Guarding a Wedding- Mission- Solo- Private

The first of the mages to come at Zhu was a mage who's hands were bathed in flame. Zhu had a brand new hatred of all kinds of fire mages, and this man was certainly on his list. Still Zhu didn't have to worry any. He swipped his hand in front of him and the mage tried to slow down but was caught off guard when he felt three seperate slashes come from the three levitating blades. The blades appeared on his torso and he looked down in shock. He only had time to look up and see the blades coming straight down in a vertical arc at him once more. This caused a great slash to appear all the way down the length of the mage's face and torso.

With him dead the other mages looked to their leader very nervously, but their leader just looked even more determined. He glanced at the rest of them and frowned deeply "Well?" he said with a rather angry tone to his voice. A pair of ice magi stepped forward both of them holding weapons made of Ice. The first of them lunged forward towards Zhu, but Zhu was the better weapon user and he dodged the clumsy lunge manuvering his hand to stab the mage in the back as he passed. He manuvered the blades back to where he wanted them with a great smile on his face as he began to attack the other Ice mage.

Zhu just laughed softly as he watched the twin ice magi stumble and bumble. They were both truly sad slobs, but he was finally enjoying himself due to the fact that his end goal was now in sight. He was caught off guard by a warm feeling coming towards him. He didn't need any time to react he simply dove towards the ground as far as he possibly could to get away from whatever was coming. It turned out to be the right idea as no sooner had Zhu jumped away than a great fireball sailed past where he just was. Thankfully this great ball of fire slammed into one of the ice mages and burned him alive. This allowed the warrior to take advantage and he lunged for the fire mage stabbing him in three different places on his torso.

As the blades pulled out Zhu slashed them across the fire mage's throat spilling the rest of his blood and spelling his end. He only just turned around to send the blades into the torso of the oncoming ice mage. The way the ice mage was running it caused him to impale himself deeply on the triplet blades. It took a bit more effort for Zhu to dislodge his flying blades, but soon enough it was free of the now dead man and Zhu turned to face their leader. As he stood there he swipped his blades clean and smirked "Well that was easy. You really should pick better capable lackies. They aren't worth whatever time, money, or faith you put into them." His target began to turn red with rage as he spoke through gritted teeth "Well it just means that now I am going to kill you."

Zhu smirked as he heard the wave mage's threat nodding his head lightly "that's how it should be. very well then. Come and face me we shall see if there is anything more to your boasts other than hot air!" with that he lunged for the opponent using all his speed to try and close the gap. His opponent however wasn't very worried about it "Don't underestimate me you pissant!" he shouted as two of his comrade's bodies went flying towards Zhu. Zhu smirked and simply cut through them with his three swords. His smirk stayed until he noticed his opponent had fired some kind of other projectile at him.

This caused the warrior to slide dive under the blast and he felt it cut the very top of his hair showing just how close the blow had come to landing. Still Zhu made it under much to the suprise of his opponent as the Wave mage didn't have enough of a reaction time to avoid the three blades as they danced diagonally up his body from his left ankle to his right shoulder. Still he was in the process of stepping back so the blow wasn't as deadly as it could've been. Zhu didn't wait however he continued his assault moving his blades around to try and strike in the reverse direction. His blades suddenly colided however at the third one with a forcefield of some kind. Zhu's first two blades found their target, but only the first one actually cut anything at all. Then it hit him. A massive surge in pressure hit his body and he along with his swords were sent flying away from his enemy.

Still Zhu dug his feet in and slid down along the ground growling from the strike as he looked at his enemy who was now charging him his hand glowing in the same blue tone as before. This time however he thrust it forward and the energy shot off of his fist. The warrior was surprised, but he moved his blades and sliced through the attack with all three of them causing the shot to split into two and travel away from him. This feat caused the ex to become shocked and confused he stood there dazed a moment until Zhu sent his blades flying to stab into the man's legs and stomach. He cried out as he felt them, but Zhu simply closed his fist and they dragged themselves towards his pant line slicing him up even more. Finally the man pushed the blades away panting as he was bleeding from multiple points. Zhu recalled his swords and began his charge again his blades being ready for another attack.

As he neared the mage the latter put up a wall of the blue magic he was using. Zhu tsked as he charged full force anyway. He slammed into the field growling from the pain in his whole body, but with a flick of his wrist the blades moved around the wall and slashed his opponent who answered by sending the blades flying back with his magic. As they flew they broke free of the magic keeping them close to Zhu. The warrior grunted as he rushed to retrieve them keeping his good eye on the enemy. The ex was pissed now as his left arm had been seriously wounded "Argh!! Why must you get in my way you rotten bastard!!" he roared as he sent the bodies of more comrades flying towards Zhu. Who avoided the heavy and slow moving projectiles "Because you're worth fighting! I'm having so much fun!!" He dove and rolled to his three swords which were now lying down on the ground. He quickly picked up all three of them smirking at his foe.

He put one of the blades in his mouth holding onto it with his powerful teeth. The other two he held normally. With his blades in hand he rushed forward charging the ex for one last attack. The Ex was actually starting to be scared, as no matter how injured Zhu got he was still on his feet and still just as crazed and blood thirsty as before. The Ex launched a wave of the blue energy at Zhu, but the warrior simply slid dived under it and kept running for him. As Zhu neared the Ex tried to throw up a barrier once more, but Zhu jumped and dove straight into the field his blades before him. All three striking the barrier. Due to his velocity, and the power of the three swords combined they broke through the barrier, but as they did they began to crack and chip showing signs that they were about to break. Still they dove past and all three landed in the ex's chest sending him and zhu to the ground, only now breaking under the weight of it all. As the blades dissapeared Zhu slowly stood up and looked down at his slain opponent with a smirk "Thanks for the fight..." he managed as he began to limp away the adrenaline that was keeping him from feeling pain slowly subsiding and now the considerable damage he suffered was coming to him at last. As he left the area however the bells that signaled the end of the ceremony began to chime. Zhu limped up to the man who had hired him and took his reward. With the money now in hand he slowly and slugishly made his way back to the Lamia Scale Guild hall for some much needed R&R.
