Special Characteristics: Due to a failed spell as a child, she has lost control of her arms when she is not wearing enchanted gloves given to her by a wizard from Fairy Tail. From the same incident she also sometimes has internal bleeding or vomits blood.

Personality: Chloe is extremely shy at heart and doesn't like new people that much. Despite this, she likes talking with her friends, although she may not be doing much of the talking. She is very intelligent, but tends to hide this from those around her. She doesn't like it when people judge her for beauty but is too quiet to do anything about it. She loves water more than anything else as she was raised completely in it. This gave her the ability to breath underwater and made her into an amazing swimmer. She chooses to wear a swim suit at all times thanks to her love for it. She thinks herself to be completely inferior due to her injuries which robbed her of control over her arms. Even though she has her gloves which heal this, she still believes herself to be without those limbs. She also expects no sympathy or aid when she vomits blood, believing she made that mistake herself and others cant change what she did. She hates the thought of being high in the air and will become completely terrified from this. This is the same with large groups or being near fruit. She will promptly scream, try to hide or run away. These fears play a big part in her inferiority complex. She doesn't anger very easily at all when it is one of her friends. If the person is a dark mage or a generally evil person, she can get angry if their motives are bad enough. She hates anything evil but is most of the time to scared to react. Despite her fears she is ready to fight to the bitter end for what she believes in. While is isn't that great at making these beliefs herself, things like friends and guild mates are good enough of a reason for her to fight. She loves any and all animals she sees and meets, especially her trusty companion Gwen. While Gwen may seem to be the more in charge of the two. Chloe still loves her very much and knows deep down she cares for her. While Gwen loves Chloe, sometimes she gets off as mean, even though she only cares to help her fears. Chloe hates bugs though despite all this. She will instantly run or freak out at the sight of a bug. All of her life, Chloe was bullied all the time and this affected her personality. She always believes herself to be inferior and a terrible wizard. She thinks she is terrible at everything and that something is seriously wrong with her since birth. This leads her to develop all her shyness and fears, to which Gwen is extremely saddened. Chloe only breaks out of this cycle when friends help her, otherwise she believes herself to be terrible. Despite this she tries her best to live up to mentor and Gwen's expectations. Overall Chloe is an extremely shy girl who always believes herself to be worse than most, with fears of heights, fruits, groups and bugs. Despite this she loves water, swimming, animals and her friends.
Likes:
Swimming- She loves the feel of swimming and does it often, so she wears a swim suit under her clothes at all times.
Animals- She loves any form of animal, especially her exceed companion Gwen. This does not include bugs
Her Friends- She will do anything for someone she sees as a friend and loves spending time with them. She is a bit quiet so she doesn't have many of them.
Dislikes:
Bullies- She hates anyone who reticules her for her young appearance or shyness.
Large Groups- She gets completely terrified when she is found in large groups and actively tries to hide from them, unless a friend can reassure her.
Fruit- She completely despises the look and taste of all fruits and will destroy any fruit which gets close to her. Especially bananas. Bananas cause her to pass out.
Motivations:
Discover the world- One of her main goals is to travel the world and see everything it possibly has for her to see.
Stop being shy- She dreams of one day where she can stop being so scared of others and be herself and not be scared.
Become an S class wizard- She dreams of one day making her mentor proud by reaching the top of the top, being an S-Class wizard.
Fears:
Fruit- She is terrified of fruit and she believes bananas to be Satan.
Large Groups- Her biggest fear is off large groups and will normally hide, scream or run away if she is in one, unless a friend is with her.
Heights- She is terrified of heights leaving her terrified whenever she is higher than 8 feet in the air.

Hair: Chloe's hair is light blue and is styled completely down. Her hair reaches down to her upper back along with bangs reaching down to her lower forehead.

Appearance:

Chloe is no longer as small as she used to be. Now she is around a more common height for her age and with a more matured body. She is still quite slim and looks 'cute' but nothing too moe anymore. She now wears a red outfit with a white skirt. She has matching stockings and slightly elevated heels to give her that extra bit of height to be around 5'3 1/2 to 5'4. She has gold shoulder pads made of light leather when she is in battle and wears a matching cape when she is casual and in combat.
