Personality: Kagura is a cocky arrogant woman with a personality that many swear they would kill her because of if not that she was incredibly terrifying hen she got enraged, Too her all people are but toys of which she can use for pleasure after all is that not what life is for? Pleasure! But that is too a flaw any other guild she tried to join all kicked her out due to her habits of stealing what she wanted and when they resisted her taking it she would gravely injure or kill them where they stood But this is not all she is, Due to her still being young she has a bit of her innocence in tact as she does not understand silly concepts like war or even the ramifications of her actions something a lot of people will also notice is that when she finds someone she calls a fried she will tend to hang with them until she begins to obsess over them and should they push her away because of it she will kill them where they stand cause if they cannot be hers they shall be no ones. Another thing of note is that should her clothes get damaged by her opponent or her allies she is not above stealing theirs as punishment  and could care less if they felt embarrassed. This was also how she tended to get removed from guilds as she would take interest in members outfits and steal them this being how she got her current one now.
In combat is another story where once she was cocky and arrogant now she becomes sadistic and playful with her premier magic physical hunt being used to steal her opponents strength she tends to mess with them and have as much fun she can slowly draining them of their own speed, Strength and stamina till they can no longer move and are lumped on the floor when this happens her favorite thing to do is stomp their face while taunting them, Yelling at them to get up and keep fighting and the moment they give up she stomps their skull into the ground. Because of this behavior she became known as the psychotic huntress and should anyone get on her bad side she would just turn you into one of her possessions. One very very rare thing she will do is use her physical hunt on a person she has deemed worthy and will use her hunt magic to make it so their arms and legs can no longer work, Using them like a living doll as she keeps them till they eventually either kill themselves or she grows bored. However one massive flaw with her is that if her object of interest evades her more she will keep getting more and more obsessed until she can no longer stop herself from hunting it putting aside everything else to acquire it to the point that she puts herself at risk and many others cause if she even gets a hint of people trying to stop her she will murder them on the spot.
