at rapid speeds like a helicopter's rotary blades. Is what you mean right? Just saying rapid speed like a helicopter is very vague because just like there's different types of cars out there, there is also different types of helicopters. You also need to put down how fast he can fly. 3 mph?

-Good sense of hearing: Able to hear anything in a one-mile radius, due to his large ears.

Your pet can not have this hearing at the rank it is. Also, I'd imagine this would be pretty stressful for your tiny pet to go through hearing so many things in a mile radius. LOWER DOWN THE RADIUS. (I capped it to bring your eye's attention there)

-Winds: Flaps his ears up and down. Only capable of blowing out gases: Poisonous gas; Smoke Screens; and of course fart.

If by this you mean can blow poisons away then this is good. But it needs to be detailed on the size AND rank of the gases that your pet can blow away.

Name: Bunny Blast
Description: Kanade spits out three shots of super-heated fire; 1,000 degrees Fairenheit. <-NOPE! You CAN NOT spit out 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit fire with a weak pet. On top of that what I said above applies here.
Strengths:
-Distraction: Can be used to distract enemies
-Strong against metal: Being able to heat/melt metal.
^ How can it be a distraction? please be detailed.
As for strong against metal, you need to be detailed on the sizes and what kind of metal your pet can melt.

Weaknesses:
-Elemental Weakness: Water (Pretty Straightforward)
-Does low damage: It doesn't hurt the enemies, although looks can be deceiving.

1,000 degree Fire. Will DEFINITELY hurt someone. There's no way it will not hurt someone unless if it's some sort of illusion magic. Which I suggest you NOT change it to especially since your abilities above are all about wind and flying.

According to a converter I used 15 meter=49 feet which is a bit too large for a pet at this rank.

Description: Kanade shoots three slices of wind at the enemy (Range is 10 meters)
According to a converter I used, 10 meter=32 ft, which is a bit too large for a pet at this rank.
Strengths:
-Strong against fire (Able to blow out D-Ranked to non-magical fire.)
Weaknesses:
-Elemental Weakness: Earth/Rock (Does nothing/no damage to rock/ground spells)
-Elemental Weakness: Fire (Only C-Rank and up fire attacks can stop the attacks.) (If you've watched Natsu vs Erigor, then you'd understand.)

Just list 10 mph, get rid of the whole: "16093 Meters per mile"
If you are going to use mph then PLEASE use feet instead of meters. And if you want to stay with meters then PLEASE use kph. PLEASE do not mix up the systems together.
