    Chloe and Towa made a deal that if she 'poofed' then the lacrima that Towa gave to her would be returned. She has not posted in a month which I consider quite an accurate description of 'poofing'. As such I have authorised the return of the lacrima.

    This will of course make Chloe's app null and void. However, as she has not been around for a month this should be a non-issue.
