Even Kaito isn’t quite sure when he first gained the ability to call on spirits to help him. He’s always been able to do it, as far as he can tell. Sometimes through the use of celestial keys, sometimes just through his own power, Spirits will come to his aid. When he was younger, this power was unconscious, merely attracting spirits to him. It was only when he grew older, and needed to defend himself for the first time, that he realized he could summon them as well.
When he calls, the spirits answer. They come to his aid when he needs it most, and use his magical power to sustain themselves and fight for him. This mutually beneficial relationship he’s had with the spirits always has been and always will be.

Blessed by the celestial spirits he’s befriended so easily, Kaito receives a user ranked passive buff (Max S) to Strength and Spell Power.
