be used and therefore not able to be dodged
    * Stacks on top of the normal physical damage done for the physical attack
    Weaknesses:
    * This can only target one target at a time
    * This spell not only requires melee distance to use, but also for Wolfe to connect with a physical attack to even use.
    * It is possible to redirect the bolt to a new location if a powerful enough force was used to redirect it.

    Thor's Mark - THis makes it seem like any lightning spell you get hit with no matter the rank will restore this same amount. This works as a maximum for me.

    However, I feel it should halve for each rank of the spell below you.

    Heimdall's aegis - can We drop this to 40%, 20% and 10% for the physical?

    Sleipnir's grace - Once in a while tells me nothing. This needs some sort of explanation and this part needs a cooldown
    I want clarification that you need to come out of lightning mode to attack and in combat this isn't light speed movement.

    Fenrir's rage is too much for a freebie. I don't want this stacking with your other buffs. I also feel there should be either some activation cost (like a slayer has to eat so much of their element perhaps you have to be hit by a certain amount of lightning?) or have a severely reduced duration.

    Lightning blast wave - needs a rank bit on the dizziness. I'm ok with it dizzying D ranks, but it shouldn't effect other ranks

    Call lightning - please clarify that this doesn't work for your 'i get hit by lightning so i regen', also please rank the paralysis part.

    Catastrophe - Same as call lightning except you need to rank the debuff

    Wolfe was taught Extreme Lightning Magic as a child by his father. His father knew the risks of teaching a magic like this to someone, but he had spent years coming up with a way to counter the flaw of the magic itself. Wolfe's father tried to counter the effects of lightning essence by creating a system that would hold an extra large charge of magic so the essence would have a energy source and not kill the host. Wolfe's father did this by creating a battery like system by creating tiny empty lacrimas. He then put body like magic into each of the but otherwise left them empty.

    Wolfe's father then surgically implanted all the tiny lacrimas all over Wolfe's body. Wolfe is unsure of the exact number but he knows there is over 30 of them. His father then hooked him to a machine that created electricity, and began to surge electricity through Wolfe's body. The electricity didn't hurt Wolfe too bad, but it was still torture and it caused his body to convulse and lock up which that part did hurt a lot. It even caused the pupils in his eyes to fry out and Wolfe lost vision for a few days. However, The essence plus the the electricity created a new type of vision and used the current to alter the range of his sight and giving him his vision back but at the cost of forever altering his eyes by leaving them completely white with no pupil.

    This went on for about a week before his father had successfully created a way to keep a subject with the magic alive and able to use it without worry of it killing the user. This , however, was not the end for Wolfe. Without the knowledge of the darkness within Wolfe passed down by the linage of his blood, Wolfe's father could never have seen it coming. Wolfe's magic began to alter slightly and every once in a while there would be  a black bolt of electricity. As the next year went by the occurrence started happening more often until it was happening almost all the time and there would be both black and normal bolts of lightning in all of Wolfe's magic. Wolfe's particular blend of this magic is also altered by the darkness within his linage and it tainted it causing the bolts to also be black as well as normal, and to give it a dark tint to the magic itself. This would become his signature magic from that point on.

    Uses
    Wolfe uses the magic to turn himself into pure Lightning and move around both as short and long distances. He tends to use his magic in close range as he likes to imbue his attacks with lightning as to do extra damage, and cause different status effects on his target. He also uses it to increase his speed and strength in combat. He can cast a few long range spells, but tends to use them only when needed. He will also call down lightning to hit his foes or around them to frighten them or shake them, to take advantage of a good attack opportunity.

    • *Increased Speed and Physical Power - Due to the nature of his magic and because the way his experiments on his body work, he has a constant flow of electricity through his body enhancing his muscles and granting him increased speed and strength. Both in the form of a passive boost and also from abilities
    • *Immunity to Lightning - Due to the nature of his magic and because the way his experiments on his body work, he has a constant flow of electricity through his body. As such external lightning and electricity doesn't harm him but instead gives him extra energy and "charges him up". This is shown in a reduced if not negated effect fom lightning sources, a regen to HP and MP from this effect. This includes ALL foms of lighting.
    • Versitility - Lightning's greatest asset is it's verisitility both in and out of battle. This manifest itself in a number of different ways such as movement, status effects, and long list of melee and ranged attacks and effects.



    • *Earth - Lightning's biggest issue it being grounded out. So Earth magic, and Earth based creatures take little to no damage from Wolfe's lighting, and lightning effects.
    • *Long Term Use - Most of Wolfe's abilities have a limited number of uses, and some of the more powerful ones leave him in a primal state unable to use magic, and his body exshausted of physical and magical power He works alot like a battery.
    • *Water - While using his powers, Water will cause them to do undesired things. Such as shocking pools of water, electrifying his allies in a rain storm, etc. (he can take bath normally, but he has to focus on that. So if his focus was lost during a shared bath, it would let out shocks and electrocute anyone in the bath. Would not be deadly, or too Harmful, unless he was knocked unconscious, so he couldn't hold back at all)
    • *Holy Flaw - Since his magic is imbued with darkness all the time, his attacks do little to no damage to holy magic users, or holy people. Also his magic can be overpowered by holy magic it forced to compete with it.


    Lineage:  Demonic Mask
    Description: A merchant had found the corpse of a demon inside an ancient ruins complex as he traveled through it. The merchant took the skull of the demon and placed it over his head. As he did so the skull became part of the merchant in the form of a mask which granted him the ability to alter the properties of magic. The merchant however was defeated in a war he got caught up in soon after. Upon his death the mask shattered and its powers were scattered across the battlefield, leaving the few surviving with that same power inside of them, but in a weaker state. The dark powers of the demon were passed down over the generations.
    Ability: All magic the user uses becomes based on darkness and is elemental. The spells still work the same way, except that in essence the element is darkness and that may have results for the way it reacts with other types of magic.
    Usage: Duration: 4 posts, cool-down: 6 posts. Can only be used 5 times per thread.

    (when hit by a spell of a lower rank the HP and MP regen are equal to the damage of the spell would do.)

    Effects: Wolfe collects and shifts the electricity on and around his skin to create and invisible barrier of electricity around his body. It acts as very light armor for him. Wolfe can control this effect, so he can still touch people without hurting them.
    (Passive = Wolfe's body creates a light current of electricity that coats his body. This current acts like a thin layer of armor for incoming attacks, both magical and physical.)

    Effects:Wolfe has embraced the fact that his body is merged with the element of Lightning, and has even forged into the way he moves. When Wolfe moves he now phases as he walks. He can still be hit and every few feet he leaves and image of himself. He must also materialize to change directions and such. Wolfe is pushing teleporting at this point. However he is not.
    (Effect: Wolfe get a 25% increased speed boost, and a 25% increased reaction time)

    However, once  in a  while he can increase the phase to actually teleport through an attack or spell.(once every 4 post. It has a 3 post cool-down)
    (Effect: Wolfe can Phase Step/Teleport through an attack or spell to either move closer of farther way from where he was standing.)
    However when Phasing/teleporting through a spell higher then Wolfe rank he still receives
    1 Rank above me: i take 10% of full damage
    2 ranks above me: i take 25% of full damage.
    Wolfe may also choose to around as a bolt of lightning as he used to in combat if that better fits his needs, with the bonuses as above.

    Out of combat Wolfe still moves around in the form of a lightning for his long distance travels. Reaching the speed of light while doing this. (he can only move at the speed of light out of comat.)

    Effects:Wolfe can force himself beyond his normal limits by forcing a surge of pure electrical power through his body. This results in an increase of speed and strength 1 rank above his own. However, this power surge comes at a price. Each time he activates this effect it causes him to become more feral, and primal. After the power has been activated the second time in a thread he losses all ability to talk and begins to attack and act like a wild beast. This effect manifest itself as such. After the end of the first activation he cant talk or use spells for 1 post, and at the end of the end of the second activation he cant talk or cast spells for 2 posts. He still can tell friend from foe, but unless someone has seen it, they wouldn't know. It is a truly scary sight to behold from the outside. this last for no less then 5 posts. 2 times is the normal limit to this power. However, at great cost he can activate it a third time. However, at the end up duration of the third activation he drops to 10% HP and MP. Also his feral state will not reside the rest of the thread.

    • *Increased Speed and Strength - This effect is a sheer rage of pure power, and as such he gains a increase in speed and strength.
    • Stacks - This is a surge of power, and therefor stacks with any other effects already granting Wolfe a boost
    • Long Effect - This effect does last for a little bit granting him ample time to take down his intended target



    • *Limited Use - Wolfe can only use this max 3 times in a thread. This is Wolfe's main source to really get an extra boost from when needed.
    • *Shut Down - After the effects of this boost are finished Wolfe's body pretty much shuts down.
    • *When Activated Can Not Hide - This effect is meant to be used in a fashion of pure physical beat down, and as such, his body begins to erupt arcs of lightning off his body. This means he losses any chance to hide or be stealthily.
    • *The Beast - If this ability is activated a second time in the same thread Wolfe becomes primal, and loses the ability to use magic temporarily.

The speed of the shot is as fast as lighting. It only effects one target. It has a max range of about 15 yards, however, it would be very difficult to hit a target at that range.

    Strengths:
    *Super Quick - This attack is super quick, making it hard to dodge.
    *Precise - This attack is super precise
    *Range - The spell has a very good range

    Weaknesses:
    *Weak - This spell is meant to be weak, and nothing can increase the amount of damage it does.
    *One Target - It only hits one target, and one target alone.
    *Precise - This attack is only as precise as the caster is. If the caster is trying to hit a super fast target, or cant get a good shot, then the shot will be worthless
    *Grounding - This spell like any Lightning based spell can be grounded doing no damage if the target can find a way to do so.

    Description: the caster throws his hands to his sides and bends down a little and centers power into the center of his body and forces it to explode out from his body in a circle around him. There is a burst of sound and a wave of electricity that shoots out from his body. It effects everyone in a 10 yard radius. It will stop all aggressors of Rank D, and will knock all Rank D aggressors back 5 yards. It has the added effect of causing anyone it hits to become dizzy for about 1 post (this once again only effects D rank opponents. The blast is almost instant as it leaves his body. The attack does no damage.

    Strengths:
    *Stops Attackers - this spell will stop all attackers in their tracks, knock them back
    *360* Attack - The attack hits in a 360* radius around the caster's body
    *Incapacitate - the spell  incapacitates them for a few seconds (1 post).

    Weaknesses:
    *Solid Objects - This spell does not go through solid objects such as walls or large shields
    *Dodgeable - This spell can be dodged if the enemy takes to the air, or is above the caster when it is cast as it is a wave.
    *Allies - This attack hits everyone in it's radius, that includes allies
    *Range - The radius of this attack is only 10 yards, so it will only hit so any people.

It only hits one target. The target must be within about 15 yards to the caster. The bolt is almost instant, however, there is a second before where the target will feel as if the pressure around them gets heavy. This spell does 1 Rank D level of Damage. This spell can also be channeled through a metal object held by the caster.

    Strengths:
    *Almost Instant - The bolt crashing down is basically instant, so unless someone knows this attack, its almost too fast to dodge.
    *Range - This spell has good range.
    *Paralysis - If hit, the target cant move or preform any actions for 1 post

    *One Target - This spell can only hit one target
    *Delayed Impact - There is a second before the Bolt comes crashing diwn where the target feels the pressure around them become very heavy.
    *Redirecting - If there is alot of metal somewhere near the opponent or if the opponent can create metal away from themselves, the attack will be redirected.
    *Grounding - Like any other Lightning spell, this spell can be grounded out if the target can find a way to do so.

    (Crowd Control refers to things such as Slowed movement, Paralysis, etc...)
    All Ranks below his - Negates the effects of "CC" completely
    His Rank  - Reduces the effect by 50% (both time, and effect)

    Effects:Any target hit by this reduces their speed by 30% and basic body functions becoming 30% slower as well as a 30% reduction to reaction time. This debuff only effects those of equal of lwer rank then Wolfe. This is caused by the lightning shocking the brain and overflowing the Primary Motor Cortex, cause it to misfire commands for 1 post. This also bypasses most things that stop or reduce the effects of debuffs as it is mental not physical.

    • *Speed - This spell is almost instant, so if the base attack hits, then this spell is pretty much guaranteed  to hit.

    • *One Target - This spell only effects one target.
    • *Melee - This attack is required to be added to a melee attack. So the caster has to be able to land a kick or punch to even do this attack.
    • *Redirecting - If there is a lot of metal somewhere near the opponent or if the opponent can create metal away from themselves, the attack will be redirected.
    • *Grounding - If someone can find a way to ground the attack onto earth, or change the element of their body into earth, this spell does nothing.

While phase shifting Wolfe is basically focusing his speed into concentrated burst, creating short distance teleports. These “Shifts” have a maximum distance of 5 meters in any direction.
    *Wolfe can also use his Phase Shifting to phase right through an attack and Shift next to his opponent. When he does this he still takes a % of the damage from the attack. This ability has a cool-down of 1 post.

    However, this form has a price as it drains Wolfe each time. After the 3rd time in a single thread Wolfe can no longer activate this form in the same thread, and after the duration of the 3rd activation his HP and MP drop to 10% and Wolfe cant cast any spells for the first 2 post after that.
    Strengths:
    * The buffs from this form stack on top of any and all buffs Wolfe has on him.
    * This form has a decently long duration.
    Weaknesses:
    * This form comes with a limited number of uses. Wolfe can only activate this form 3 times in a thread.
    * When this form is activated it is impossible to hide as Wolfe’s body begins to generate so much power, and lightning it arcs off of him and his eyes begin to glow a bright yellow.
    * Upon the end of the 3rd use of this form in a thread Wolfe is reduced to only 10% HP and MP till he has had a chance to heal, and he can’t use any magic spells for the first 2 posts after the end of the 3rd activation.

It only effects one target and just does the current rank of his magic in damage. It has no other effect then doing damage. It is meant to be a very quick, and precise shot. The speed of the shot is as fast as lighting. It only effects one target. It has a max range of about 15 yards, however, it would be very difficult to hit a target at that range.

    Strengths:
    *Super Quick - This attack is super quick, making it hard to dodge.
    *Precise - This attack is super precise
    *Range - The spell has a very good range

    Weaknesses:
    *Weak - This spell is meant to be weak, and nothing can increase the amount of damage it does.
    *One Target - It only hits one target, and one target alone.
    *Precise - This attack is only as precise as the caster is. If the caster is trying to hit a super fast target, or cant get a good shot, then the shot will be worthless
    *Grounding - This spell like any Lightning based spell can be grounded doing no damage if the target can find a way to do so.

It will stop all aggressors of Rank D, and will knock all Rank D aggressors back 5 yards. It has the added effect of causing anyone it hits to become dizzy for about 1 post (this once again only effects D rank opponents. The blast is almost instant as it leaves his body. The attack does no damage.

    Strengths:
    *Stops Attackers - this spell will stop all attackers in their tracks, knock them back
    *360* Attack - The attack hits in a 360* radius around the caster's body
    *Incapacitate - the spell  incapacitates them for a few seconds (1 post).

    Weaknesses:
    *Solid Objects - This spell does not go through solid objects such as walls or large shields
    *Dodgeable - This spell can be dodged if the enemy takes to the air, or is above the caster when it is cast as it is a wave.
    *Allies - This attack hits everyone in it's radius, that includes allies
    *Range - The radius of this attack is only 10 yards, so it will only hit so any people.

It only hits one target. The target must be within about 15 yards to the caster. The bolt is almost instant, however, there is a second before where the target will feel as if the pressure around them gets heavy. This spell does 1 Rank D level of Damage. This spell can also be channeled through a metal object held by the caster.

    *Almost Instant - The bolt crashing down is basically instant, so unless someone knows this attack, its almost too fast to dodge.
    *Range - This spell has good range.
    *Paralysis - If hit, the target cant move or preform any actions for 1 post

    *One Target - This spell can only hit one target
    *Delayed Impact - There is a second before the Bolt comes crashing diwn where the target feels the pressure around them become very heavy.
    *Redirecting - If there is alot of metal somewhere near the opponent or if the opponent can create metal away from themselves, the attack will be redirected.
    *Grounding - Like any other Lightning spell, this spell can be grounded out if the target can find a way to do so.

The target hit with this will also suffer a 2 pots debuff that lowers their speed and reaction time by 30%. Multiple hits from this do not cause buffs to stack. The first debuff must finish before a new one from this spell can affect the same target. This debuff only effects those of equal or lower rank than Wolfe. Also this debuff can’t be reduced or ignored by any effect that targets physical debuffs as this effect is not physical, but rather mental, as the lightning from the attack causes an overload of electrical current to the Primary Motor Cortex, which causes it to misfire and the target’s commands are effected by this.
    Strengths:
    * This spell is an instant effect, and requires a physical attack to connect to be used and therefore not able to be dodged
    * Stacks on top of the normal physical damage done for the physical attack
    Weaknesses:
    * This can only target one target at a time
    * This spell not only requires melee distance to use, but also for Wolfe to connect with a physical attack to even use.
    * It is possible to redirect the bolt to a new location if a powerful enough force was used to redirect it.

    Pulling The Magic As There Are Nerf's That Need To Be Made To It.
    The thing's we will need to address are several of the UA's and Strength's associated with some of them. Some of the spell's relating to the speeds of them, a few have auto-hit wording within the descriptions that we will need to change and a few other minor things.
    We will start on all the edits tonight or tomorrow morning so that you have time to take in the general idea of what we'll have to do, as I want this to be as smooth and peaceful for both of us as possible.

    Extreme Lightning Magic, or otherwise known as The Lightning Beast Magic is a forbidden type and style of lightning magic. The magic doesn't work on normal people because unlike most magic where it is a skill that is used by the mage, this magic creates a living essence of lightning within the user. The issue is that it then begins to feed off the magic of the user and eventually kills them because they don't have enough magic to survive as well as feed the lightning essence. It also begin to alter the body shutting down parts of the body and even begins to alter the blood causing it to thicken and stop moving all together. This forces the body to start living on the pure energy of the essence inside of them. As this event would occur, the body would no longer produce enough magic energy to keep the essence alive and the user would die.

    Character History with Magic:
    Wolfe was taught Extreme Lightning Magic as a child by his father. His father knew the risks of teaching a magic like this to someone, but he had spent years coming up with a way to counter the flaw of the magic itself. Wolfe's father tried to counter the effects of lightning essence by creating a system that would hold an extra large charge of magic so the essence would have a energy source and not kill the host. Wolfe's father did this by creating a battery like system by creating tiny empty lacrimas. He then put body like magic into each of the but otherwise left them empty.

    Wolfe's father then surgically implanted all the tiny lacrimas all over Wolfe's body. Wolfe is unsure of the exact number but he knows there is over 30 of them. His father then hooked him to a machine that created electricity, and began to surge electricity through Wolfe's body. The electricity didn't hurt Wolfe too bad, but it was still torture and it caused his body to convulse and lock up which that part did hurt a lot. It even caused the pupils in his eyes to fry out and Wolfe lost vision for a few days. However, The essence plus the the electricity created a new type of vision and used the current to alter the range of his sight and giving him his vision back but at the cost of forever altering his eyes by leaving them completely white with no pupil.

    This went on for about a week before his father had successfully created a way to keep a subject with the magic alive and able to use it without worry of it killing the user. This , however, was not the end for Wolfe. Without the knowledge of the darkness within Wolfe passed down by the linage of his blood, Wolfe's father could never have seen it coming. Wolfe's magic began to alter slightly and every once in a while there would be  a black bolt of electricity. As the next year went by the occurrence started happening more often until it was happening almost all the time and there would be both black and normal bolts of lightning in all of Wolfe's magic. Wolfe's particular blend of this magic is also altered by the darkness within his linage and it tainted it causing the bolts to also be black as well as normal, and to give it a dark tint to the magic itself. This would become his signature magic from that point on.

    Uses
    Wolfe uses the magic to turn himself into pure Lightning and move around both as short and long distances. He tends to use his magic in close range as he likes to imbue his attacks with lightning as to do extra damage, and cause different status effects on his target. He also uses it to increase his speed and strength in combat. He can cast a few long range spells, but tends to use them only when needed. He will also call down lightning to hit his foes or around them to frighten them or shake them, to take advantage of a good attack opportunity.

    • *Increased Speed and Physical Power - Due to the nature of his magic and because the way his experiments on his body work, he has a constant flow of electricity through his body enhancing his muscles and granting him increased speed and strength. Both in the form of a passive boost and also from abilities
    • *Immunity to Lightning - Due to the nature of his magic and because the way his experiments on his body work, he has a constant flow of electricity through his body. As such external lightning and electricity doesn't harm him but instead gives him extra energy and "charges him up". This is shown in a reduced if not negated effect fom lightning sources, a regen to HP and MP from this effect. This includes ALL foms of lighting.
    • Versitility - Lightning's greatest asset is it's verisitility both in and out of battle. This manifest itself in a number of different ways such as movement, status effects, and long list of melee and ranged attacks and effects.



    • *Earth - Lightning's biggest issue it being grounded out. So Earth magic, and Earth based creatures take little to no damage from Wolfe's lighting, and lightning effects.
    • *Long Term Use - Most of Wolfe's abilities have a limited number of uses, and some of the more powerful ones leave him in a primal state unable to use magic, and his body exshausted of physical and magical power He works alot like a battery.
    • *Water - While using his powers, Water will cause them to do undesired things. Such as shocking pools of water, electrifying his allies in a rain storm, etc. (he can take bath normally, but he has to focus on that. So if his focus was lost during a shared bath, it would let out shocks and electrocute anyone in the bath. Would not be deadly, or too Harmful, unless he was knocked unconscious, so he couldn't hold back at all)
    • *Holy Flaw - Since his magic is imbued with darkness all the time, his attacks do little to no damage to holy magic users, or holy people. Also his magic can be overpowered by holy magic it forced to compete with it.


    Lineage:  Demonic Mask

    All Ranks below his - Negates the effects of "CC" completely
    His Rank  - Reduces the effect by 50% (both time, and effect)
    1 Rank above him - Reduces the effects by 25% (both time, and effect)

    Effects:  The bolt will add 1 A rank of magical lightning elemental damage to the physical damage from the physical attack. The target hit with this will also suffer a 2 pots debuff that lowers their speed and reaction time by 30%. Multiple hits from this do not cause buffs to stack. The first debuff must finish before a new one from this spell can affect the same target. This debuff only effects those of equal or lower rank than Wolfe. Also this debuff can’t be reduced or ignored by any effect that targets physical debuffs as this effect is not physical, but rather mental, as the lightning from the attack causes an overload of electrical current to the Primary Motor Cortex, which causes it to misfire and the target’s commands are effected by this.
    Strengths:
    * This spell is an instant effect, and requires a physical attack to connect to be used and therefore not able to be dodged
    * Stacks on top of the normal physical damage done for the physical attack

    * This can only target one target at a time
    * This spell not only requires melee distance to use, but also for Wolfe to connect with a physical attack to even use.

    Character History with Magic:
    Wolfe was taught Extreme Lightning Magic as a child by his father. His father knew the risks of teaching a magic like this to someone, but he had spent years coming up with a way to counter the flaw of the magic itself. Wolfe's father tried to counter the effects of lightning essence by creating a system that would hold an extra large charge of magic so the essence would have a energy source and not kill the host. Wolfe's father did this by creating a battery like system by creating tiny empty lacrimas. He then put body like magic into each of the but otherwise left them empty.

    Wolfe's father then surgically implanted all the tiny lacrimas all over Wolfe's body. Wolfe is unsure of the exact number but he knows there is over 30 of them. His father then hooked him to a machine that created electricity, and began to surge electricity through Wolfe's body. The electricity didn't hurt Wolfe too bad, but it was still torture and it caused his body to convulse and lock up which that part did hurt a lot. It even caused the pupils in his eyes to fry out and Wolfe lost vision for a few days. However, The essence plus the the electricity created a new type of vision and used the current to alter the range of his sight and giving him his vision back but at the cost of forever altering his eyes by leaving them completely white with no pupil.

    This went on for about a week before his father had successfully created a way to keep a subject with the magic alive and able to use it without worry of it killing the user. This , however, was not the end for Wolfe. Without the knowledge of the darkness within Wolfe passed down by the linage of his blood, Wolfe's father could never have seen it coming. Wolfe's magic began to alter slightly and every once in a while there would be  a black bolt of electricity. As the next year went by the occurrence started happening more often until it was happening almost all the time and there would be both black and normal bolts of lightning in all of Wolfe's magic. Wolfe's particular blend of this magic is also altered by the darkness within his linage and it tainted it causing the bolts to also be black as well as normal, and to give it a dark tint to the magic itself. This would become his signature magic from that point on.

    Uses
    Wolfe uses the magic to turn himself into pure Lightning and move around both as short and long distances. He tends to use his magic in close range as he likes to imbue his attacks with lightning as to do extra damage, and cause different status effects on his target. He also uses it to increase his speed and strength in combat. He can cast a few long range spells, but tends to use them only when needed. He will also call down lightning to hit his foes or around them to frighten them or shake them, to take advantage of a good attack opportunity.

    • *Increased Speed and Physical Power - Due to the nature of his magic and because the way his experiments on his body work, he has a constant flow of electricity through his body enhancing his muscles and granting him increased speed and strength. Both in the form of a passive boost and also from abilities
    • *Immunity to Lightning - Due to the nature of his magic and because the way his experiments on his body work, he has a constant flow of electricity through his body. As such external lightning and electricity doesn't harm him but instead gives him extra energy and "charges him up". This is shown in a reduced if not negated effect fom lightning sources, a regen to HP and MP from this effect. This includes ALL foms of lighting.
    • Versitility - Lightning's greatest asset is it's verisitility both in and out of battle. This manifest itself in a number of different ways such as movement, status effects, and long list of melee and ranged attacks and effects.



    • *Earth - Lightning's biggest issue it being grounded out. So Earth magic, and Earth based creatures take little to no damage from Wolfe's lighting, and lightning effects.
    • *Long Term Use - Most of Wolfe's abilities have a limited number of uses, and some of the more powerful ones leave him in a primal state unable to use magic, and his body exshausted of physical and magical power He works alot like a battery.
    • *Water - While using his powers, Water will cause them to do undesired things. Such as shocking pools of water, electrifying his allies in a rain storm, etc. (he can take bath normally, but he has to focus on that. So if his focus was lost during a shared bath, it would let out shocks and electrocute anyone in the bath. Would not be deadly, or too Harmful, unless he was knocked unconscious, so he couldn't hold back at all)
    • *Holy Flaw - Since his magic is imbued with darkness all the time, his attacks do little to no damage to holy magic users, or holy people. Also his magic can be overpowered by holy magic it forced to compete with it.


    Lineage:  Demonic Mask
    Description: A merchant had found the corpse of a demon inside an ancient ruins complex as he traveled through it. The merchant took the skull of the demon and placed it over his head. As he did so the skull became part of the merchant in the form of a mask which granted him the ability to alter the properties of magic. The merchant however was defeated in a war he got caught up in soon after. Upon his death the mask shattered and its powers were scattered across the battlefield, leaving the few surviving with that same power inside of them, but in a weaker state. The dark powers of the demon were passed down over the generations.
    Ability: All magic the user uses becomes based on darkness and is elemental. The spells still work the same way, except that in essence the element is darkness and that may have results for the way it reacts with other types of magic.
    Usage: Duration: 4 posts, cool-down: 6 posts. Can only be used 5 times per thread.

    *In Combat Wolfe can move with insane speed. "by move at insane speeds is this just a saying or does this increase is base speed?”Wolfe moves so fast he leaves after images of himself, and phase shifts from place to place. While phase shifting Wolfe is basically focusing his speed into concentrated burst, creating short distance teleports. These “Shifts” have a maximum distance of 5 meters in any direction.
    *Wolfe can also use his Phase Shifting to phase right through an attack and Shift next to his opponent. When he does this he still takes a % of the damage from the attack. This ability has a cool-down of 1 post.

These buff tack on top of any other buffs Wolfe already has on him.
    "There is way too high of buffs for this. The total a buff is 50% without any drawbacks here you have 150% but since you have one you can use 75% total to distribute to whatever stats you wish, . Also I cannot allow this to stack with any ofther buffs since it increases Physical and magical.”
    However, this form has a price as it drains Wolfe each time. After the 3rd time in a single thread Wolfe can no longer activate this form in the same thread, and after the duration of the 3rd activation his HP and MP drop to 10% and Wolfe cant cast any spells for the first 2 post after that.

    * Upon the end of the 3rd use of this form in a thread Wolfe is reduced to only 10% HP and MP till he has had a chance to heal, and he can’t use any magic spells for the first 2 posts after the end of the 3rd activation.

    Description: Ra was a legendary dark mage and master assassin who lived during the reign of dragons. Legend says that he was once a lowly slave who became a sword for hire, his area of expertise are poison and decay magic. Ra's usually finishes his victims by poisoning them or infecting them with a disease that ultimately weakens a person until his body decays and rot. Because of his exploits, his name was feared throughout Fiore. It was said that he gained such powers through the Lazarus Pits, reservoirs of rejuvenating chemicals that restore the dying to life or in other cases to bring death to the living; these pits have granted him a lifespan of several hundred years. Some say that Ra still walks this world, but whether this is true or not, it is certain that he had left behind a deadly legacy.
    Ability: Has the ability Immortal Blood. Its an ability that allows the user to rapidly heal wound, even serious or potentially deadly.   This makes them less affected by healing however.  All healing from any other source is reduced by 25%.
    This blood is also an incredible source of poison and decaying powers.

    * Upon the end of the 1st use of this form Wolfe can't cast spells for 1 post. After the end of the 2nd activation in a thread Wolfe is reduced to only 25% HP and MP till he has had a chance to heal, and he can’t use any magic spells for the next 2 posts.

    Name: Dark Bolt

    Description: The catser places both his hand in front them with some space between them. He then focuses his Dark Electricity into a small ball in the middle of his hands and shoots it forward. The bolt looks like a small bolt of Lightning with black sparks ripping off of it. The bolt is only only about 3 inches in diameter. It only effects one target and just does the current rank of his magic in damage. It has no other effect then doing damage. It is meant to be a very quick, and precise shot. The speed of the shot is as fast as lighting. It only effects one target. It has a max range of about 15 yards, however, it would be very difficult to hit a target at that range.

    Strengths:
    *Super Quick - This attack is super quick, making it hard to dodge.
    *Precise - This attack is super precise
    *Range - The spell has a very good range

    Weaknesses:
    *Weak - This spell is meant to be weak, and nothing can increase the amount of damage it does.
    *One Target - It only hits one target, and one target alone.
    *Precise - This attack is only as precise as the caster is. If the caster is trying to hit a super fast target, or cant get a good shot, then the shot will be worthless
    *Grounding - This spell like any Lightning based spell can be grounded doing no damage if the target can find a way to do so.


    Name: Lightning Blast Wave

    Description: the caster throws his hands to his sides and bends down a little and centers power into the center of his body and forces it to explode out from his body in a circle around him. There is a burst of sound and a wave of electricity that shoots out from his body. It effects everyone in a 10 yard radius. It will stop all aggressors of Rank D, and will knock all Rank D aggressors back 5 yards. It has the added effect of causing anyone it hits to become dizzy for about 1 post (this once again only effects D rank opponents. The blast is almost instant as it leaves his body. The attack does no damage.

    Strengths:
    *Stops Attackers - this spell will stop all attackers in their tracks, knock them back
    *360* Attack - The attack hits in a 360* radius around the caster's body
    *Incapacitate - the spell  incapacitates them for a few seconds (1 post).

    Weaknesses:
    *Solid Objects - This spell does not go through solid objects such as walls or large shields
    *Dodgeable - This spell can be dodged if the enemy takes to the air, or is above the caster when it is cast as it is a wave.
    *Allies - This attack hits everyone in it's radius, that includes allies
    *Range - The radius of this attack is only 10 yards, so it will only hit so any people.

    Description: the caster holds out his hand and focuses his energy to the palm of his hand then calls forth the forces of nature to causes a single bolt of Lightning to crash down from the sky where the caster focuses his attention to. When a target is hit they take damage and their body suffers for paralysis for 1 post as the electricity causes their muscles to lock up. This paralysis only effects D rank opponents. It only hits one target. The target must be within about 15 yards to the caster. The bolt is almost instant, however, there is a second before where the target will feel as if the pressure around them gets heavy. This spell does 1 Rank D level of Damage. This spell can also be channeled through a metal object held by the caster.

    Strengths:
    *Almost Instant - The bolt crashing down is basically instant, so unless someone knows this attack, its almost too fast to dodge.
    *Range - This spell has good range.
    *Paralysis - If hit, the target cant move or preform any actions for 1 post

    Weaknesses:
    *One Target - This spell can only hit one target
    *Delayed Impact - There is a second before the Bolt comes crashing diwn where the target feels the pressure around them become very heavy.
    *Redirecting - If there is alot of metal somewhere near the opponent or if the opponent can create metal away from themselves, the attack will be redirected.
    *Grounding - Like any other Lightning spell, this spell can be grounded out if the target can find a way to do so.

    Description: Wolfe concentrates his magic into either his knee or elbow. The knee or elbow will begin to crackle and black lightning will start to spark from the area. Wolfe can then release the surge of concentrated energy upon hitting his target with a melee attack with the chosen joint.
    Effect: After concentrating on either his elbow or knee for about 2 seconds, Wolfe can concentrate his magical energy to that spot to create a surge of black lightning. The joint will begin to crackle and black lightning will start to spark off of the joint. Then within the same post Wolfe can release that surge of black lightning upon a successful melee attack using that joint. The surge will release in a huge burst of black lightning doing magical damage on top of the melee damage from the attack.
    Strengths
    *Stacks with Melee: The damage of the spell stacks with the damage of a melee attack.
    Weaknesses
    *Unable to Hide: Between the crackling noise, and black lightning that that begin to park from the joint, it is impossible to hide the intended attack.
    *Requires Melee to Use: The spell requires not just melee range to use, but the melee attack must connect to release the spell.
    *Concentrated Area of Attack: This attack is concentrated to a very small spot on the body and that small spot must be used to attack with to use this spell.

    Description:  Wolfe concentrates his magic into his heel. His heel will begin to crackle and black lightning will start to spark from it. Wolfe can then release the surge of concentrated energy upon hitting his target with a melee attack with hi heel, such as an axe kick or a roundhouse kick.
    Effect: After concentrating on heel for about 2 seconds, Wolfe can concentrate his magical energy to that spot to create a surge of black lightning. His heel will begin to crackle and black lightning will start to spark off of it. Then within the same post Wolfe can release that surge of black lightning upon a successful melee attack using his heel. The surge will release in a huge burst of black lightning doing magical damage on top of the melee damage from the attack.

    Description: Wolfe channels extra electrical energy into his fist or foot and makes a physical attack. As the attack connects a bolt of lightning will strike down from the sky and connect with target at the same time as the physical attack.
    Effects:  The bolt will add 1 A rank of magical lightning elemental damage to the physical damage from the physical attack. The target hit with this will also suffer a 1 post debuff that lowers their speed and reaction time by 30%. This debuff only effects those of equal or lower rank than Wolfe. Also this debuff can’t be reduced or ignored by any effect that targets physical debuffs as this effect is not physical, but rather mental, as the lightning from the attack causes an overload of electrical current to the Primary Motor Cortex, which causes it to misfire and the target’s commands are effected by this.
    Strengths:
    * This spell is an instant effect, and requires a physical attack to connect to be used and therefore not able to be dodged
    * Stacks on top of the normal physical damage done for the physical attack
    Weaknesses:
    * This can only target one target at a time
    * This spell not only requires melee distance to use, but also for Wolfe to connect with a physical attack to even use.
    * It is possible to redirect the bolt to a new location if a powerful enough force was used to redirect it.
