Personality:

Damien is a weird case, he's usually so silent that there isn't much to document on him.

He gets along well with people, however. Despite being a rather quiet guy. Infact at first glance he doesn't even seem insane at all - definitely a pretty normal guy apart from his eerie quietness. Although that's what most people would expect at first glance. And he usually behaves quite well - possessing and understanding most of the manners that people usually need to communicate politely. He is also usually rather meek, and getting him to open up and properly talk to others is something that needs to be earned and can usually not be expected upon someone's first meeting with him.

He's also rather shy around girls. He often worries about what he has to say, as he had never really had a relationship with a girl in the past so pretty much any cute girl attempting to get his attention or to talk with him can expect some rosy cheeks and stuttering on his part.

In battle however, he is a completely different person. A monster, the moment he has to shed his own blood some sort of demon awakens in him. Unleashing the Black Magic that Ra, one of his direct ancestors was proficient with. He will often cackle and laugh for seemingly ages.. And he will also insist that he's having the time of his life while slaughtering everything he sees. However he only ever really behaves like this alone or when he has someone he can really trust to pull him out of that state. Otherwise when he fights with a partner he behaves as he usually does. Lighthearted and somewhat cheesy although he will flat out refuse "stupid" orders.

He's also a pretty carefree guy, there's not much you can do to annoy him and as a result he often doesn't take a hint that he's annoying others - even if he is quiet.

He also has a habit of collecting dead body parts sometimes - and is not scared of offering them as gifts. The idea of being able to watch them rot over time is something he finds fascinating. The undead are also things he finds interesting as the thought of being able to kill something and bring it back - only to kill it again sounds like pretty much the most awesome thing in the world to him. Hence why he has a secret but massive collection of zombie books.

In the meantime he is a big fan of darkness magic along with hexes and curses and whatnot. He's a Dark Magician at heart and he's always interested in those sorts of arts.

But it's also easy to tell that little Damien lacks pretty much all humanity. Especially with his cavalier - upbeat attitude towards things like mortality. And it is also easy to tell that Damien does not smile a true smile, but is merely a permanent scar designed to ward off his many years of suffering.

The young man also gets along quite well with animals, befriending a wolf once in his childhood - one of his only friends however it was killed by the villagers when it attempted to pay him a visit causing him much grief and forced Damien to spill the blood of the villagers. This, along with the fact that his parents never truly loved him and sent him off to the Guild to be raised caused this anger and hatred.



Likes:

• Animals - Damien loves animals of all kinds, although he prefers animals like crows and wolves but will still give a mundane cat or dog all the love it needs.
  
  
  
  
  • Playing the piano - It was something he was gifted at when he was a child, probably due to his parents forcing it on him at a very young age.
    
  
  
  Killing - He kinda has a thing for this, despite him not appearing to be such a bad kid on the outside, he has a bloodlust which is very unusual even for someone who had been so badly hurt in his past.
  
  Learning - Strangely enough Damien is very, very academic. Probably due to having followed Dark Blood Magic a lot and there isn't much he enjoys more than training to become a better Mage.
  

Dislikes:

• "Boring" Deaths - Killing someone with no blood or gore is something that he hates seeing, and will often whine or complain when he witnesses one.
  
  Pain - He absolutely hates pain. But is willing to suffer it if it means killing someone - High levels of pain is also a way to place him in his killing state. A state where once he starts killing, it becomes tough stopping him.
  
  Failiure - He often holds high expectations of himself, meaning that if he cannot succeed at something, he will keep trying until he does. And this can be anything.
  

Motivations:

• His abilities: He knows that he has a very powerful Lineage, and always feels he should do it justice by succeeding in his magical studies. And also to become a powerful magician.
  
  
• His Guildmates - Despite being a rather cruel person at times, he feels that his guildmates are very important to him, not only to ensure his growth as a magician but also to help him slaughter people once the time comes.
  
  
• Forgetting his past - Damien lived a very dark past, both of his parents neglecting him and sending him off to a wizard's school at an early age, never hearing from them since. He feels that he should forge his own path, one where he is not so alone.
  

Fears:

• Love - His parents never really truly loved him, nor has anyone else so it is a concept he finds scary and completely alien.
  
  
  
  
  • Girls - He doesn't really know how to talk to them. Afraid of offending or hurting them he'll usually just blush and stutter when around a relatively cute one.
    
  
  
  Being Abandoned - This often ties in with the first. He had been abandoned before by his parents and has no plans on feeling the same neglect twice.
  
  Not living up to his potential - Failiure is something he dislikes and also something he fears.
  

General Appearance

Hair: Damien's hair is short and possesses an almost otherworldy tint of dark purple when exposed to light.
Eyes: His eyes are a piercing green color, but change to pink or purple whenever he uses Dark Magic
Skin Tone: He's usually slightly tanned. But also tans easily so it's not surprising to see him with a darker tone.
Appearance:

Damien is a decently muscular young man who stands at five foot eleven, he has tanned skin and dark purple - short hair rests atop his head. He usually has his eyes half closed so his iris and pupils are not completely exposed. This often gives him an air of mystery which he enjoys. He is a very fit and toned man but Damien prefers to let his magic do the talking but is also desceptively quick. He possesses toned abdominal and leg muscles. A man who takes care of himself.

He usually wears a shirt which can come in various colors but he wears a signature long black/dark blue coat with red or purple accents on the inside of the collars and on numerous other parts. This is accompanied by a set of black pants with a white sash around them. Along with a pair of black boots. He keeps his dark purple hair out of his eyes using a white bandage. Alone he usually tends to wear a purple gown.
