Deliver my Letter

Time was of the essence, no room for hesitation as he must deliver this letter quickly before her stage performance starts. He entered a building only to be greeted by a huge crowd waiting for her to perform on stage. There’s only about 15 minutes before the performance starts and judging by the look of the crowd and the security around the place, this isn’t going to be easy. Right at this moment, the concert is going to take place in a huge building where hundreds of seats are then placed for the crowd’s convenience. Dubhlainn dressed casually stepped down from the audience seats and into the hallways only to have come to a complete halt at the sight of security patrolling around and helping the stage managers and technical crew. It would be very difficult for him to go any further from this point and the thought of using the vents has been rejected knowing how old they seem to look.

Perhaps it was time for him to resort to underhanded tactics and he had to gamble the plan he thought of. He only has one shot at this and he must not fail for that he wishes to impersonate as one of the security members here but who would be the lucky one that will get picked off? To such luck a security officer entered the men’s room, at this point Dubhlainn quickly went in and what no better luck than having no one else around? He knocked out the guard and stuffed him in the janitor’s close and quickly changed into the uniform. 8 minutes till the show starts, he must locate the celebrity’s personal dressing room before she takes off. Blending with the security here was easy as he makes his way through the hallways till he finally was able to get in.

With a knock on the door he called out: “Mam, I’ve been asked to deliver this to you.” The celebrity became curious as she opened the door and was given the letter. She tore the envelope open and read it and by the time that she was about to ask him of something, Dubhlainn was already long gone. Stealth missions like this never suited him and only by means of luck was he able to deliver it before her performance starts. He came to the janitor’s closet and undressed the security uniform he was wearing and exited the backstage conspicuously. His ears rung of the crowd’s cheer for the celebrity’s name and took a bit of his time going through the crowds. As he escaped the sea of fans he and his client passed each other like it was scripted by fate.

“It’s been done.”

“I’m grateful for your efforts, thank you.”
