   Description: A cuirass of white armor with an attached backpack, the Desert Survival Armor is a product of modern technology that is aimed towards allowing the wearer to survive in desert environments. It boasts an advanced cooling system to keep the wearer cool in the heat and the armor is painted white to reflect some of the sun's rays. The backpack houses the power supply to the cooling system in addition to a special fresh water collection system that collects moisture from the air and converts it into filtered water that is stored inside an internal reservoir for the wearer to access at their convenience. Both the armor and the backpack systems are engineered to resist battle damage, EMPs, electrical damage, water damage, and the accumulation of sand and grit.

The Desert Survival Armor also offers a removable orange pauldron that is intended to make the wearer visible to search and rescue teams and three magazine pouches to store magazines for firearms if necessary. It is custom-made to fit Leona for comfortable wear for extended periods of time.

   Description: When Leona activates this ability the armor glows icy blue and Leona gains a counter to Drain debuffs that reduces their potency by a maximum of 50% for the duration of the ability. If a Drain effect is countered by the Cool Down Ability, Leona's base Movement Speed will be lowered by 50% instead. (Not sure if this is supposed to be a drain counter, because drain counters would not lower the movement speed of the user. They would halve the potency of the drain as it affected the user's HP / MP)

   Type: Passive
   Description: To survive in the unforgiving desert one needs to carry plenty of supplies, be ready to fight at a moment's notice, and to stay on the move, pausing only when necessary. As long as Leona wears the Desert Survival Armor she benefits from a 50% boost to Spell Speed and a 50% boost to Movement Speed. (As this is a passive ability, I must ask you to lower the total buff value in this ability by 10%, i.e. down to 90% total)
