Job Info:

Daiki had stood at the Job Board at the Fairy Tail guild hall for quite a while until she had actually noticed a job that seemed to have very little information about what it would entail on what would happen on it. She would cross her arms for a moment before weighing the pros and the cons of it, though for another person the cons would much out weight the pros, but for her, she'd take it, mainly if just for the randomness factor that could happen. Daiki would soon leave the guild hall and head towards where the initial area that was said on the piece of paper.

As she had gotten to the area, she would cross her arms around a hundred yards away from it before she would start stretching a bit so that she would get ready before she and whoever else would be doing this job with. She would smile slightly as she had continue to stretch for a good five minutes so that she was fully prepared, though at some point she was just doing it out of boredom from waiting. After having finished stretching, she would make sure her weapons were fine where they were, in which she would go closer to the area. Though as she had gotten closer, she would suddenly get brought to another dimension.

She would quickly look around, noticing that everything was now dark, and not knowing where she had been transported to, though she hoped someone would also arrive to the area for the job so that she could have some help getting out of... where ever this was. Now, all she would do for the time being would be to search the general area after having crossed her arms. Now the question was, who would also come to the area.

Izayoi had found the notice in one of the public job boards, she smiled as she found the job amusing. Izayoi ripped the paper down and turned to leave only to have some pink haired idiot bump into her. She flinched and resisted drawing her blades. She so wanted to cut the fool down for touching her, She stood in place breathing, she was shaking from the effort. It took her nearly ten minutes, quite a few people were watching her when she drove the human nails into her palms. Izayoi had chosen her human form today, it would cause less of a commotion that way. Izayoi opened her hand and took the job request. She unfolded it, trying her best not to smudge it with blood. "well this will be fun." Izayoi remarked to herself and headed to the meeting zone. Perhaps she might have a ally in this job.

Izayoi reached the zone and found some girl doing stretches, Izayoi came up short. What guild was she, Izayoi thought to herself. Izayoi narrowed her eyes and moved to keep up with her as she started towards the final coordinates. Izayoi's eyes snapped open as the woman just vanished, "Teleportation magic?" Izayoi spun around drawing her blades. She scanned the area for the woman, this was one of the times she wished she had the magical scanning ability wizards had. Sadly she didn't, but in return nor could she be scanned for magic. Izayoi stood down after a minute or so. She didn't sheath her blades, she approached the location, stopping short. She put one blade away and picked up a nearby rock, then threw it at the area where the woman had vanished. The rock hit the ground with a dull thud. "Tch... wonder what that was about." Izayoi moved over to pick up the rock only to find herself standing in a realm of darkness. She looked around the area, redrawing her blade as she did. "Wonderful."

As the blonde stood there in the darkness, with her arms still crossed. Scanning the area with what she could see, she would try to make out objects further than what her sight actually allowed of her, but couldn't, at least for the time being. That was, at least until her eyes adjusted to the dark, but they probably wouldn't do so until the job was almost over, knowing her luck. After a moment, Daiki would uncross her arms, before noticing that there was someone else had arrived there with her. She would notice the person had arrived there had drawn a blade, so that they had a blade in both hands. "I'm gonna guess you're here for the job? If you are, then you're in luck, I'm you're partner in this job." She would say, walking over to the woman. She would stop about five feet away from the woman before speaking once more. "From the looks of it, you're more than ready to fight, or at least that's how you look, considering..." She would say, trailing slightly away from the topic.

Daiki would cross her arms as she waited for the woman to respond to her, wondering slightly where this woman was from, but not curious enough to actually ask. She would scan the area once more, seeing if she could see any further into the darkness without illuminating the area herself. She could see slightly further than she could before, but it was negligible at best for the time being. "Oh, the name's Daiki." She would say, taking a few steps towards the woman, though stopping once she was no more than three feet away from the woman now, and held out her hand for them to shake hands, hopefully. She didn't know if the woman had anything against shaking hands with someone they would be working with or not, but here goes.

Izayoi was ready for anything, or so she thought, she hear a voice call out to her. She turned to face the speaker, she looked the girl up and down. She clicked her tongue, it was the girl from before the one who had vanished. She looked around the area she could see some kind of movement in the distance. She heard the girl take a few steps toward her, her eyes snapped to the girl. She spoke again, but Izayoi didn't care to much. She returned her focus to the area around her, the shadows were moving again. She narrowed her eyes, trying to make out some kind of shape or clear attacker. She hear the woman move much closer again, this time she snapped her head back to woman and took a step away. As she did she subconsciously summoned two flawed legions, both of which held up claws to block the woman. "Please don't touch me." If the woman paid enough attention she would see the fact that Izayoi was shaking... with fear. But it was not fear of what awaited her in the distance but the womans very hand brought Izayoi to this state. The legions would prevent the woman from approaching, Izayoi shrank away from her even still.

They would be rudely interrupted as a giant creature sideswiped on of the flawed legions. That was all she needed to recover, she leaped forward and swung at the creature. Only to screech to a halt as it became a man and turned to her and reached out. *enemy its a enemy... Kill it you have to kill it.* Izayoi lashed out and swung at is hand, severing its hand. "Do something you bimbo." Izayoi didn't mean to be so rude but she was in a bad mood now.

Daiki watched the woman as she had waited for her to respond to her, but it seemed that she wasn't much planning on doing so. She would notice that the woman would take a step away as well as summoning two figures that both had held up claws towards her. The woman would soon tell her not to touch her before she would sight, moving her extended hand back to her side, noticing that she was shaking, most likely out of fear. The only thing she could think of the woman getting scared of was the thought of the enemies that might be in... where ever they were. Soon after the whole incident of Daiki noticing the woman who seemed to be her teammate for this job was shaking, a creature had sideswiped one of the figures the woman had made. It seems that was easily what had made the woman snap out of whatever was going on with her.

Daiki's piercing just to the left and below her left eye had just started to slightly glow as she had watched the woman severing one of the figures hand, before lashing out and calling the feminine figure a 'bimbo'. Daiki would blink for a moment, before eight rifles had landed on the ground, in easily accessible spots. She would grab two of the rifles as the beast had started to morph into a different for, in which she would quickly take advantage, firing six of the rifles she had, with decent precision, as well as quite the amount of grace with each of her movements.

Each time she had let go of a rifle, due to them only holding one shot, a new one would appear in its place, though after having quickly unloaded six rifles at the beast, she would keep an eye on it if it had dodged any of the shots. Either way, if it had been taken out, she would speak to the woman again. "Is there something I can call you? I'd rather not have to make a nickname." She would say, with a bit of a sigh.

Izayoi heard the clear sound of a gun going off. she drove one of her blades into one of its legs. She kicked the creature into gut, she was doing her best to make sure the thing took all the shots. She quickly sheathed her blades and moved to check on the flawed legions. The were both out of the fight for now. "Tch... Useless." Izayoi waved her hand and the two disappeared. "Completely useless." Izayoi turned to the woman, now identified as Daiki. "My name is..." Izayoi stopped, she was from a dark guild, best to not tell her real name. "My name is Toko." Toko was the name of Izayoi's long dead best friend. "What is your magic i heard guns of some sort." Izayoi turned around and looked back out to the shadows growing in the distance. "Be quick we have more enemy's coming."

Izayoi watched as a bunch of little shadows and a much larger one started forming. Izayoi grinned and snapped her fingers, a huge mass of muscle and bone formed next to her. The creatures formed completely and started moving towards them. "Mistress..." the creature spoke. Izayoi shot it a glance, she was surprised she had never heard the legions speak.

"How do you speak?" Izayoi asked then changed the subject. "never mind lets deal with them first." Izayoi drew her blades. "Well then..." she paused trying to bring the womans name to her mind. "Daiki shall we fight?" Izayoi took a few steps forward only to stop as the Hatred legion she summoned when charging past her.

"DIE BEASTS" The Legion yelled as he charged, she said though he cause the voice was clearly male. He slammed into two of the smaller shadow creatures then was stopped as the other ones grouped up and stopped him. The legions pulled free and jumped back as they larger shadow swung at it. "Nice try ugly."

Daiki watched as the woman had drove one of her blades into one of the legs the beast had before kicking it in the gut, in an apparent attempt for the beast to take all the shots she had fired. Once the beast had been taken out, she would watch the mysterious woman wave her hand, causing the two figures she had summoned to disappear, before having stated that her name was Toko. She had no real reason to not believe the woman, but the whole show of summoning the two figures between them did make her slightly skeptical. The woman would soon ask what her magic was, stating that she had heard guns of some sort.

"You'll see my magic here soon enough, so I'll leave that as a surprise. As for the shots, that'd specifically be my weapon. Or, should I say, the catalyst for these weapons." She would say, the piercing under her left eye and off to the left slightly was still glowing slightly. She would make sure she had the maximum amount of rifles around her after Toko had stated that there were more enemies coming. The woman would create yet another figure, though this one spoke. The figures' speech seemed to have surprised the woman, but she would tell it to deal with the shadows that were growing. Drawing both of her swords again, Toko would ask her if they should fight, and took a few steps as the figure had charged past her.

The blonde would quickly grab two of the rifles, and moved so that she would fire them, almost hitting her targets with little effort. There was quite a bit of elegence with the movements she made. After each shot she took, she would let go of the rifle, which would allow another rifle to spawn around her, grabbed, fired, rinse and repeat. The speed she had done all of the movements and shots, would mean she would fire more than enough shots towards the smaller enemies, and any shots she did miss, she would fire towards again. Once all of the smaller enemies were gone, though, her attention would go to the second beast that had arrived, and would slow down her movements for a moment before stopping, a circle of rifles lines up around her. "You asked what my magic was, but you never stated what yours was exactly." She would say, to Toko but keeping an eye on the beast and the figure that was summoned? Created? She didn't much care to think which it was.

The Child Of Time

In the span of darkness, he could see her from the length they stood - hassling the beasts with such void of flaw that a single bead of sweat composed onto his forehead. The saffron caressed locks steering hesitantly with her movements, severe gun shots splintering through the expanse like the lurching bellow of thunder. No worry. No hostility. A singular gloved hand swept toward his chin, musing thoughts of the woman who expressed that isolated without aid, she were to be subtle. Every physical and non-sentient strike precised in the ideal direction, movements vigilant as if every second was all layed out through her mind. The throng of savages reduced in numbers, to the point he comprehended that it were all over.

But, albeit, the fun had not surceased. A towering figure of immense complexity hesitantly ascending upward, disregarded by the young woman whome allegedly knocked it off to the side prior to his late and undiscovered arrival. It's stature was slender, taking the tone of a raven's feathers in the addition of faintly crimson tribal marks - a mask of similarity rooted to its face, dull of any evident color but appealing in pattern. The grand acuted hand arised, plain in the will to clash and severe against the flesh of the human, a flaw in its scheme overwhelmed by the star-kissed youth.

Delicate fingers writhed around the handle of the sword, posture immersed in bounding forth as his very figure flared out into the distance, as sudden as the batter of an eye. An array of light swaying out from the silver weapon - shrilling through the mound of muscle until it confronted nothing by the end - beast of a body tumbling onto the firm ground. The back of his palm kneaded to the pale forehead, shadowed blood fleeting from his sword as if it were something like steam. "That was close.." the voice was audible, and the way he situated before the young woman so rashly, was either sustaining or vexing. "Oh." realization, the golden optics turnt to the girl, crown of alluring stardust swaying with his movements - the monsters deceased. "Are you alright, miss?" the lush lips stretched into a tender and questionable smile.

As she had finished her movements and had waited for the woman who had been there's reaction to her answer, she would soon turn her attention to a beat that would be cut down near them. Daiki would turn to face the direction that the sound had come from and was able to see that another person was with them, though when she turned back to Toko, to no longer see her there. She would sigh again, almost as if she had witnessed that a few times before. Oh well, guess what would happen, would happen. She would soon hear a voice that came from the person, the blonde would turn her head back to face the person once more as he had started to speak, asking if she was alright. "Yes, I'm fine." She would say, a slight smile showing on her face, though it would leave her face as she remembered that there were enemies that were seemingly made from shadows themselves.

"I'm guessing you took the job that's been around?" She would ask the person, though she was continuously scanning the area. Either he could could have taken the job, or he could have simply wandered upon the area, though she figured the former option seemed quite a bit more likely. Either way, she would continue on speaking. "What's your name?" She would ask, a bit curious as to who her new partner was. The rifles that had been summoned around her after she finished firing off shots at enemies continued to stay around her, limiting her movement to within the circle that she was within, otherwise she would have walked over to him. "I'm Daiki." She would say, though only after he had responded to her. She would sigh quietly to herself as the sounds of nearby bushes rustling could be heard, though who knew what would happen here...

The Child Of Time

The golden optics regarded the young woman with scarce interest, content with the fact that she had somehow managed to evade the clawed hand of the beast by no more than the blade of his sword. Her smile of regards was so fleeting, that it was like a quickly evading star, leaving but a brief array of glistening dust in its route before disintegrating into the embrace of darkness, leaving expressional blunder. Silver lashes fluttered, his posture straightening as he watched her steer left and right, stiffened over by immense discretion for the darkness that was yet to come. Or, perhaps never would. Compared to her, he felt secure even through the negativity that vomitted from the shadows, yearning to devour his mind in the ambition of utter play. Something that was barely caressed through his thoughts as the silver of the weapon fell back into place; in the case by his vieled waist.

"Job?" a pause, his breath hitched along the tunnel of his throat, befuddlement painted against his current expression as he hesitantly tilted away. Hmm, seems I've gotten myself into an awfully swell situation.. Wonder how much this job is paying.. musing through his thoughts, the crown of ivory steered in the direction of the youth again, harmless smile teasing at his lips. "Yes! Sorry I was running a bit late.. I'm Hikaru, you?" the set of hands firmly seated their way to his lips - presence striking through the realm like a black smear on a white piece of paper, a tone or pattern twined to Yin and Yang. His very wear almost made him appear as a prince from another country, or somebody of nobility, daunting in the fact that the faction he now pursued would be evidently irked by his bold choice of wear. Each and somehow, everytime, shunning punishment by the peak of innocent lies. It was but, startling, that he managed to avoid it so effortlessly.

Her name confronted his ears, eyes slightly extending to her somewhat foreign name. Its choice of wording was not of this country, which, peaked his interest as he additionally steered into the direction she was looking. "..Pleasure to meet your acquaintance, miss Daiki.. Hopefully we can get through this unharmed." there was evident restlessness that resonated from his cheerful voice, immediately perceiving the diverse noises that parrelled off in the distance, casually creeping near. Every footfall rippling through the air, choking and almost suffocating with corruption that it barely kept him at ease. He could practically feel the current of power, casting goosebumps along his exposed flesh as it wavered out into the distance of darkness. But one singular thought the one to enclose his uncertainity into the divinely image of plain white rice.

Daiki would continue to scan the area as the rustling became more of a constant thing, but wouldn't ignore the man as he had spoken, having introduced himself as Hikaru. She would continue to hear that he had stated that it was a pleasure to meet her acquaintance, and that he had called her 'miss'. She didn't really know how to feel with that added before her name was said. The man also hoped that they would get through this unharmed. "I do too..." She would say, as she glanced back at Hikaru. She did hope that the two of them would end up unscathed by the end of this job, she didn't entirely know what was going to happen. She would do her best, no matter what she would face.

After a few moments, the bushes would stop rustling and two beasts would appear yet again, similar to the last one. One of them would immediately charge at her while the other one stood back. She would start grabbing the rifles, and firing them with the aim to keep the beast at bay, since she didn't know what the other one would do. Surprisingly, for the blonde anyway, the other beast would charge towards her using the other one as cover in order to get closer. It was surprisingly effecting, meaning the second one had gotten much closer. Enough so that Daiki had to hit it away with the stock end of one of the rifles. The beast she originally had keeping its distance charged towards Hikaru before Daiki's attention could be fully moved to it. "Hikaru, one's coming for you!" She would say, as she started firing at the beast that had used the one charging at Hikaru as a distraction.

As Daiki fired at the beast, with intentions to hit it, it had started to dodge most of the shots she had fired. Even with her movements being graceful and no energy being wasted with her making the movements, she would start to pant slightly as she continued to fire at the beast. After more than three sets of the beast after she had hit it away with the stock of a rifle, she had only hit it five times, and a few of those hits were grazes. Granted it looked as if it was on its last leg, but she would slow down her movements as to try and use less energy than she was. Luckily for her, the beast had slipped up and took too long dodging a shot, which had taken it out. She would look over towards Hikaru, panting slightly still.

In the depths of darkness, two subtle gleaming figures stood out like the moon in the night sky; desolated without all the muster of puny shimmering stars to advise a terrace in their towering journey of fortitude. Or was it a trail? To him, life had always been gorged of many tests, shoving and dislodging him into various situations that either came with anguish or confounded bliss. Knowingly yearning for the response of vexation to delude through the veins of emotion, pulsating with every enraged growl and mournful cry. Like scientists lingering on the positivity of a misplaced rat, lips curling in amuse. Life was both good, yet so wickedly ruthless when it desired what it most wanted. And to this, he only simulated, that for his vast amount of sin's. The encasement of life was his ruin.

Suddenly, the joints in his stature tensed as the loud rumbling calls of gunfire hurled him back into reality, perceiving the beast of similarity, quickly advancing toward him. Daiki's voice splintered through all the boisterous clatter, cautioning remark teasing at his lips as the gloved hands spanned toward the handle of the sword again. "Here I come!" in a flash, he reappeared behind the beast, more rapid through the currents of light that it was almost as if time had hindered. The silver weapon cleaved precisely against the body of the monster, a wrenching sound, similiar to the tear of paper, vomitted from the scene as its once hefty figure, erupted into shadows - and then, nothing. A single bead of sweat composed against his forehead, lodging the sword back into it's home as he steered over to see a very exhausted young woman.

Golden optics studied her briefly, slightly concerned as a ginger laugh regulated to stiffle past his lips, fingers tracing them in urge to cease. "Good job." a pause, the hand descended back by side, genuine beam exposed, "Your magic seems awfully tiring though, will you be alright?" he had been vigilant of the power that belched from her very being, unfamiliar with what it even was after confronted by so many in his lifetime. Needless to say, he was a curious youth, but would not provoke the young woman to get what he wanted. His comprehendation would come on its own.

Daiki watched as the man had pretty much brought down the beast in a single hit, or atleast quite a bit faster than she had done so. The man would speak twice, and the second time was a question of if she would be alright. She would nod before speaking. "I'll be fine, but this isn't my magic. You'll know it when you see it." She would say before the slight glowing of the piercing near her eye had stopped and the rifles that had surrounded her had disappeared in a small flash of light. She would continue to pant as she walked closer to Hikaru. "So, what's your magic, since you'll see mine the next time any more of those things appear." She said, slightly curious as she didn't catch that he had disappeared for a moment and reappeared behind the beast.

As her panting lessened, she would stretch slightly again, as she tried to think of things to talk to the person about. "So, are you part of a guild?" She would say after a few moments, finishing her stretching as she spoke. Her red eyes examined the man the best they could, due to the lack of light and the fact that she would rather not simply show her magic here. She would really rather show it in combat so that she would have a use of actually using it offensively rather than just having it used as a light show. She didn't know if they would regenerate or not, after poofing into dust after being defeated, but she didn't keep her mind on that thought for too long before she went back to waiting for Hikaru's answer about what magic he used and if he was part of a guild or some other faction, or even no faction at all.
