Warden returned to his guild hall, wearing the Wing Armor. He made it across the seas all the way from Crocus in a matter of a day thanks to flight. He landed, surprisingly unweary. He opened the door with a violent kick, "Alright members! I return with the remaining money needed!" His casino trip proved fruitful, he returned with sufficient Jewel to fix and the guild hall and twice. Not only that, but he had verified his power increasing at a rapid rate. He had a grin upon his face, as he shut the umbrella and stuck it in the generator. However, Warden saw nobody. There wasn't even a single person sitting around in the hall drink the remaining liquor, which was unsettling. He would begin walking through the hall thinking about stuff. He went into the medical bay, where Christopher's treatments should have been finishing up today. It was also empty.

Warden would blink as he would shout out, "Hello!?" Suddenly he heard shuffling, and without a second thought, he would appear in front of the source. A single member, not even really worth his time normally, but this guy knew something he didn't and in a Dark Guild that was so recently reformed, he was unsettled by this. He struck the man in the face, harder than he'd struck anyone who wasn't a Rune Knight ever before and began interrogating, "Where is everyone?" His robotic tone of voice was probably the least settling part of the situation, his voice wasn't even inflected as mad, it was cold. "Hey man, I ain't know nuthin'!" spoke the man. "You're the decoy huh? I will just have to rip your heart out then," he would threaten holding up his hand of untrimmed nails jagged, ready to kill, he scratched across the man's cheek, "At least tell me where I can find my son?" The man just about pissed his pants and he would begin to crack, "H-he's with the others, yeah!" Warden would impale his hand into the man's right lung a bit, making him cough up blood, "That wasn't the answer I was looking for. One more strike, and I've got a new color scheme for the guild hall I'd like to try out."

Finally the man would break, seeing this demonic level of determination in Warden's eyes. "They're in in the room of the Demon Throne!" gasped the man hoping to save his life. Warden would smile, with a suddenly relieved look in his eyes, "Oh wow, thanks... What was your name again?" The man would watch Warden pull his hand out of his chest, "Err... R-Remy Vithian." Warden would nod with a smile. "Ah. Haha," he began, before headbutting the man into an unconscious state, "Thanks, Remy!" The man hit the floor at a very satisfying timing to the sound of impact and with his Bond one-liner complete, Warden's gaze turned towards the direction of the Throne Room.

He walked purposefully towards the aforementioned location. That was a location for only the Guildmaster and people invited in to enter, so they were already breaking more rules than acceptable. This one might slide if they were trying to throw a party, but due to the hesitence of their lookout, he had more doubts than he would want to deal with here. Warden knew bad things were going down. He barged into the throne room, and due to the hoods, candles burning purple, and his son decorated up like some kind of pharoh, his fears were verified, "What the hell is going on here!?" His words were met with, "It is the ritual as dictated in our prophecy! To bring forth the Demon Monarch we must offer our blood to the Throne, and sacrifice a body with a kind heart!" Warden's eyes glowed red, "And you're going to use Christopher, my son, for your demented ritual!?" The priest would raise his hands and begin a chant. Christopher spoke up, "Don't worry daddy. I'll take up your work. You can finally take a break and we can hang out for a change."

Warden's eyes went from glowing red to teared up and glowing red in almost an instant, "Dammit... Christopher, what kind of nonsense have they fed you? WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY SON!!!???" His magic pool flared up, literally knocking a few people over in the room. Warden's fury was unbridled, the only people he could try to trust, and they would so easily try to kill his child for such a stupid thing as reviving a Monarch who was killed by their own overconfidence in the being that reformed her. Warden would Requip Mugetsu Ryuu, and shot an air shockwave that cut one of his members down. "You are ALL TRAITORS, and are sentenced to immediate expulsion, by DEATH!" he would declare. He would suddenly be assailed by the members of his guild once more, "You think you can beat me now, of all times? You couldn't beat me when I didn't hate you! And you won't beat me now! No way, no how!" The foes were taken out with a swiftly executed 'Yasha's Empty Flash' spell, which he'd advanced to the level of power that hadn't been seen since the second coming of Naraku. The several members who attacked fell down, ropes completely tattered, weapons completely shattered, and bodies shredded violently. Blood filled the cracks of stone in the floor. He would walk up to the priest and pointed the sword up to his neck, "Shut it with your chanting." The priest continued to chant though. Warden's eyes filled with rage and he would slice the man's throat with no mercy.

Christopher sat in the throne horrified, his own tears welling up out of terror. Warden looked at him and walked towards his son, sheating his sword. "Don't worry anymore Christopher, I killed all the bad people who wanted to hurt you. Just like I always told you I would, right, Christopher?" he spoke, his robotic tone inflecting randomly, as if Warden was asking to verify his existence. His son teared up and ran away from him. Warden collapsed to his knees, "What have I become...?" he would ask himself. To his unsettlement, a very familar voice responded, "The Demon Monarch, in accordance to the prophecy." "Remy?" Warden recognized as the man walk in from the hall, bleeding profusely. "We weren't trying to revive Naraku, her era is over. We were using your son as bait to sacrifice us all, and grant you Demonic Power beyond that any of us could wish to achieve. And it worked. Remember your kindness, as we all will, in Hell," Remy's last words as he pulled out a magic pistol, a placed it firmly against his temple, and completed the ritual.

Within a few seconds, the blood circle hidden in the cracks of the room filled and became a magic seal, with Warden at the center. A wave of dark magic would drain from the blood and blast into and through Warden. "GAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!" he would cry out as dark magic flowed throughout him, finally unlocking his potential. The wave ceased, and Warden collapse to the floor, a dark purple miasma spewed out of his body through every pore and oriface. "So... A Demon King... huh?" he would mutter to himself, almost incoherently. He would drag himself up to a stand, and begin walking "Then... a Demon King... deserves to sit upon the Demon Throne... Right?" As he reached the aforementioned goal, he would turn and flop to a seated position on the throne, his head propped up by a fist, breathing the last of the dark miasma out from his body, a single eye glowing red, "It's a pretty rough seat... but it'll do. I'll rest a bit, and finish rebuilding, and send out the news tomorrow."

    '...Such a wretched reign.'
