Personality:
At first glance Arthur seems like a completely normal person, who just so happens to look very good in his suit and for the most part he takes on the challenge to act completely innocent and clueless, but he hides his true terrible self, a more vile malicious person who is only a shell of what he seems to be externally all behind his friendly smile. He hides his own true insanity for he hates all things considered a normal life or  a normal day, families, work, and peace. All or ideals that goes against his very instinct to have a fun, destructive, chaotic time. Regardless of his more wicked side he really is a friendly person who loves to chat to people, play games, and of course exploit and manipulate those he meets. The quickest way that he makes friends is for him to play game with someone else. Arthur acts very childlike and often doesn't take anything seriously especially serious matters of life and death for he can only see the world as it is to him, one big game, of which he will come out the winner. While he disdains family he is perfectly okay with having a few allies, or even a couple of friends because he knows if the time comes he can easily throw them away and move on. He is a free thinker and does as he pleases regardless of what happens, also he likes to speak his mind even if it hurts others, however he also can adapt to any situation and quickly escape from it and ultimately accept the world for how it is. Sometimes he has a habit of talking out aloud to himself, and occasionally he will even remember he is talking to himself, and when does so he quickly stops, and keeps moving forward toward whatever he can come up with at that moment in time.

In battle Arthur really gets excited for, it is only in combat that he feels adrenaline begin to pump and he gets hyped for whoever or whatever he faces. He doesn't really like weaklings and prefers more of a challenge because to him it becomes the ultimate puzzle game, d with the heat of the moment and his heart racing it truly is a fun time. At first, he will remain a safe distance away and take precautions, in order to determine his opponents strengths and possible weaknesses, if he has gathered any knowledge beforehand about emotional weaknesses, then he will start to plan how to use them at that point. Once he is positive he can get some enjoyment out of it he burst into action really going for his opponent with an intent to kill, his smiling face broken into a creepy grin which is stuck on his face all the while. As for working together, he is fine with working under them as long as he determine this person is worthy of commanding him and isn't going to back stab him, as so many have tried. He'll definitely try his hardest to put a team effort forward and give it his all but if at the end of the day its really up to just who he is fighting with that determines what he will do.
Likes:

• Manipulation-Manipulation is the game of knowing your opponent or at least knowing how they'll react its just one big game.
  
• Dogs, cats, bunnies, anything really adorable and furry-How can you resist such a cute thing really, even someone like Arthur couldn't hurt one of them unless his life was on the line.
  
• Mystery Books- everyone knows reading is a bunch of fun, well in Arthur's case reading is an essential tool to any great killer.
  
• Games-Who can say no to a good fun games, maturity is all about limits especially on silly little child games but, just because something is silly doesn't necessarily mean its bad so why not partake in little kid games.
  

Dislikes:

• Happy family-when you have nothing and everyone around you has something, especially a group or at least a couple people to rely on that really makes Arthur go green with envy.
  
• Paperwork, writing, anything an average productive person would do- In Arthurs life its all about exploring, having fun, making mischief, so doing the boring stuff just isn't worth it especially when no one has forever.
  
• Peace and Tranquility- there's nothing more boring then a lovely summers day filled with everything you could think a summers day would involve, a little chaos only ever hurt a few people.
  
• Upper class people- People who have high ranking title given by some king or by official degree are simply ridiculous, they play the game of manipulation but they do it in a quite dreadful manner, it makes Arthur sick.
  

Motivations:

• Power-With more power come a more flexible way to have fun and an easier way of manipulation.
  
• Food-There's all types of delicious food out there all ripe for the eating how could one not want to try all of the yummy food that awaits in the world
  
• The book-so long ago when Arthur lead almost normal life he had a book he would read all the time, the book originally got him into reading mystery novels, and it would always calm him down in times of distress however it was lost several years ago and he must find it or at least a copy of it.
  

Fears:

• Autophobia- the fear of being alone, a common fear but alas a terrifying one to some because in the end a person without friends is a person who will quickly dig their grave.
  
• Catoptrophobia-the fear of mirrors, this is quite a curious one as when Arthur looks into the mirror what does he see, every terrifying thing he has done and eventually his own doom set before him, beckoning him from beyond the mirror.
  
• Coulrophobia-Ok, so the fear of clown, but honestly why do they exist, they're just darn creepy, and not in the good way.
  
• Claustrophobia- Confined space aren't exactly Arthur's specialty, especially when your forced to stay in an area where you can't move. any number bad thing could befall you,

Hair:Arthur has jet black hair.
Eyes: His eyes are basically black too except for arc of yellow in them.
Skin Tone: He has very light skin.
Appearance: Arthur is a thin boy who has long, shaggy, black hair which slightly sticks up. He has black eyes with little arc of yellow swirling around and a devious smile. He wears a black coat over a white collared shirt and a purple bow tie with a purple gem in the center of the tie. He wears long black dress pants with black dress shoes to match.
