Description:
The Tesla Pump is an ingenious creation, combining the devastating effects of electrical currents and steam into a shotgun. It was heavily favored by Garabor the Durable, a dwarven warlord from centuries ago. It was said that none could ever defeat Garabor up close, for the strength of this shotgun allowed him to mow down any that dared challenge him. He may have been able to conquer the world were it not for his stubborn pride. He believed that he could utilize any form of lightning within the shotgun, even proclaiming that it could adapt and weaponize godly electricity. When challenged upon this statement, he was proven correct -- the weapon could withstand the current but Garabor himself was burned to a crisp by his own weapon’s power.

Targets can only be re-immobilized every other turn max and if they are hit again.

When the trigger is pulled, a beam of highly focused electricity bursts from the shotgun at a single target within range, compressed enough that it can even pierce defenses, though sacrificing 50% of the ability's damage when used in such a way. A target that is hit by this attack can also be immobilized for one turn and can only be re-immobilized every other turn and if they are hit again.
