    Cigar Empty Cigar

    Description: A cigar is a tightly-rolled bundle of dried and fermented tobacco that is ignited so that its smoke may be drawn into the mouth. Cigar tobacco is grown in significant quantities in Brazil, Cameroon, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Honduras, Indonesia, Mexico, Nicaragua, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Canary Islands (Spain), and the Eastern United States. The origins of cigar smoking are still unknown. In Guatemala, a ceramic pot dating back to the tenth century features a Mayan smoking tobacco leaves tied together with a string. Sikar, the term for smoking used by the Mayans may have inspired the name cigar.

    Strengths:
    - It is used as an utility to manifest the smoke magic of the user. Since the user isn't a slayer, he can't generate it himself.
    - It makes you feel good?
    - It doesn't have to be a cigar to manifest smoke, any form of smoking could work. It's just that the user prefers cigars. I could be cigarettes or smoke from a fire just as well.
    Weaknesses:
    - If thrown water upon it the user can't smoke any more
    - bad for health
    - cigars are expensive
