    job:
Feeling a bit lazy today, Lexa decided to take a break from her normal routine of finding a job that required her to fight some asshole, hogtie 'em, and lock them up. She casually made her way through her room door, looking back at Lillian who was sound asleep, curled in a ball beneath the covers of her bed. She made her way down the halls of Black Rose's dorm rooms, and downstairs into the main hall of the guild; over to the job notice board and pressed her finger to her chin while perusing the various low requirement jobs pinned on it. One job stuck out in particular, one that was light years out of Lexa's high action normal set of jobs. It was a task to go to Magnolia Town and take part in a photo shoot for Sorcerer's Weekly magazine. She gently pulled the pin from the board and took the flyer down, placing the pin back in so whoever sticks this things up doesn't have to waste their time looking for one. She then folded the page neatly and ticked it in one of the pockets on her shirt before walking back to her room with a bright smile on her face.

Walking into the room, Lexa saw her adopted little sister still curled up in her blankets, sound asleep. She walked over and sat next to her, gently resting her hand on Lillian's face while turning slightly red. 'She's so cute when she sleeps...' Lexa thought while feeling the smooth, soft texture of Lillian's pale face. She never took the time to actually study the small child like this, so she never noticed that Lillian truly didn't look like a killer. She let out a sigh, finding it hard to wake the child up to let her know they had another job. Lillian's face turned in Lexa's hand, her eyes beginning to slowly open as the light sleeping child felt warmth on her face. Lillian turned a bit red once she realized what the source of the warmth was. "G-good morning..." Lillian said hesitantly, not sure why Lexa was touching her. "Good morning, did I wake you?" Lexa said with a caring voice, already knowing the answer. Lillian gently shook her head and sat up, holding her blanket like it was a teddy bear. "A-a-am I in trouble?" Lillian asked nervously, puzzled about why else Lexa would be touching her and not waking her up. "Not at all. I was just admiring how pretty you are." Lexa said, her face being graced with a generous smile. Lillian's face turned bright red from the compliment, never having expected it from... anyone, not even Lexa. "Hurry and get dressed, we're gonna go out for breakfast. Then we have a job to do." Lexa said with her smile still beaming at Lillian.

It didn't take long for Lillian to get cleaned up and ready for the day, only an hour give or take a few minutes. After that they endured the extensive ride from Lavantir port to Hargeon Port, the two caught a ride to Magnolia. Meanwhile poor Lillian's stomach was screaming for food after 5 hours of being awake. Lexa rubbed her hair gently, saying "There's times where, in this line of work, you have to go weeks off nothing but water. Sometimes... you don't even have that luxury." with a soft voice while staring blankly at the road ahead. Arriving at a large, fancy looking resteraunt, Lillian gulped down some air once the smell of food slammed her nostrils. One amazing breakfast later, Lexa held Lillian's hand as they walked towards the East Gardens where their actual job was. Upon arriving, Lillian noticed a variety of cameras and light fixtures that bounced light making a single spot where very few shadows existed. "What's going on Lexa?" she asked, her soft voice creating a harmony in her mind. "Sometimes I like to take on jobs that are a bit less crimson. A quick job like this lets me get out of the guild, but it also lets me enjoy the day." She said with a slight smile while looking at Lillian. Lillian began getting clammy, not liking all the cameras in the immediate area but she was then jerked by Lexa into the line of a camera's sight. The camera flashed several times, capturing Lexa's laughing expression; vibrant, energetic, and happy as well as capturing the astonishment on Lillian's face. Lexa spun her sister around, performing different poses while keeping a vibrant smile on her face; exhibiting the very essence of youth. After a little time, and many different camera flash illuminated positions; Lillian gave in and began smiling herself. Soon, she was smiling from ear to ear along with Lexa while striking poses that gave off a joyous energy. It was the first time Lexa ever saw Lillian smile at all, and after an hour of photos she heard a bit o laughter coming from her. At the end of the photo shoot, the director for the shoot personally walked over and gave the two youths a generous hug and invited them to come back. Lexa bought a room at the local inn for the night and spent the night there with Lillian.
