Description: Ryö uses his blood to form weapons that can be used to aid him in combat.  Although it isn't as strong, he can also manipulate other peoples blood.  He has used this to close minor wounds, slow people's movement, and cause distractions.  When he uses his more powerful Blood magic his veins glow a light red for the duration of the cast.  This magic is mainly self-targeting, so the time it takes to cast is reduced by quite a bit.

- Anemia
- Ice Magic

Abilities/Powers:
Ability to use opponents blood to fuel Ryö's Blood Make magic.  His blood make constructs don't have to be made out of just his blood, any blood will work.

Type: Blood, Situational
Description: A close range attack where Ryö punctures his own skin, using the drawn blood to fling into the eyes of his enemy.  It temporarily blinds them, leaving them vulnerable to follow-up attacks.

+ Can be used quickly
+ Buys time
+ Uses minimal blood

Weaknesses:
- Minor Self-Harm
- Close range only
- Doesn't deal damage

Name: Blood Make: Needles
Rank: D
Type: Blood, Offensive
Description: A medium ranged attack (45-50 meters) where Ryö draws blood to form several throwing needles. (4)  Each needle does 25% damage of a D-rank spell.  He then launches them at his enemy at high speeeds (150 km/h) and can be thrown with pinpoint accuracy.  They deal piercing damage when they first hit, then begin to sink deeper into their target.

+ Deals a small amount of damage over time

Weaknesses:
- Minor Self-Harm
- Doesn't deal much damage
- Can be deflected

Name: Blood Make: Stitch

Description: A spell that utilizes available blood to sew up an open wound.  It can be either used on himself or an ally.  The spell can patch up most minor wounds, but cannot mend bone or major cuts.

Cooldown: 1 post

Strengths:
+ Stops bleeding
+ Can be used on allies
+ Can be used relatively quickly

Weaknesses:
- Can't attack while doing it
- A temporary fix
- Requires physical contact

Name: Blood Make: Shiv
Rank: D
Type: Blood, Offensive
Description: Draws from an open blood source to create a small knife which he uses to stab his opponents.  It's an up close and personal spell that can not be used at range.  Dissipates after one use.

Duration: 1 post
Cooldown: 1 post

Strengths:
+ Can be used quickly
+ Can inflict bleeding
+ Draws blood for use in future spells

Weaknesses:
- Only lasts for one attack
- Can only be used in close quarters
- Can't pierce armor

Kinda feel that Splatter doesn't need to be spell. You are basically just stabbing yourself and flinging blood into their eyes without doing anything magical. I'd probably change that one.

Secondly, i'm not sure how the manipulating of others is going to work. I will have to see it when you get to those ranks, but i hope you manage to balance it. I don't mind you like stabbing them and then using that blood for an attack, but actual manipulation will be tricky, but like I said we'll see.

For needles i'd like a range and speed and amount of needles plus the damage each needle does
Shiv seems fine.
Healing one seems fine

Abilities: Please elaborate on this. I know its obvious, but i'd like to see some limits.
