Guess something I noticed is that with some Jobs with monster rolls is that once done you still have a fair amount of health/mp left over. So thought what if got bonuses for doing more monster rolls? Just a thought that would help with longer jobs where have to fight goons and gives more to do then put a bunch of build up to a fight.

Even if you do beat all the monsters there is plenty of options in the rules now to create your own and make the job more challenging. I would say the only time more rolls should be 'rewarded' is if you've also exceeded the post limit.
