Thorn looked back at Gregor as he cleared his throat "you will never get me to crack I will die before helping scum like you!" he said through griped teeth thorn could tell he started to feel the pain coursed by her poison

Apparently to trust one and another wasn't on Thorn's list. Then again why trust each other? Raiza looked upon his hand where the slice of blood had happened, it was faint but hopefully Thorn realized the damage she did to herself was only half as bad as normal. "The ring I wear splits the damage done to your body and inflicts it onto my own. Making your wounds only be half as bad as they normally would. A fatal wound could be survived this way. Because of this I'm very well adept to receiving pain.", though something clicked in his head, thinking of Bellaria, and Zemina, and all those others he encountered. He did this a lot for allies so he could burden their pain, and even since because hes become more of a fighter than he realized. The pain didn't even hurt as his blood gathered in his hand.

Though using the heat from his blade generated because it was an explosive blade now, he seered the wound shut rather fast. "Though I'm much better at... delivering it.", his eager smile turned to the man who called them both scum. Even hearing what Thorn had said in the whisper, he made sure to not end the man's life too soon. After all, why do that? Even watching the poison slowly kill the man, Raiza's resolve became more and more stronger. Once a proud mercenary, he began to see in a new light. His own light. Joining savage skull wasn't just a suggestion...no it was a demand. Not a demand from Thorn but a demand that he gave himself once the suggestion was given to him. He enjoyed watching the man struggle against the pain crying out in small grunts as he wiggled from it all.

Even Raiza joined in by flipping his gunblade so the point was facing directly down, and would rest about where the man's crotch would be. "Guy, my blade is charged to have a huge explosion, or a small micro detonation. Its very hot due to this, as you can tell. so If you dont speak, I'm fairly certain I can ram my blade down and make you into a woman fairly fast." his words were not empty as the blade's tip was hot and the feeling of the warmth could be felt by the man, whom only added a bit more pain to his entire endurance.

Though the efforts were not in vein as even this guy began to crack. "H-how do you want me to call him..."

thorn smirked softly her head tilted as she looked at his hand as he closed the wound with a hot sword then looked at her own hand and wondered why he did it as the cut was not deep infant the flow of sap had stopped flowing from her own wound. Sighing softly Thorn shock her head but said nothing about her thoughts. Thorn laughed lightly as she heard Raiza say he was better at giving out pain than dealing with it thorn smirked lightly "if you feel that way you will fit well in savage skull!" she states lightly moving away from them thorn looked out a window at the men and the pets and weapon fighting one another thorn had became worried about them as the creatures had stopped communicating with her but seeing them bizy Thorn realised why that was.

thorn smirked lightly at Gregory "well you have to call for him the normal way or he will suspect!" she stated lightly as sweet trickled down Gregor's forehead and thorn laughed her had glided over the weapon Raiza had stuck down between Gregory's legs.

Thorn smirked lightly as she curled her hand around Gregory's chin and looked at the place she had made her poison enter his body, the wound had turned green and icky. Laughter flowed through her lips as she let go of the of his face thorn looked at Raiza and smiled softly wondering what he would do next

Gregory sighed softly "fine!" he said with a blink of his eyes a peace of paper appeared from no where and then writing flowed across it like he was writing it by hand. Before thorn had a chance to read it the letter zoomed off out the hall and thorn smiled again not long now and they will be done and out of here she hoped.

Listening to Thorn's words were more calming than ever. Was he really going down this path? Life was a game and this was the pieces he was given apparently. No matter, play the game to it's fullest, because Savage Skull just got a new piece on the board. "Yeah no doubt about it. I once thought the mercenary life was just my life, but now I see it wasn't just the money that drove me." Raiza's words were in sync with slowly grazing the blade across the floor very gently, leaving a solid burn mark on the hardwood, daring to catch flame even.

Finally, the call was made, the paper was sent, and no doubt in the back of Raiza's mind this meant a new wave of guards would be coming after them soon. Even Raiza's wisp came up from the floor floating around Thorn rather than himself, seemed the little wisp cared more for Thorn a plant and forest person than himself. It wasn't long before the wisp would relay all the information about outside, apparently the surrounding weakling guards were taken out, however there were indeed more rushing from the barracks, it'd take a few minutes at the very least before any showed up, but the numbers were not exact. There appeared to be small factions of them across the large town, so leaving now would mean only the closest would be encountered.

"Tsch, too bad for you Gregory... I don't play nice", his words were nothing to mock as his blade slowly went forward, the tip grazing the ground gently, eventually touching the person's pants, and melting right through them, the heat alone must cause extreme discomfort, but sadly with Thorn's poison in work, there was no way he'd be even able to move. Think about such a painful burning experiance but not even allowed to struggle against it as it only got worse, the blade halted right there. "I should end your poor pathetic manhood before you die anyways, but what fun would that game be? Placing with a game piece that was already taken out is no way for a game master to handle the pawns."

Removing his blade away from the man, he smiled looking towards the door. "So Thorn, by the sounds of it...and if you can sense them. There is a number of guards heading our way. This time, we need to get out into the open. Such a compact area will be detrimental to fight against.

Thorn smirked softly once she had given the letter enough time to get to the intended person thorn turned to Gregor and she smirked softly her head tilted as she went around behind him her hands rested against the man's shoulders and he grimaced in pain as thorn pushed her thumb into the wound she had made earlier that day "it would be entertaining to watch you suffer" she said with an eval grin on her lips "but we have no more time for you so I think its time to say good night!" she whispered close to his ear taking Gregor's head in her hands she turned it sharply braking his neck in an instant, Gregor squirmed in her hand he struggled for his breath as his face turned blue thorn eruped in laughter before looking back at Raiza and shrugging her shoulders "sorry if you wanted to torture him some more but we must move our friends have to retreat and that means no more knowing what is coming our way!" Thorn stated lightly.

Thorn pointed to a door in the hall "through there is a few sets of stairs they lead to the roof once we get there then we can escape using the roof!" she stated as she moved to the door she was talking about. thorn toke a glance at Raiza "its ever that or be out numbered and our powered!" thorn stated calmly as she smiled softly "I will wait on the roof but we have less than five minuets before they come through that door!" she stated pointing at the main entrance before turning her back and started to climb the stairs until she reached her destination.

opening the door to the roof the fresh air flowed forth and her hair flowed backward walking out thorn moved with cortisone to the eager and looked down the creatures they had sent where no longer there but they where still alive at least thorn smirked as she sore men banging at the main door trying to brake it down and soon they would be in.

It was true, an escape from the roof top would have been their best bet. In fact, it was the one option that provided an escape that they both could take. Though the guards could just as easily take it as well. It provided not just a one way, but a multi-way trip to get to them. The guards were swarming the outside of the building, easily now there sounded like seven guards in the immediate area. If the duo would be able to fight their way and escape these last bunch, they were no doubt home free from ever even getting stopped. The woodlands near by would have provided the best route of escape. What was more was this was the final couple minutes Raiza had with his flame spell. Soon it'd run out and he couldn't use his elemental object change spell for awhile, it would have gone on the systematic cool down. Unfortunately, so was his summoning spell as well. So that left a few spells in his book. The guard spell that gives a 'shield' Then his partial takeover spell. He had his lag switch spell too. Unfortunately his invisibility spell was on the back burner too. It wasn't much, no in fact the rate of spells he did have right now was not enough.

Escaping these guards even by the roof top seemed almost pointless. The pursuit would slow them down and more guards would catch up. However if one were to be unhindered then they would no doubt be able to flee the city from roof top, and get to the outter gates in a matter of moments. Even as the breeze of cool air filled the room. "Only five minutes? Damn, well you'll need this then. System Give player Status Immortal_object". A barrier spell went up around Thorn's skin and would move with her, in fact it was not even noticeable unless it was looked at by an advanced mage. Even now though the barrier spell would give a decent protection over them both. Chain spelling meant the cost was increased and once it ran out.. then it was going to be awhile before using it again was even remotely possible. Sad but that was true after all.

"Heh.. I would have made a good member wouldn't I?....no matter, Thorn you better get going okay?" as he turned his back on thorn, he began to descend down the stairs back into the building, a few of his flaming shots were fired at the corners of the building to ensure it started to catch flame, More shots fired until the flame element ran out, but the building was indeed on fire by now, and the door would shut behind him, trying to keep Thorn from following him. Maybe she was going to take a hint, he wasn't exactly going to be able to follow. No instead now he was already forming a second gunblade. Now duel weilding he began to wait for the crashing of the main door. They still had to get through the front door, and make their way through some of the flames, and to the next room over where the stairs would lead up to.

'pitiful...I'mma be sacrificing my life for this? shame really but I guess it can't be helped. If we wanted any chance to get away together, then one had to stay to delay these stupid guards...', even now his wisp would no longer be with him, instead the wisp would be on the outside guarding Thorn. Guess even the little forest loving creature decided that Thorn had the better survival chance after all anyways. For now though... charge the take over spell and get ready. All of his energy began to stir at him pooling what little mana he had left into both arms as he was charging a double chain charge spell. To charge and chain spell his partial take over for one all out attack, just hopefully, this would help Thorn escape, even if Raiza had no way to ensure his own would be made.

Thorn did not have to wait long soon raiza came through the door and she smiled lightly as she sore Raiza turning up she had half expected him to not come at all and thought how she could of missed him if he had not come through the door, Thorn was starting to think of Raiza as a friend one she could trust. tilting her head she wondered why he had cast yet another spell on her "we are escaping why would I need this?" she asked softly tilting her head her smile not fading.

thorns smile faded from her face quickly his words flowed from him they confused her and she wondered why Raiza had said those words she wondered why he would not come with her now then he turned his back on her and went out of view, moments passed as Thorn was frozen to the spot out of surprise more than anything else. Thorn moved to the edge of the building she assessed the jump and walked back a few feet she was ready to go to leave but Thorn could not move she could not jump.

Thorn looked at the door where Raiza disappeared through and thorn swore to herself before following Raiza down the steps she quietly walks next to him careful not to alert him of her presence until she spoke "sorry hunny I cant let you have all the fun and I cant leave you behind, you will make a perfect member of savage skull I will make shore of that!" she said lightly winking playfully as she thought to herself if he was willing to die for her for the guild she could not just run away she had to stay to fight and if it came down to it die with him if necessary.

'This sacrifice here today, will ensure the survival of her, and the completion of the job.' His own thoughts trailed a bit as both hands tightened around the handle of the two gunblades. Slowly the door was giving way by now even as the men were crashing some sort of object into it. The flames created by his earlier shots were now taking their toll onto the building as the flames were only drastically increasing in size by working on the interior wood working and insinuation. So far so good, the plan Raiza was putting together was working, and more so the room was filling with fire, it'd force the enemy to make it a quick fight or flight option.

Thats when Raiza heard the door behind him open. Thorn refused to leave, and insisted on being part of the 'fun'. This wasn't supposed to be 'fun'. It was like a chess game, some pieces had to be lost to preserve others, and to win the game. However as he thought about it more, Raiza became more and more aware that this wasn't just being played by himself anymore.

"Damn it Thorn, I cannot guarantee you get out alive if you back me up here. If you were to have ran, then it would have been guaranteed. Either way this is my plan. The building is their main way to follow since its a pretty tall one, as it is collapsing, we can try to take the route on top of buildings. First we just gotta hold them off for a couple of minutes as the fire is taking it's tole on the building. Once sufficient enough damage is done, we can flee." Of course what Raiza did not mention was the fact it was all too possible that the guards could easily overwhelm and kill or take them in before that fact was able to be taken into possibility. Even now the building rumbled even a slight bit as the door was finally slammed open. The two squadron commanders were in the far back, ensuring no escapees. While a single simple guard lead the charge, followed behind four suppression squad members whom began to flood the room, searching for ways to put the fire out but at the same time no hope was found for that one.

"Surrender now savage skull members we've got you surrounded!"

thorn laughed lightly grinning at Raiza her hand griped his shoulder softly tilting her head "I can leave knowing that you where willing to die for a guild your not even part of yet also for a girl you just meet!" she stated drooping her hand she half wished she still had her staff her Friend would be a grait help right at that moment.

smiling softly at Raiza's words "have I not proven I can take care of myself we will be fin maybe with a few cuts and bruses but we will get out alive even if it kills me!" she said winking playfully trying to lighten the mood, witch was difficalt concidering the perdicament they where in.

the booming voice came through the door and thorn laughed she was very much amused by the fact these people think any mage in Savage Skull would give themselves up. Shacking her head softly "come on boys I am shore you can take down one little woman and one man with ease!" she called loudly in a mocking tone.

with a moment the door came caving in and men ran through the door, some of the men just entered and started to use water on the flames "well burning them to death is out!" Thorn said playfully her voice filled with exsitment her body became jittery "is it time to kill!" she said almost jumping up and down her smile was so wide. thorn look at raiza her smile softened "ready?" she asked softly, Thorn watched the men she would do nothing untill they started to attack.

thorn seemed to have to wait forever but soon five if the men stepped forward by there shaking bodies thorn guessed they there the weakest ones out of all the men this made thorn laugh the men thought they where no threat but they where wrong.

A small chuckle as the back end of the building began to crack. "Wrong. My plan isn't to burn them. You see, this building will come down no matter what. They actually trying to put out two of the five fires I started wont be enough. Now it is time for them to exactly learn one other thing about me. Thorn, don't get in my way because I wont be able to control this too well." His words full of malice as both arms began to vibrate, each arm was being consumed by a black energy that even encased his arms "Now for the fun part" He grinned, swiping his gun blade across a dead guard that had been killed much earlier, the blood collected on the blade as he brought it up to his mouth to drink it. "The penance you shall pay... is paid in blood."

It was complete, his words were only the beginning as one man thrusted a spear at Raiza while he was doing this. The attempt only made him laugh as the barrier reflected it away. It was a petty attempt. Good...but still petty. Especially as the blood Raiza just drank began to exit his skin pours in a black evil liquid that wrapped all around his body, eventually giving him wings, and enlarging his entire form. The spells he casted earlier would remain, and now his arms were even more pulsing with dark demonic energy. Far more than enough to entirely bolster his strength two times that of the normal. His gunblades felt extremely light as he kicked off from the staircase, breaking a hold in one as he collided with the group. He wasn't 'sane' per say to enough to care about the damage he'd receive, but rather he cared for the damage he'd do. A duel wielded gunblade and not even using the gun parts that often, rather using his overwhelming new strength to tear through the weakest of guard's armor like it was nothing, but coming to a dead stop with the stronger as their shields only dented. More spears went towards him, being reflected and breaking off more and more of his barrier, and after finishing off the weakest single guard that lead the charge. The suppresson squad was behind, and they were a four man strong team that barraged Raiza with spear attacks, eventually breaking his shield and cutting somewhat into his flesh. Enough to almost break his spell at first but instead his onslaught continued, tearing into a second guard, and then being locked into combat with the remaining two. The first two had already been slain. Now it was just two suppression squad members and then the two commanders in the far back waiting their turn to strike when they had an opportunity.

thorn smirked softly she clicked her fingers and her neck slowly her eyes drifted over each person infrount of her. Laughing softly thorn turn to Raiza "what ever your thinking I don't care lets just get out of this in once peace!" she stated lightly moving to the side thorn made herself get into a position she could watch Raiza and defend herself this way she could help him at a moments notice.

thorn looked over the group and moved around to the back everyone seemed to be fixated onto Raiza witch was her opportunity if she tock out some from behind they would meet in the middle and then can leave together. Thorn smirked softly keeping to the shadows she toke a deep breath in and breathed out a thick smog covering half the men she stopped the fog just before it reached her companion. Laughing softly as the coughing started and men started to go into each-other thinking it was one of them they started to slaughter one another thorn smirked as she thought about how friends where killing friends. A cackle flowed through her lips as she moved on to her next target one of the commanders "well this is a nice suprice I got to you first!" she stated softly a wide smile across her face as the man ran at her his sword raised high.

Thorn dipped under the swing of the sword as she passed she reached up her hand and a root shot out piercing through the mans chest and his heart. blood dripped down her arm and she shivered in exsitment thorn turned her hand back to normal and started to squeeze the mans hard the beating slowed as she squeezed the last of the mans life from him with her own hand Thorn glanced at Raiza smiling softly she winked playfully as thorn pulled the mans heart from his chest.

Snarling as he wielded both his gunblades, but yet in his rage almost wanted to let them go. His enormous form having now extended both his wings letting out a powerful yowl as a sword managed to find it's way into his shoulder. An attempted to slice through him only failing as the now transformed youth looked at the aggressor.

"Mistake!"

His voice no longer the same as before, his cold hearted demeaner would leave this place in tatters as the flames began to cause such a suffocating smoke to anyone not able to handle a little fire. His head lunged forward, teeth closing down around the neck of the man that had sliced at him just a moment ago. Simutaniously driving both gunblades into the man's shoulders, pushing him into the other guards near him. The sudden jerk of movement would leave Raiza with remains in his mouth as he no longer 'cared' for his own safety, quickly enduring blow for blow while he began to slice at the guards, using his new found immense strength that was the result of his transformation, along with two spells worth. All of his attacks gained a rippling demonic attribute to it, even now he couldn't add any spells to the mix. With three dead by now, along with what ever Thorn had killed, Raiza had spat out what was in his mouth, his wounds from what seemed like three sword slashes were already healing at a miraculous rate.

Though even now the rate of which he lost so much health was becoming a great tole, his demonic arms spell was beginning to wear off. Though it was not a huge strength loss, in fact it only fueled him more his gaze towards the crowed of guards made him realize he might need to take them out even faster than this. "I'll leave this entire town in ruins if I so feel fit!!"

The only one that might be able to tell Raiza's actual transformation was beginning to wear off would be Thorn, and with that, they needed to hurry. There were only a couple guards left on the inside when Raiza thrusted his body forward again, getting sliced three more times only to battery ram the others into the wall.

While his body was still bleeding, and trying to heal from the assault, he instead looked to Thorn. True his lineage turned him insane, but he didn't lose his intellect. Insanity brings chaos, not stupidity. Reaching his hand out while the guards were disorinated meant they could take their leave. This meant his duplicate sword technique was no longer in play either.

"Take my hand or we'll die Thorn, We'll fly outta here." True he wanted to flee, but that was only because more guards had surrounded the building. The stairs to the roof were right next to them, the door still open.

IF Raiza's hand was grabbed by Thorn, he'd pull her in close and tight to him like a warrior trying to protect some lass. The moment he would do that though, the beat of his wings would carry them up the flight up steps, Raiza almost hitting his own head on the way out and before they knew it, were hovering above the building, the fire becoming widely intense by now.

Thorn finished striking down her opponents killing anyone that came within striking distance and shook her head in disbelief she could not beleave the amount of people that she had just killed this put a cruel sadistic smile on her lips, the fire had gotten so intense the smoke so thick she could hardly breath in the thick smoke that started to surround her. Turning to the door thorn moved her hands twisting roots around the entrance any the coming army had even more difficulty getting through. Thorn started to cough her hand covered her mouth why did this guy have to use fire the one thing she hatted more than anything the one thing that destroyed the plants and the ground forever.

thorn looked at Raiza her eyes adjusting through the smoke he was not in a fit state she was not ever they needed to get out of this place back to the guild back somewhere safe we it was not safe but it was home. "you can leave this town in ruins another time" she stated lightly walking over to him nodding lightly "Die would be one hell of an adventure!" she said lightly taking his hand anyway her coughing was getting worse her breathing shallow.

thorn gasped softly as she was pulled into Raiza's grasp so close to his body being help like this felt uncomfortable for thron she even had a blush on her cheeks. lifted up Raiza rushed them out of the building when they where out in the open thorn could not help but take a deep breath "when we are a good distance away please put me down!" thorn almost hissed she was far from mad she hissed because she was uncomfy with the situation in hand and the fact she had no controle.

Taking only a slight notice in Thorn's facial expression, Raiza pretended to not care, but be it because of the state he was in, or the genuine he was trying to help a friend now. It would only be so long as the building did eventually collapse behind him as the pair flew off from their contract.

The bloodshed that was caused only fueled the deep dark pool within Raiza, slowly planting the seed into his own mind. It was today that finally pushed him into what moral thoughts he would go down and through. The darkness and evil that just was unleashed had given him a rush that was not as subtle as doing some crazily boring mission that most of those goodie goodies

It was rather fun though, seeing the horror on the man's face, and the guards that just didn't realize they were up against someone that could take the abuse of a sword swing, or a piercing blow from a spear. The irony of it all though as Raiza was surprised too. For one that didn't think he'd of made it out alive, he not only got himself, but Thorn too.

Words were no longer needed as he landed at the forest's edge, a place that now Thorn had the advantage point if any were to try and pursue at all. Though the likely-hood of them being able to was slim to none. Letting Thorn go, making sure she landed softly on her feet before fully decended to the ground as the dark scaled skin rapidly chipped away and broke off into black dust that blew off of his body, revealing Raiza, partially still bloody, and rather ragged in clothing.

"Right. I suppose you can lead to the guild now, right?" His voice trying to stay serious as his hand clasped an open wound that was taking awhile to recover. 'Blood...my blood spilled by the likes of those idiotic fools... That place will burn some day'

The darkness slowly encompassing as night was beginning to fall, the bright crimson hue of the flames in the far back that overcasted past the walls, only putting a smile on Raiza's face. They'll know savage skull did this for sure
