Personality: Kyoya Sinocchi is commonly known as highly intelligent and virtuous. Kyoya is very cooperative. She accepts the benefits and flaws of other people, and tries to help them improve- so long as what they wish to improve is appropriate. She is quite respect in the fact that she is attentive and considers the feelings of others, no matter how complicated, and helps to find a resolution. This also proves that she is supportive, and lives to see smiles. Kyoya is extremely friendly, and gets along with those she considers good quickly. She is very strategic on how she befriends others, however, and makes her decisions based on first impressions and time. Finally, Kyoya is generous. She offers herself to those who need accompaniment whenever possible, and makes appropriate sacrifices for others' benefits. This also means she's selfless.

In battle, Kyoya never likes to kill. She is very thoughtful, and considers the actions of the opposition before coming to a conclusion, herself- should she win. She is tactical, and hides her emotions on fighting. This way, she leaves her enemies in wonder as to what she will do next. Kyoya has an analytical mind, and so she will manipulate her surroundings while in combat. This is to create inferences so Kyoya will have more time to make plans (she treats her surroundings as shields). Finally, Kyoya is fearless. She will not hesitate on anything, or be intimidated by any enemy. What she fears is based on herself; not the enemy.

Kyoya admires leadership. It makes her feel safe and comfortable under any administration of law or residence. Also having a leader proves there's always someone around who cares for her, and works to satisfy, which is Kyoya's goal. As long as the leader keeps the governing body in control, and assures the guild to be a happy place, Kyoya will stay loyal to the leadership presented in her household, meaning she will be a proud member. Kyoya remains dedicated to leaders, and protects them along with those they support. Kyoya would risk her life to defend those who will keep future generations strong and well-established.

The last thing one would want to know about Kyoya is when she is alone. When Kyoya is alone, she is secretive. Her living place is her secret office as she works to decipher her past. Kyoya is very curious in this sense, as she studies herself from other times; all the way back to the start of her livelihood. She lived in Era, commonly known for the residence of the Magic Council, and also where she sensed a mysterious woman. This lady possessed powers that left Kyoya in awe wherever she saw her. The woman could not be defined, which introduced a problem to Kyoya. From where she lived, this woman was the only one around her age, though Kyoya could never understand the activities this lady committed herself to. Later on, Kyoya heard rumours that the lady had joined Savage Skull, though because she always left Kyoya curious, this women particularly cannot be judged under Kyoya's disliking for Dark Mages. This is just one example pertaining to Kyoya's lonesome studies, and that is to learn what makes herself the girl she is today.
Likes:

• Women- Kyoya wishes to one day find her "dream gal", who she finds will match her traits quite commonly.
  
• Guns- Kyoya is a specialist in weaponry, and has become obsessed with guns, for she loves to fight, and they are simply her best items to use.
  
• Power- Kyoya believes that power is greatly needed in society, and so she will face the dangers in life to find it.
  

Dislikes:

• Communicating with Men- Kyoya finds that men simply are too unappealing and annoying to deal with, mainly due to their frequent stereotypes.
  
• Dark Mages- A natural disliking. Kyoya is simply dissatisfied from the gleefully insane mugs Dark Mages can become, and finds that they don't understand the meaning of true happiness and justice, under her perspective. She has seen only one person in her life who is an exception to this, who is a light-haired woman rumoured to be in Savage Skull
  
• Animals- As one who loves guns, Kyoya is a natural hunter. She hates to see her prey running around, despite how innocent they may be. Kyoya would rather see animals as food than living creatures.
  

Motivations:

• Power- Kyoya wishes to obtain as much power as she can handle, simply due to the fact that she believes power will help her achieve all of her goals with ease.
  
• Women- Even a simple sight of another woman will make Kyoya feel as though she should push beyond her normal limits, for she is obsessed with them.
  
• Hate- The fact that those she hates are still in the world today, and that as a Legal Mage member, she knows she is hated too, Kyoya will exhaust herself to progress in battle, solely to eliminate those people.
  

Fears:

• Rejection- Kyoya hesitates sometimes when she approaches really attractive woman as, if she asks them out, she hates to receive a "no." It generally makes her feel humiliated.
  
• Closed Spaces- A phobia Kyoya possesses. Kyoya dislikes being in crowds, and so will often go on traumas, should this be the case. This is often why she hangs out just outside the guild hall.
  
• Failure- As much as Kyoya wants power, she is scared of losing the opportunity to become stronger, or to be defeated by those who are more powerful than herself.

Appearance: Kyoya's avatar has thin, pale blue swaying hair that is casually short, but there is a tuft of hair tied up on both sides of her forehead. She also has indigo-colored eyes. When she is in combat, her wardrobe is a desert colored military jacket, bulletproof armor and combat boots of the same color and she wears a white muffler around her neck. When she is outside of combat, Kyoya tends to wear a silver tank-top, and a small black skirt and grey sandals.
