    I would like to Stake Out Janna's and Sinali's Shine Like The Moon job.

    Reasoning is due to the fact that they are in ES territorry and Kathrine is using alot of wide scale magic. kiba knowing her magic would rush to see whats up as his team mate might be in trouble

    Based on the rules I am denying this.

    The ranks have to be equal on the job.
    Janna and Sinali are B rank
    Katherine is A rank.
    B + B = A so the ranks are equal.

    If Kiba was to join it would be unbalanced in favour of the stakeoutters.

    So...denied
