Job: Snowy Cottage! (Solo) Empty Job: Snowy Cottage! (Solo)

Post by Guest 13th April 2014, 12:22 pm

Quincy danced through the guild hall as usual while heading over to the job board. Humming to herself she tapped several different job posters while reading over them. Once finding an appropriate one for her she grabbed it off the wall and read over it. The job was from an old man in the Mountain Village asking for help building a house for his daughter who was getting married soon. Quincy held the paper up to her chest and spun around letting out a squeak of excitement. She just loves helping people and maybe if she helped enough she would be invited to the wedding.

A few days later Quincy arrived, by carriage, to the location that the cottage was supposed to be built. She looked around for the job poster wondering where the guy was. From behind a large pile of wood a voice called out to her “Over here!”

Quincy walked around the pile to see the old man and his son hanging out planning out the exterior of the building. After a few exchanging greeting and getting to know each other’s names they planned out most of the building. The first thing they were going to do is get the foundation setup. With a few more exchanging of words they went to work.

Quincy picked up a large set of wooden pillars to set up for the supports and brought them into place where the old man and his son have set the holes. A few hammers here and nails there they had the outer shell of the building complete. It took an entire day to complete this part of the building which proved that the building was going to be completed within a few days if not a week. She laid down in her little tent for the night ready for the morning.
