    Hmph. This is a thread I made to express my concern for something, and it happens to be Job Approval. My thing is, when I sign up for a job, I do it right away. I don't like the idea that we need to be approved BEFORE we do it... Yes, I think posting the little thing with our rank and such should be kept, but I think the process should be as follows.

    [1] Signing up:
    [2] Doing the mission:
    [3] Posting Completed Mission:

    It states pretty clearly on the mission sheet that it requires you to have a certain number of magicians ( At least 1 C-Rank, 1-4 magicians, etc. ) So I think the whole approval before hand process isn't really useful.

    Any thoughts?

    The approval process is there also to keep track of how many jobs a person is on at a time. It makes sense. Better then someone putting in effort for something and then having it rejected.

    There is also the example of my "The Phoenix" job. I had enough time to start and finish it before a mod looked at it. But when they did I was told I couldn't do it because I was abusing a qualification loophole.

    If we got rid of the pre-job approval this instance could have create a problem and I bet it's not the only one.
