The "touch" part of the Angelic Touch magic is due to Angels being all-knowing, Kurei's developed the very skill to be near a angel himself; and tap into the minds of others like Santa Clause.

Abilities/Powers: Psychometric: the ability to discover facts about an event or person by touching inanimate objects associated with them. Must be able to observe the object by atleast 2/5 senses. May be limited to certain senses, like touch or sight only. Must be a solid object, cannot be liquid as of yet, or gas, or living.

Light Sparks: It's absorption of Light within Kurei which allows for certain uses and extra effects of his powers. Limited to only having 2 Light sparks at a given time, Begins with one. at the start of the post. -Sparks do not replace Mana

Spending LightSpark: Allows Kurei to apply images inside the cornea of someones eyeball, creating a image in only that persons view.
Speed: As fast as he may open and close his hand with a clear image of what he would like to make fade/appear.
Range: 20 meters as the purpose of the light bending is to control a area of combat.

The sword may only spend one light spark per summon
Spending 1 Light Spark: Blasts a Shining Light from the blade, illuminating itself for 3 posts, potentially blinding the opponent(s) for one post. if within at least a range of 10feet.
Damage Dealt: D-rank Single-Target damage.
Strengths:- May Generate Light Spark

- Not weak towards Darkness in ANY way.
Weaknesses:- Limited sword range of 3 feet.

Description: Kurei shoots light from his spine, creating feathery white wings, making two, 3 foot wings, similar to that of a angel. These wings are able to block one D-rank attack, protecting you from harm but expending all it's duration. Wings allow Kurei to make movements even at absurd angles, allowing him to remove time of acceleration, and move as fast as his sprint. Wings fly only 50ft into sky max (for now).
Spending Light Spark: Each spark allows Kurei to give wings to his allies, that last as long as Kurei's main wings are capable. Other wings are unable to move farther than 30ft away from Kurei. Other wings move as fast as one can run.
Strengths:- Provides Flight
- Increased speed and aerial control.
- May be used as shield for one D-rank attack
Weaknesses:- Weak to Darkness magic, any type of dark attack (even on higher ranks) can break these wings. Only saves from 1 D-Rank, permanently.

- First time Flight users can only move at slow jogging/power walk speed

Description: Kurei creates real illusions of himself by releasing a smog of white cloud around him by closing and opening his hand. Each illusion gives absolutely nothing away with it being a illusion as it is tangible, smells, presence, magical signature, and can wield things that a normal human can carry (Cannot attack with what ever picked up, may bluff attacks). The illusions are mentally linked to Kurei's vision, hearing and feelings (May disconnect if he chooses so) The illusions are equal to Kurei in every way, except that their magical attacks phase through the enemy, not vice versa, hence a bluff. Durability of -1 the casters current rank. The amount of real illusions are created are limited to his current rank. C-rank= 2, B-rank =3, A-rank= 4, S-rank 5. Cannot go out of range of 40ft from Caster.
Illusions can't hurt anyone*
Strengths:- Provide Hive mind( meaning sharing vision/sight/hearing)
- Give away barely any knowledge that they're illusions
- Durability is 1 below their casters rank as this is a support.
Weaknesses:- Requires other spell in order to do more effects

Description: Kurei calls forth from light, consuming darkness and wrapping himself in a white robe, which pulls out a scythe. The Magic also changes his current clothing to all white.
Upon raising his hand and saying "White Reaper" or "Reaper in White"
This robe protects him from harm of two D-rank spells/ weapon attacks or 1 C-rank before simply looking like clothing. The scythe does C-rank damage.
If Kurei is attacked directly, and the robe absorbs its full durability. The scythe/robe/colors vanish. Reverting Kurei back to normal.
Spending 1 Light spark with White Reaper active: Summons Scythe back in hand by snapping his fingers and saying "Recall". Can only spend one light spark per spell activation.
Strengths:- Blocks attacks
- Creates a weapon capable of C-rank damage
- Can summon his weapon back into hand
Weaknesses:- Obvious change in appearance, probably makes enemies more cautious

Description: Kurei holds out his left or right hand, his palm facing his target. Generating energy in a beam, he says "Judas Priest", shooting it out, dealing D-rank damage. It's made of Light energy. The speed is rather slow, but unlikely to dodge if you're slowed/stunned/point-blank through 5ft range. The attacks total range before dispersion is 40ft. Slows down the farther it travels, keeping a constant speed of 5mph minimum.
Spending 1 Light-Spark: Getting hit by this attack illuminates the target for 2 posts, their body glows white.
Strengths:- Simple to use
- May Illuminate the target
- May travel long distances
Weaknesses:- Easy to dodge from afar
- Easy to notice, as it's a bright light

Description: Kurei screams out Solar Flare, may use even if voice is muffled, and a giant light appears from his body, emitting from his clothes, skin, and body in order to blind ANYONE within 10 feet, excluding Kurei. The blindness doesn't affect hearing/feeling in anyway but it may be about impossible to open their eyes after the sudden flash, blinded for 2 posts. They recover partial sight on the second post.
Strengths:- Easy to use, potentially blinds
- Speed is almost instant
- Creates a opening for Kurei, as he is not blinded by this spell of his own creation
Weaknesses:- Blinds anyone, including allies/enemies.
- Doesn't last very long at all. Simply one post of Solar Flare.
- If you have extra sensory abilities, you can use them instead of being blinded.
- Light Dragon Slayers may consume this light, refunding their mana.
- Cooldown: 3 posts after blindness wears off
- Duration: One post of shooting out the ability. If you're hit by the ability, blind status effect lasts you two post. The first post in blindness, you can't open your eyes. 2nd post in blindness effect, you're partially blinded.
