Description:
Drip, the twin sister of Drop, the calmer of the two twins. She is very tranquil, calm, and happy, agreeing with everything her master has to say. Despite having a good nature, she still sides with Rain in her torturous methods, but strictly has to turn around to not witness. Her kind live right outside the bounds of the Tarot realms, and these twins happened to cross Rain's path while she was venturing once. However, considering she was in a good mood, she decided to keep them as pets, and they now hold a beautiful place in her heart. While adapting to the changes of dimensions, they learned a set amount of abilities that they are capable of doing.
Invisibility:
Ploū Tarot Outsiders are able to switch between invisible and visible as they wish (Out of battle).
Flight:
Ploū Tarot Outsiders are capable of flight and levitation in the air (out of battle).
Speaking for:
Since Rain is mute, they are able to speak to groups for her as she relays information.
Telepathy:
Rain and Ploū Tarot Outsiders are able to speak to one-another through their minds, considering they are both from the same place.
Form-Switch:
Ploū Tarot Outsiders are able to switch their forms in Earthland to appear as humans.

Description: Drop, the twin brother of Drip, the more quiet of the two twins. He is very mysterious and arrogant, and agrees with Rain on every issue. It can be shown that he has a bad nature, because he can often be seen cheering as Rain murders her victims. However, he can also be seen as smug and a thirst trap, as he likes to get around with women and men alike. His kind live right outside the bounds of the Tarot realms, and these twins happened to cross Rain's path while she was venturing once. However, considering she was in a good mood, she decided to keep them as pets, and they now hold a beautiful place in her heart. While adapting to the changes of dimensions, they learned a set amount of abilities that they are capable of doing.
