I suspect that my money might be stolen to some hypocrite as whenever I would look around I find the same man over and over again. The man would be covered in black clothing in which was mysterious to me. Not only that, but in every afternoon, he would be at the center of the city, looking all suspicious like. I know this as I spied on him, once. Now, I need you to check him out and report to me to what he did. Good luck!

Peasants. Peasants everywhere.
Such was the thought coursing through Thanan's mind when he was approached for the job. He had been told that there was a potential thief in the midst of Oak Town. Not that the boy was particularly surprised; he didn't like the Oak Town residents very much. But to resort to lousy thievery was a new low.
Still, he didn't want to jump to any conclusions. He had accepted the job of tailing the mysterious man, not actively attacking him. His paycheck didn't extend that far, after all.
"Should be about time..."
Thanan peered out into the town square and saw a very diverse and colorful crowd of people. However, he would definitely need to move closer to single out his target. He looked up, and saw the clouds darkening up above. Sighing, he pulled the hood over his face, succeeding to cover most of himself in his clothing.
Why does this always end up happening?
With that single thought, as if on cue, it began to drizzle. Slowly for now, but it was apparent that it would pick up in the near future.
"Like a magnet for rain or something..." he muttered.
He looked around and saw disdain on the face of others as well. The weather was not welcome by any means.
