    Description: 
    Shine Skates Appearance:
    Strengths: 
    -Passively buffs speed
    -Speed boost stacks multiplicatively with other speed boosts
    -They're a pair of shoes, so they're very unassuming
    Weaknesses:
    -The shoes have less traction than normal, so one has to be careful with sharp turns
    -The shoes glimmer slightly in the dark, making them able to give away one's position at night and in other dark places
    -The shoes don't work if the user can't get a good foothold on the ground
    -Uses up stamina faster proportionate to the speed increase.
    Abilities:
    -Passively boosts speed by 45%

    - If used for repeated posts, the movespeed bonus gets halved for each extra post. It goes back to normal after a post of not-running This doesn't make sense. If its passive then it doesn't need to be 'activated' and would be permanently on whilst you are wearing the shoes.
    Abilities:
    -Passively boosts speed by 45%

    Updated :) I don't think the multiplicative speed stacking would be too bad, since even with my two other speed boosts, it only adds like 30% speed on top of the boosts. Plus, one of those is activated, so it would be an even lower boost normally.
