    GRACEFULLY DANGEROUS

This was going to be somewhat fun, she wasn’t sure if she was so ready to be a guest in such a wedding which wasn’t performed in the name of religion or anything of the sort. But as an ex-shrine maiden, she was sure to be able to relax and enjoy herself more now that she didn’t have such duties to behold anymore. On the bright side, this wasn’t because she was a friend or anything of the such of the couple, but she was in fact here because of a job that she decided to take on. According to the job she took on, someone got themselves into trouble with a stupid ex-lover. Personally, Misayo has never loved anyone apart from her family, but her trust broken with her father made her sympathise with her.

To this wedding, Misayo had to wear a formal outfit as it was important to do so. Unfortunately she had to quickly get one handmade for her with the little money she had because the only thing that survived in the shrine was herself, her father and the katana that was now bound to her until her death. She hoped this was going to be the very thing that was going to help her put the issues with the ex boyfriend and the whole shenanigans to rest.

It seemed that nobody that was causing disruption was around but Misayo couldn’t help but feel slightly uncomfortable, anxiety was itching in her bones and she didn’t know how to truly feel… This was going to be a major thing involving fighting that she wasn’t sure how her magic was going to handle it… it was just a katana after all. What would a girl with a flaming katana do?? Even she didn’t know her limits yet and she just wanted to know just how far she could go as a mage… well… there was always a start in everything.

“Ah, you must be… the mage… right?” A female spoke out of the blue and it shattered Misayo’s train of thought, the female had to turn and gazed over at the female, she seemed all done up and pretty. This must be soon to be mrs. Goldstar.

“Ah, yes. I am indeed. I do hope that I will help solve this issue somehow.” She noted as she bit her lower lip. Some time has passed since the job began and nothing really was happening. “I must congratulate you, by the way. I would do so later, but I do not know when the target arrives.”

“You should lighten up…” The soon-to-be wife spoke in a concerned tone.

“Do not worry about me.” Misayo reassured. “Just get ready for the wedding. Soon will be the ceremony and then the party.”

The finely dressed prince made his was to the wedding he was supposed to guard at a quick pace. He had taken a bit too long to get himself ready for such an occasion, even going so far as to wear his royal attire that would normally be worn when going to a wedding of importance. Did he need to wear it? Not really. It just felt good to wear something so important once in a while, especially when you were of no real importance in the current country you were in. In his home country, if he could take it back from those that had wrongfully murdered his family while he was away, he was a prince to be king. Here was considered a low class mage, having never really focused on that part besides for sword play, and had to work from nearly the bottom just to get anywhere. They considered him a C-class for whatever it was worth. Though it really only affected the jobs he could take, which were his only way to make more money currently, he would go along with it until he could get enough backing from people he met here to push for the capitol of Caelum and bring the country back under a friendlier power.

The greetings he got when he finally arrived at the point of interest, the area in Rose Garden that the wedding and the party following it would take place, were a mixed bag. No one recognized him from where he was originally, a blessing and a curse, though a few seemed to mistake him for someone of import with the families involved in the wedding. It was awkward to say he was not related, and that he was just here to make sure nothing went wrong, until the woman to be wed showed up and spoke to him.

”My now those are some expensive clothes! Bet they cost you a pretty penny! Which part of the family are you on my soon-to-be husband's side?”

”Uh...these are just some I inherited, and I'm not part of the family. I'm actually one of the guards you hired and I felt the need to wear something formal for my attire. My name is Brad Clad”

”Oh! You're wearing some really nice clothing, so I thought you might have been someone in the family. Not too many as wealthy as us so seeing someone else in something as costly as that just made me assume. Sorry, and please enjoy yourself!” The woman would give a quick hug, one made for apology, before quickly moving off among the crowd. This left Brad with naught to do but watch for problems and roam a bit.

    GRACEFULLY DANGEROUS

The female felt sorry for the bride when she spoke them words, but in reality the bride shouldn’t really be concerned with a stranger in the first place. Misayo wondered what it would be like to be a bride herself, but then immediately felt afterwards that she was being a tad too selfish and knew she had other matters to attend to in a proper and polite manner. She had to focus on keeping everything under her watchful eyes…

It seemed that the bride was speaking to someone else now, it was good she was keeping herself busy, but she really should get herself ready for the wedding. No matter, she can take the time now to just inspect what a wedding looked like before the ceremony itself. She wondered if her brother had been to weddings before, he was banished from the Oshiro family so he probably has in one way or another.

Ah, it seemed that the bride has finally walked away from a dude who looked… very rich and fancy it seemed. She was glad that she managed to get a fancy outfit from the tailor herself, she would have been struggling to know what to wear considering she had absolutely nothing.

The lass decided she had enough hanging around and decided to have a little walk, maybe she can then scout out some others too, maybe even some of the cronies. It would keep her busy and it would help her to not feel so much anxiety towards the job.

That was when she bumped into him, of course, it was by accident. It was awkward at the same time however, this was because she bumped into the same man that the bride was speaking to after she spoke to her… well… that was an interesting way to greet someone in her opinion??

“Hello!” She spoke in a lighthearted tone as she tilted her head gently to the side, she tried to keep her cool even though she felt a bit uncomfortable right now. “I do apologise, I was… you could say I was… daydreaming.” She admitted as let out a big sigh. “I should get back…”

Suddenly, some voices of anger can be heard nearby and Misayo seemed to be alerted by it, she had to dispatch them quickly! They could be the objective!

“Sorry! Gotta go!” She shouted as she ran towards that direction.

“This early… it was bound to happen…” She retorted, maybe they were trying to crash it early, well she was going to crash them instead!

Brad Clad was going to begin doing his rounds as soon as the bride to be walked away from him. That was changed, however, as someone bumped into him shortly after. The woman that had done it was a little shorter than him, so he automatically looked down to look her in the eyes when she began to apologize to him. He was going to tell her it was no big deal, and that he was just here to guard the place, but that would not happen at the time. The voices of angry people could be heard from a distance before the one that had bumped into him ran off towards it. Was she also working the same job? He was not sure if the disturbance was the ex-boyfriend, but he would run in that direction as well. He was careful, however, to make sure not to bump into anything to keep from marring the expensive clothing more than was needed while moving about  before any kind of fighting happened. People seemed to quickly move out of the way of the well-dressed man, unsure on whether he was important to the wedding or not, and he would quickly find the cause of the ruckus going on right now.

There were three of them, two men and a woman, though all of them seemed to just be the typical person that populated the place. They were picking on people, harassing others, and it seemed like they were trying to pick fights with anyone that tried to stand up to them at first. Brad was not going to have any of this right now. Not because it was his job, but because of how dishonorable it was to do at someone else's wedding. They had not been invited, nor were they wanted, and they were causing issues for the guest. He would do the same thing right now whether it was his job or not. The Prince of Caelum would summon the basic sword from his requip holder space and hold it out towards them before it suddenly burst with an aura of light around it. "As a guard hired to keep this wedding safe and secure, I order you to leave or face the justice you deserve." The weapon seemed to be no cause for concern to these three, the entire group laughing before beginning to move in his direction. "Your choice on whether to leave or fight. Leave and you won't wake up in a hospital tomorrow." Brad was quite serious with what he was saying. He had no issue with physically fighting all but the strongest of fighters, and these before him were basic people without any type of magic or training as far as he was concerned. It would require a few more of them at the same time for him to be worried about the outcome. And so it would begin, the fights that they were to stop so that the wedding could go on!

    GRACEFULLY DANGEROUS

Misayo running on a dose of anxiety and excitement, this is finally the time where she can finally be an actual mage, she didn’t know how everyone would react to her magic since her magic was a really weird one was far as she knew… it was fire, but the fire was almost always attached to the katana itself. This was all thanks to observations that she usually takes into account from when she usually shows off such a thing in the first place.

While Misayo ran to the source of the commotion, she spotted that the male was running with her… something told her that they were working towards the same goals, or something similar anyway... finally, they arrived and it seemed that what Misayo thought… was true. There were three people being innapropriate for the wedding and Misayo knew she had to stop what was going on. Misayo was just about to get out her weapon however to kiss it when she noticed that Brad managed to take out a sword… out of nowhere?! What kind of magic was that?? That seemed pretty cool! She never seen that type of magic before. She would probably have to ask later since the male spoke out seriously about the three going into the hospital.

They simply shrugged their shoulders, they disregarded what the man was saying, the three must have been really brave or really stupid because they weren’t just dealing with him whatsoever… they were dealing with another mage, two is better than one and the fact that her magic focused on giving out burns, then it’s not really a good idea. Nonetheless, they charged at him. She decided to give him some assistance.

“Oh no you don’t!” The maiden cried out, finally showing off the hilt of her katana to the little crew and quickly placed her lips on the hilt. Fire suddenly popped out from the hilt of the katana, revealing it to be a katana blade that was completely made of fire, nothing more, nothing less.

She noticed that the guests were starting to panic at that very fact, but there was nothing else that Misayo could really do about it. This was her magic and she embraced it fully. “Keep going and I will make mincemeat out of you three!” She declared as she shook her head, nonetheless one of them then began to charge at her. She was going to have none of it, that was when she held the katana in front of her and just blew on the katana to extend the flames that was connected to the katana, the fire landed on one of the three and they started to scream in pain. Seems like they couldn’t really handle the fire after all…

Afterwards, Misayo then sliced her target quite a few times before the target then fell onto the floor… Maybe she had gone too far.

“Oops…” She chuckled, scratching the back of her head afterwards.

It seemed that this group was going to be idiotic. Why could some people not understand they were in a losing situation? Hope and Bravery were fine and dandy but when you are up against something with no hope of winning, and an easy way out, you did not just go and charge forward into battle. A small sight would leave Brad's lips even as he heard the voice of the girl that bumped into him cry out at them. Before he could stop her from doing anything there was suddenly a blade made of fire as well as flames spewing out and hitting one of the men. The screams would scare a few, as the blade had already done even before that, even as the woman struck him with the blade a few times before saying oops at the slight overkill she had done there. It was too late to worry about that now. The man would live, that was clear, and would have burns and scars to show his stupidity from this day to remind him of what not to do in the future.

The other man and woman had seen what had happened, but it did not slow them in the slightest. Both would charge at the light enchanted sword-bearing man that was Brad at the same time, though they would regret that soon after doing so. Brad was an expert swordsman, and these two had no weapons but their bare hands with them. The man would learn about the disadvantages of being weaponless against an armed opponent quite quickly when a the flat of the blade struck across the side of his skull with a loud 'CRACK' before he dropped to the ground unconscious. The woman was still coming at him, however, and the Prince had no interest in harming any of her features while still taking her out. Instead he could throw the sword into the air and cause her to flinch slightly, thinking he was swinging instead and moving to dodge, only to find his hand grabbing her and bringing her to the ground so that he could put a foot down against her back to pin her there. She would struggle for a bit, a scared leaving her lips after a while. "All right. I'm going to let you go this time. Do NOT come back or next time we won't let you off the hook, and I can't promise you won't take any permanent harm either." With those words spoken he would lift his foot off of her. She would jump to her feet and bolt off, likely setting a world record of some kind if anyone was recording it right now. Brad would begin tying up the man he had knocked out so that the local authorities could pick him up for the public disruption

Turning to the girl that was apparently her job partner, Brad would introduce himself. "It seems we are working together for this wedding. My name is Brad Clad, a new mage of Infinity Hydra. It is a pleasure to meet you."

    GRACEFULLY DANGEROUS

Misayo had to stop and look to Brad after she admitted her mistake. She didn’t think that she would be able to help in one way or another, but she did and boy was she glad that she managed to deal with one of them in time, even if it made everyone feel awkward seeing a katana wielding female that probably had nothing better to do then fight with fire. That was not the case, Misayo was just bound to the sword and is currently getting to know her magic, she cannot fight fully with fire, but she can most certainly deck people whenever it’s necessary to. She guessed it was a downside to having a very dangerous type of magic in a sense.

Seeing the man and the woman then charge at Brad worried Misayo, she had to quickly drift out the way ever so gracefully only to see the fancy dressed male beat the living daylights out of them within reason. Misayo had to admit, he was a decent swordsman, he must’ve had lots of sword training which kind of made the katana user a tad envious, she would like to get to know how to use her katana more efficiently since the katana cannot cut, only lend out severe burns.

It seemed that the problem was quickly dispatched, that was pretty cool. She managed to pull it off with someone else by her side too which was even cooler, she didn’t think there was someone else here who was going through the same task as her. She was glad at that, it would make things certainly easier for her and her awkwardness, they can be awkward together!

The man soon introduced himself as Brad Clad, a member of Infinity Hydra… that was a pure coincidence in the eyes of the fire maiden. She was a little bit shocked, but she didn’t dare show just how shocked she was, instead she kept her cool and bowed down a little like all shrine maidens did when they were working in their shrines. “Yes! It does indeed!” The female exclaimed as she bowed back up and gazed at him for a good few seconds. “My name is Misayo, Misayo Oshiro. I find it pure coincidence that we are here doing the same task because I am also one of the newer members of Infinity Hydra. I hope we can synergise well.” She spoke with some formality to her tone of voice before she chuckled some more. She looked to all the guests, some were still slightly shaken up, but she was glad they were all safe and sound.

“Anyways, now that introductions are over…” She mumbled as she kissed the hilt of her katana once more to allow the flames to die down. “We should wait for more disturbances so we can surprise them, sound good??” She questioned the male as she bit her lower lip, she was so ready to kick some butt if more appeared.

Ah, so the woman before him was also a member of the Infinity Hydra guild? That was quite the chance encounter, was it not? The name Misayo Oshiro did not seem to fit from the areas he had been to so far, so he wondered where she hailed from, though that was none of his business here and now. That would be like her asking where he was from, and subsequently asking about the uprising for full details and his perspective of it. It was just not the time nor place for such a thing to do upon first meeting. Maybe if he got to know her, become friends with her, they could talk of such things. This was their first meeting, however, and they had a job to do. Misayo spoke  of waiting for more disturbances, and maybe even surprising them, as the girl bit her lip in what seemed to be a yearn to get to more fighting.

Brad, not really being the type for unneeded violence, had another option for the two. "Well, we are also considered guests of the wedding at the same time. We are allowed to partake of the food and drink, allowed to mingle, and the bride has already made it well known we can relax until we are actually needed. Let's stick around and see if anymore show up, and once we're reasonably certain it's clear we can have some fun." Really it was all for him to enjoy the luxuries he was used to having on a daily basis. Many of the food and drinks available at this wedding were very high class ones he had eaten many of times for his normal meals.

    GRACEFULLY DANGEROUS

Speaking to Brad was like an ounce of fresh air, it was definitely different from the people that she was so used to speaking to, that being said, it could be because they had a much more casual approach, much more casual like her anyway which was fair enough, Misayo was brought up to be a young woman with proper mannerisms and a big dollop of formal attitude towards everyone that she would come across, not that this bothered her as much, but it may make her appear that she was a bit of an emotionless person, which was completely untrue. She loved many things like any other normal mage… except she was still learning about the human world.

Misayo slightly panicked the moment Brad reminded them that they were guests but retained her emotions quite well on that retrospect. Keeping her composure, she simply smiled awkwardly and looked around. She forgot that she was also a guest here… oops…

“Ah, my apologies.” She started as she gazed upon the male. “It seems I forgot that we are also guests here. Being someone who used to be a shrine maiden, I keep forgetting that I now have the ability to lighten up.” Misayo nodded as she looked to her katana hilt, she remembers that day so well still, it’s etched into her brain and she struggled to understand why her mother told them that she was the one that had to do it…

That was when the female clapped her hands lightly, maybe now was the chance for her to get to know her guildmate aswell which would be cool! “I am going to warn you now however, I am a lightweight, I have never have an ounce of alcohol in my life.”

So she used to be a shrine maiden? Interesting indeed! He had never heard of such a term, as his country did not have a religion of any real kind, and it would be a fun thing to sit down and discuss the details of whatever she religion she was from that she was a guardian of a shrine for. Alas, it was another thing to talk about in the future. Putting the thought to the back of his mind for later, the man prepared for a little bit of fun. "Oh, I rarely drank back home too. I really don't know how tolerant I am so it'll be a day to find out. Not like I have anyone that will stop me this time either." It didn't give too much information away from his past, just that he had been protected for some reason. No one would figure out that he was royalty unless they saw the propaganda, and that had not quite reached the entirety of Fiore just yet.

It was as he was about to mention leading the two of them to the bar area when a single man could be heard yelling over everyone else. He would say things about looking for his ex, as well as loudly declaring that the man she was with deserved to die. "Well, it seems like drinks will have to wait just a little bit longer. Sounds like the main event is now here for use to deal with." The man, having put away the weapon he had summoned before, summoned forth another sword this time. This one would be Ice Brand, his blade with rune of ice that allowed each strike to chill the opponent. "All right. Fire and Ice, let's take this guy down quick and then get back to the festivities."

    GRACEFULLY DANGEROUS

The maiden listened to his words, nodding and understanding where he was coming from… it seems them both were going to find out just how far they can do with their tolerance to drinking. Misayo hoped that she didn’t get a major hangover after the drinking bonanza but she was sure it was going to be a good time to let herself loose without anything or anyone stopping her.

Suddenly, some shouting and yelling could be heard coming from this dude and it clearly affected the local area which caused distress towards the others. Misayo had to stop this with Brad right now otherwise the others would never experience true entertainment. Listening to Brad’s words once more, she nodded and then shown the hilt of her katana once more, placing her rosy lips on it’s hilt before flames roared out in anger. She was totally ready to kick some butt and do with style!

“I heard you loud and clear.” Misayo smirked, she never really was a leader, always a bit of a follower, which was quite understandable since shrine maidens always had to follow a religion and were usually quite peaceful people, never rebellious and trying to break away from such a thing like Misayo is trying to do right now.

Stationing herself near the male by walking over to him elegantly, she tilted her head as she kept her sword quite close to her… she was ready to take him out, but she figured that it would probably be best if Brad kickstarted the whole thing… she didn’t seem really good at doing the whole stopping thing.

The sounds of yelling, swearing, and general harassment could be heard even as Misayo confirmed her hearing of what he had just said. She was quite the follower, even if he was not supposed to be a leader right now. The young woman would walk over to him, head tilted and sword held close, and seemed to be waiting for him to get this fight going. Well, if that was how she wanted it he was not going to let her down. A short run, weapon at the ready, would bring them to a man that was holding another up by the shirt and seemed to be threatening him.

"You heard me! Get that piece of shit groom to me right now so I can settle this once and for all! Once I have taken care of him me and my girl are gonna use this crap shoot to get married ourselves!"

The man seemed ready to throw a punch into the defenseless guys face, and Brad was not going to allow that to happen with him only a good ten feet away. The weapon would be thrown hard, the Prince of Caelum waiting until it was about to hit the man in the back before teleporting to it. This teleport would bring his shoulder into the guys back, and the sword safely moved away with it again in Brad's hand. The teleporting shoulder charge would be enough to bring the guy to the ground, Brad Clad rolling away and to the side to get back onto his feet and point his sword down at the man.

If Misa, if was even that the short term for the girl's name, was paying attention she would realize that she would have the honors of knocking the guy out and capturing him if he got back up. After all, Brad was not going to steal the show when there was two people from the same guild. That made them a team, right?

It was time! Brad done all that he could and so it was her turn to pull off some moves herself, she had to admit once again, Brad was an impeccable fighter. He knew pretty well what he was doing and being the type of person who was still learning, she found it pretty interesting to watch his every movements, trying to learn how some people go about it, this gave out a lot of the person’s personality in one sense or another, although she would prefer to not exactly admit it because she could be even more inexperienced then she originally thought.

After Brad finished off his barrage of attacks, the female brandished her weapon once more, letting her lips lightly touch the hold of the sword before it released it’s true power… she had to admit, it was the strangest way to activate a weapon, but she loved it nonetheless because it out some sort of warning if anyone noticed it’s activation: potentially, it could tell others to back away from her otherwise she would SERIOUSLY burn them to a crisp.

Charging straight in, the female’s dainty feet carried her for the small step of the way before she got into a samurai stance. “Hold stance!” She shouted before she used her burning sword to slice him vertically and horizontally, making sure that she moved behind him as she did so. She then turned around and was preparing for her next move… that was when the male tried to hold her blade and failed miserable as his fist just clenched together. This hurt his hand badly. It was the perfect opportunity! The man was in pain and seemed distracted from the burn! She quickly de-activated her weapon before giving him a harsh bonk to the head with the hilt, knocking him unconscious.

The female looked around awkwardly before she knelt down beside the seemingly limp body and placed her two fingers on his neck… Yeah, he was unconscious, that was always a good sign. “He seems to be done in. By that, I mean unconscious” She stated before she stood up and looked to Brad, allowing herself to exhale before she bit her lower lip. “I must have hit him too hard on the head.”

Nonetheless, the others seemed rather relieved regardless and some even stood up to pick up the unconscious ex-boyfriend and placed him on a chair, making sure to bound him to the table and used some sort of magic to cover his mouth… That didn’t look friendly.

“I guess they must be doing that until some sort of authority arrives.” The fire maiden assumed before glancing over to Brad once more. “But it seems the problem is over... Now how about a few drinks??”

His worries about the young woman not paying attention were laid to rest when she charged on in as the guy was beginning to stand up. From that point onward it was quite a one-sided fight that ended in the shrine maiden's favor. The ex-boyfriend, who was simply here because he could not let go of the past and was being hyper aggressive over it, did not seem to realize that the woman aggressor's blade was purely made of fire. At one point the guy would try to grab the sword, scorching his hands pretty badly, and leave himself open for Misayo to knock him out with the hilt. While it was clear from where he stood that the man was still living, Brad used to seeing the slight rise and fall of chests to see if someone was breathing, the girl still did a check for a pulse before announcing that he was all right. She would comment about hitting him too hard, as well as make a few comments about the group tying him up before asking him about drinks.

The Prince of Caelum would chuckle lightly before allowing his weapon to disappear back into the holder space it belonged in. "A little over the top on the fight, though it's nothing he won't recover from. Yeah, let's get a few drinks. They're on the house after all, and we would be poor wedding guests if we did not partake in them." As he said such a man, that seemed to be the part of a waiter or butler, was going by and offering drinks that appeared to be in a small glass. It was much too dark to be wine, and the smell as he picked it up told him it was mixed with, or flavored as, cinnamon. He would grab two of them, handing one to the shrine maiden as well. "To a successful job!" The man would raise the shot glass in a small toast with her before downing it in one go. The urge to cough welled up inside him as the alcohol burned his throat and dropped to his stomach. Boy was it strong!

    GRACEFULLY DANGEROUS

Brad was right, Misayo took the attacks way over the top. However, Misayo also knew that she was still a bit rusty with this kind of work. She knew she would improve however and she knew that everything will be more or less settled the moment she got used to the whole mage thing. Right now, she was glad that everything was finally over and done with because it meant she had completed her mission. It was time for fun! Joy! Laughter! Things she hardly experienced back at the shrine because of the upbringing she was given upon birth. Her father or mother cannot tell her what to do nor is her little brother here to keep her in check.

Seeing the waiter come around finally with some sort of drinks on himself, the glasses were… interesting. She would have thought that the glasses would be longer and much more simplistic… instead they looked much smaller than she thought they would be. Nonetheless she watched the man grab two of the glasses and was handed one by Brad himself… he was such a gentleman.

“Cheers!” The female exclaimed, also raising her drink before she tipped the glass on her rosy lips and tipped the glass, letting the liquid enter her throat… The moment she finished it, the female had to cover her mouth and cough heavily, she understood that it might be really strong, but she didn’t think that it would make her cough or splutter… maybe she should set for something a little lighter.

“Oh, I know!” The maiden giggled as she stood up. “Let’s get some vodka and coke!” Misayo smiled softly as she grabbed Brad’s hand to take him to the bar. She wanted to try this vodka and coke stuff, she only had coke before, but it was never mixed with vodka… she was told that vodka was a very bad thing to have because it was alcoholic… well nobody was going to tell her now!

“Excuse me!” The female exclaimed as she tried to gain the attention of the bartender who was busy preparing another drink for a guest, he quickly noticed her afterwards and he walked over to her. “Please may me and my friend have vodka and coke please??” She asked politely as she exhaled. Now she couldn’t wait to try the vodka and coke!

Unlike Brad, the shrine maiden had not managed to stifle the cough after they had taken the shot of cinnamon whiskey that had felt like a fireball going down his throat. There would be a few moments of silence before Misayo giggled out some words as she stood up. Vodka and Coke? While it was not something he had heard of as a mixed drink before, he would most certainly try it at least once. After all, what if this was his last chance to truly drink without anyone telling him not to? Brad would allow her to grab him by the hand and lead him to the open bar that the wedding event had there.

Upon arrival, the girl who was his new drinking partner for the day would try to get the bartender's attention. He was with another patron at the time, which they had to wait for first, and after that he was with them while Misa ordered them the vodka and coke mixed drink for them to try. The Prince would take a small sip, finding the drink to be much smoother without the super strong alcohol bitterness, and would take an actual drink from it. "Wow! This is a lot better than that shot! Reminds me of the drinks back home when I had to sit in on diplomatic meetings." Brad was not thinking about what he was talking about at this point, not really worried about what he was telling her as she was drinking as well.

Misayo couldn’t believe what she was actually pulling off. She didn’t think she would have so much drinking before, she was in love with it though, this must be what others called ‘social drinking.’ Where people have fun in social gatherings while drinking at the same time. Now she has experienced it herself fully, she was having so much fun with Brad specifically. She hoped she didn’t make any mistakes though, she really didn’t want to make any mistakes that could cost her something important.

Drinking the vodka and coke, she was enticed by it’s taste, it mixed so well! She didn’t think such a thing could exist in the first place. Now she was excited and she didn’t know what else to think. But there was one little problem, she was beginning to lose her focus as she let the drink consume her fully. She quickly ordered another drink however as she quickly finished hers in no time at all while listening to Brad speak about… diplomatic meetings… what the hell are them?? Oh well, she was here to have fun! Not to be serious!

“This is so much better than I thought!” She grinned before she clapped her hands ever so happily as another drink has arrived! Oh yes, she was going to enjoy this one just as much as the last one. She was finally showing off her playful side and not showing off her professional side at all. “Excuse me!” She exclaimed “Can we have another one, please??” She asked as she started to drink her second vodka and coke.

“You know… Father would be furious right now if he even seen me… hahahah!”

The drink in his hand, with as smooth as it was, quickly emptied even as the shrine maiden ordered another for them. Brad, not even thinking about the alcohol content in the drinks, drank this one as if it was a glass of water on a hot day. It was fizzy, it was smooth, and it was delicious. The second drink was nearly empty when the Prince heard Misayo order a third round for them. Wanting to test something, Brad Clad would speak up and ask the bartender for a special drink. "Can I get some cherry in that one? Cherry Coke Vodka sounds amazing right now!"

Right after saying that he would hear the girl before him, who was quite pretty now that he was taking a break from being so serious, mentioned how angry her father would be to see her right now. "Tell me about it! If any of my family or tutors from the past saw me right now. Well...I would probably get strung up!" The man would laugh, though had he been sober it would have been something he would have said with a worried look upon his face. Was it funny? Not really. But his mind was already overpowered by the alcohol that his system was not used to taking in. He had never had more than maybe a small glass of wine at diplomatic meetings. That had been outdone by the first shot, and here he was a little while later on his third full drink!

The drinking was starting to get more fun by the second, even if the two were starting to spurt out stuff they weren’t really meant to. It was clear that the alcohol was affecting the shrine maiden and her jobbing partner for that day. Misayo started to lose track of what she was actually drinking and even though it wasn’t such a bad idea to go for, she was simply having too much of a good time to stop…

Looking to Brad, she then began to giggle as she drank yet another glass of vodka and coke, she should really try for something else… She wanted to try everything that was on the menu drink-wise but she didn’t know what to try! There was so many… Maybe this time, Brad can decide what to drink since she decided on the vodka and coke. “Brad!” She grinned as she allowed her eyes to sparkle with enthusiasm. “We should go grab something else to drink?! How about it, huh??” She wasn’t paying attention to what was going on with her surroundings anymore. Everything was making her lose focus, but she opted to keep going.

“So what should we have?? Theres plenty of choice here…” She wanted to read what some of them were, but the writing was too fuzzy and it looked like it was ready to crawl off it’s labelling. Not that it mattered, she was sure that Brad would pick a fine choice with the plenty of alcoholic drinks that were presented for the likes of both of them...

His vision blurred as he finished off another drink, the cherry coke vodka mixed drink adding to the already high alcohol content inside his system. It would likely not be long before he started making choices that he would regret later on, or brag about with good buddies some other time. Who knew, maybe he would not remember any of it and just wake up with the biggest hangover anyone could imagine! Misayo would talk about another drink, and Brad was not about to be a bitch and say no to a pretty woman wanting more drinks with him!

"All right beautiful! I'll figure out a drink for us." The man would slur a bit as he spoke, though he did not notice, before making a 'hmm' noise as he looked over the drinks and such. He really had no experience with mixing drinks, but the words 'chocolate truffle' were clearly visible to him as his blurry vision scanned the pages. "Let's get a glass of this one, chocolate truffle. Chocolate is always good, and I've had some good chocolate truffles before, let's try the alcohol version of it!" The man might have been speaking a bit too loud for how close he was to Misayo now, nearly touching her as he slowly inched closer to her body, and the order would be made by the bartender who had no issue with serving the inebriated at a open bar wedding where he was likely making bank off of the contract for it.

    GRACEFULLY DANGEROUS

Misayo didn’t know how to react fully to Brad calling her beautiful. Sure, she sometimes got compliments back at the shrine because of her looks, Kenji usually got angry when she did though, she didn’t know if she could class that as sweet or him being an overprotective little bugger, but she was his sister and understood why to an extent. She didn’t think that she would be called beautiful ever so casually though, it was strange, but she quite liked the casualness of it too.

It didn’t take long for Brad to decide, but he didn’t keep himself to himself when he mentioned it, exclaiming that he wanted chocolate truffle before proceeding to lean into the female. She didn’t know how to process this at all, her mind was thinking of some freaky stuff, and it wasn’t cool. Soon, the drinks were ordered and the female couldn’t help but push Brad away ever so lightly to take their drinks from the bartender, eventually passing one to him. Letting the glass be near her lips before she tipped the liquid into her… the drink had a strange taste to it, but she will roll with it because she likes the taste regardless.

“Braddd…” Misayo whined ever so playfully as she finished her glass quickly before ordering another one from the barman, she wanted to finish this one before she would officially stop, she has had way too much to drink for a lightweight and she needed to drink something else.

The drinks took a moment to be made, seeming to be a few different drinks and what looked like a chocolate flavoring or syrup added to it. The drinks would be set down, the pretty girl that he had been trying to flirt with pushing him playfully back with an equally playful whining of his name that triggered something in his brain, and the rest of his body as well. The man would quickly enjoy his drink, his mind thinking of things he would never normally dwell on at all besides a passing thought of someone just being pretty. With the alcohol affecting him as it was, the idea to take her back to some kind of hotel for the night.

The man would quickly finish his drink, a wide smile on his face and lust in his eyes, before he slowly stood up as if it was a slight struggle. "Why don't we head to a place where we can have a bit more...privacy? I can afford a place for the night so we don't have to travel back home tonight." The man would likely regret what he was wanting to do in the morning if his inebriated mind did not change from it, and with the way Misayo was acting, he felt sure that she was going to be okay with the idea as well. If she would take his hand he would lead her back to the place he spoke of, if not he guess he would just head back and try to sleep off the alcohol in his system with a bitterness in him from the rejection.

    GRACEFULLY DANGEROUS

Feminine groans were heard as the fire maiden’s lips as her red eyes slowly flickered open, the comfort of the bed was obviously giving out too much comfort as she didn’t want to leave the bed. Sitting up, she let the stinging pain hit her completely as she sat up from the comfort of the bed. She was happy and content until she looked to the side to see that Brad was sleeping next to her. Oh god… she only remembered odds and ends of what happened. She got seriously drunk after the wedding, and Brad invited to take her somewhere more private, that was when she took his hand…

She felt so awkward, she came to the guild to become a mage and loosen up, but she took ‘loosening up’ to a whole new level. Although, she will admit, it was one hell of a night but she was still confused by it all. Did the alcohol cause this??

Looking around frantically, she tried her best to look for her yukata, she had to put it on quickly for obvious reasons, but what if she got out of bed when Brad woke up?? What would he think of her?? Would they just be really awkward because they knew what they done or something?? She had to think fast, because she was sure as hell that he wouldn’t want to do such things to her again. If he did then it would be a miracle.

“Yukata, Yukata… where is my Yukata…?” The female mumbled under her breath while she was still in the bed.
