Description: An orange sea otter with a splitting tail and beige underbelly, he also has two blue fins, one on each elbow. It is 2 and a half feet in size, and has a yellow ring around it's neck that can inflate in order for flotation in the water. Sir Tarka von Ottersworth is just like Skye and is almost always smiling and looking out for him. He finds interacting with his celestial spirits fun, and usually doesn't fear interacting with anybody or anything. He is easily hurt by hateful comments and enjoys the praise and admiration of others... a little too much.
Abilities: Using the yellow tube around his neck, he can inflate it at will in order to float across water. When inflating, he is capable of having one person grab onto his to also stay afloat. Using the split tails he is able to propel himself under water at 10 m/s. He deals D-ranked damage with his punches, kicks, bites, etc.
