Follow it and you should be fine. Of course if you need more help do PM me or one of the staff of the site(usually have black or white usernames). You could also join the cbox if people are in there or join the discord and ask questions there, people are usually happy enough to help others out.
EDIT: the link below this will lead you to the character template. make a new thread in this section and fill out the template there. Then go to the appropriate approval thread following its instructions.
